Abstract: According to the analysis of the bent tube's characteristics and the problems existing in the testing fixture design, the design method of testing fixture for bent tube based on UG are presented. The detail steps of the design and the use method for the testing fixture is described by a designing example. With this method, the designer can achieve new testing fixture just through partly modifying the parameters of the existing designing example owing to UG software possessing the feature of parameterized modeling. The design process of testing fixture design becomes easier, more reliable and efficient.

Abstract: Every component of the circumferential MEFP warhead was analyzed and the key parameters that affect the performance of warhead were summarized. The parameterized design of circumferential MEFP warhead was realized by applying the CAA/C++ technology of CATIA for second development and the parameterized modeling process was obtained. The 3D model used for subsequent finite element analysis can be quickly built by programming-driven method to make warhead study convenient and improve the design efficiency.

Abstract: The article made a research on the automobile drive axle, established its three-dimensional model in SolidWorks, and virtually simulated the assembly, disassembly and repair process of the axle shaft, final drive and differential in 3DVIA Composer software. A dedicated virtual simulation platform for automobile drive axle was developed, and the simulation process was controlled individually by the program codes. The virtual simulation platform effectively reproduced the assembly-disassembly and repair process of the automobile drive axle, which provided a good technical documentation for the production practice and teaching practice.

Abstract: With SolidWorks software, 3D model of a single surface corrugated machine was developed, and virtual assembly and motion simulation got realized. During virtual design, faults of the single surface corrugated machine can be found out prior to be made, which is helpful to optimize it. And further, it can improve design efficiency greatly and save development cost.

Abstract: Some critical problems of bus body frame during the modal analysis are presented by the principle of Finite Element Method. Then bus body frame is analyzed. After the modal parameters of the frame are obtained, dynamic performance of body frame is discussed to provide reference for the betterment of body frame dynamic performance design.

Abstract: One 150 ton converter of an iron and steel group occurred nodded phenomenon in the production process, the dynamic characteristics is poor. Initially be suspected that the converter exist “negative” torque steel. In order to clarify the changes of tilting torque in the steel process. apply Solidworks software ,create 3D model of converter, then determine the Center of gravity position and calculate the tilting torque of the converter with the tilting angle changes. Solidworks software is parameterized 3D design software, can calculate quickly and accurately, has strong analytical processing capabilities. This paper made to calculate provide a simple method of calculation for converter equipment design and maintenance.

Abstract: This is a single-phase electric harmonic monitoring device based on the LabVIEW. It includes the detection and conversion circuit, anti aliasing filter circuit, data acquisition card, and PC software monitoring section. With the simple structure and easy hardware upgrade maintenance utility software, it can be used to store the historical data on line, query and monitor the power quality on line with the single phase power. The simulation results show that the system has the features of easy using, high precision, and good reliability.

Abstract: The stratification of STL files model is an important link of rapid prototyping systems. In order to improve the efficiency of layered, this paper puts forward a layered optimization algorithm: According to the triangle mesh generation's two axis coordinates, we can group and sort from small to large, then get the line intersection on these triangular mesh, and output section contour line and data in turn. This algorithm can not only save time, but also improve the layered efficiency, because it is not necessary to establish topology relation of the triangle mesh and to deal with the connection relationship of delivery line. Through analysis of the turtle and bucket teeth model stratified, the practicality and high efficiency of the proposed algorithm is verified.

Abstract: A new motorcycle multi-body modeling technique with SimMechanics was presented which can be used in vehicle handling and stability analysis. The established model included tyre nonlinear characters and vehicle frame compliance. Combining with motorcycle driver model, established in Simulink, a typical vehicle handling test was implemented. With Simulink Virtual Reality, the animation of the motorcycle test was realized.

Abstract: In order to investigate the dynamic characteristic of the spacecraft propulsion system, numerical simulation was carried out based on the modular and extensible simulation model UPSSim. The model accurately predicts the global behavior of the spacecraft propulsion system in the priming and shutdown process, and also correctly describes the transient behavior of the subsystems. Due to the distributaries of the attitude control thruster supply pipelines, the propellant flow fluctuation attenuates rapidly in the priming process and the waterhammer peak pressure of main engine supply pipelines decreases significantly. The waterhammer waves of the main supply pipelines propagate to the attitude control thruster supply pipelines and dissipate gradually. The farther from the main engine, the later the pressure fluctuates.
