Finally the theory is carried out in coal mining practice activities, by which the working efficiency is improved and the profit of enterprises is increased, by which the clean production and lean mining are achieved.

Abstract: As to the task allocation in Virtual Enterprise(VE), a negotiation based task allocation model was constructed. According to this model, the calculation method of utility values for each dealer was given out and an equivalent utility based bidding strategy was put forward. At last, the process of muti-issue nogtiation based task allocation was discussed, and the alogrithm of generating equivalent utility was designed.

Abstract: The phenomenal growth of the economy of China and dramatically improved living standards, together with a population of over 1.3 billion, have activated the domestic wine business greatly and also helped make the wine become a part of daily diet in some developed regions or cities in China. However, due to the notorious business ethics, the loose business management and relatively poor governance of related administrative agencies, the authenticity and the quality of the delivered wine is uncertain for most cases. The present situation of wine sales not only may put the customers’ health in jeopardy, but also causes the financial loss for customers. Here we develop a management system for wine sales using the IOT technology. The system aims at ensuring the authenticity of wines and helping streamline the wine sales. Through slight modification this management system can also be used for sales of other luxuries of which the authenticity is the key concern for customers.

Abstract: Conducting the performance evaluation of equipment supports parts supply chain timely and accurately can provide reliable information for equipment support commander to adjust equipment spare parts inventory policy. Fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy analysis method is used to evaluate the supply chain performance of equipment spare parts. The performance evaluation index system of equipment spare supply chain is established firstly based on the analysis of all the influence factors. The application steps of fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy analysis method to supply chain performance evaluation are illustrated in detail. A performance evaluation example is conducted at last. The evaluation result demonstrates that the provided method can give the performance level, which verifies the correctness and validity of the proposed method and provides an efficient method for supply chain performance evaluation of equipment spare parts.

Abstract: This paper establishes a three-layer port supply chain super network model for multiple decision criteria which consists of M suppliers, N port agents and K customers. The establishment of the model is based on the principles of competition in the same layer and cooperation between different layers. Then, from the perspective of suppliers, port agents and customers, we respectively model the optimizing behavior of the various decision makers by using variational inequalities, and we derive the equilibrium conditions of the entire supply chain by using improved projection algorithm. Finally, we prove the feasibility of the model by experiment.

Abstract: With a rapid development of the Chinese economy, there is a huge amount of logistics costs, while China still has not established the container associates,and even it has not proposed a practical model of the container associates yet. Therefore, the model of Chinese container associates is proposed based on the analysis of banking operations as well as the loan of money and the comparison of container lease. Meanwhile, proposing an operation model for container associates, in which also refers to the bank operation pattern and practical experience,as well as proposing the container associates construction strategy. Finally, in order to realize the exchange of information system and high efficiency of network operation management, the concept of using RFID technology to research and develop the container associates management information system will be described in full details.

Abstract: In order to layout convenient the wireless sensor node generally used battery for power supply, the node require working up to several months or even years but battery replacement was difficult or impossible. In this paper, research does not affect the function of WSN how to save the node energy consumption, which can work more time in large-scale collection, processing and communication of complex environmental data. Results show that the energy-saving technologies can be to reduce the energy consumption of 55.6%, which can greatly extend the working life of the wireless sensor node battery.

Abstract: The Container transport has rapidly developed into a modern means of transportation because of their significant advantages. With the development, it also exacerbated the flaws of transport in the original. One of the most important problems was that the invalid transport had not still reduced due to the congenital imbalances of transportation. Container transport exacerbated the invalid transport for the empty containers. To solve the problem, people made many efforts, but they did not make much progress. There had two theoretical flaws by analyzing the previous management methods in container transport. The first one was the default empty containers inevitability. The second one was that they did not overall consider how to solve the problem of empty containers allocation. In order to solve the unreasonable transportation’s problem, and overcome the traditional models’ two shortcomings, the article re-built the container transport planning model—gravity model. It gave the general algorithm and has analyzed the final result of model.

Abstract: As the traceability system of agricultural products supply chain has much links and complex factors, difficulty to model, a unified hierarchical model was constructed and optimized by analyzing of agricultural products supply chain from farm to plate and extracting of typical flow and main factors. The unified model has two dimensions of flow and factor, each dimension is divided into several levels. The model can describe suitably of quality flow, information flow and material flow of traceability system. The model was optimized through the analysis of quality data in traceability system. we pointed out that the agricultural products processing is the most important aspect in agricultural products supply chain.

Abstract: Effective logistics performance in manufacturing enterprises is always viewed as one main source of their competitive advantages and as the key element in the success of enterprises. Establishing logistics service platform for manufacturing business in the region fits well in with needs which appeal to strengthen the cooperation between logistics enterprises and other enterprises, to allocate social logistics resources and to optimize supply chain. Combining forward-looking perspective with phased process, the design of logistics service platform should take a few elements into consideration, such as, the characteristic of local manufacturing business and its demands; in the meantime, some service functions must be equipped as well like logistics transaction-dealing, storage, distribution, freight forwarder and safety certificate and so on.
