Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on applying graphical method to figure out the working space of the new five joint folding arm supported pumper based on ADAMS. Firstly, discrete the included angle α between the third and the forth arm support, pick out several special points, work out the changing curve of the included angle β in the region of [0,180°] between the forth and the fifth arm support, and then get the plane track of the motion of spray gun by superposition of those curves and finally take the effect of turn angles of rotary tables into consideration, figure out the three-dimensional working space track of the spray gun by the superposition of plane track curves in the region of [0,360°].

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of consulting huge amount of data and diagrams when designing the transmission system of mounter worktable, the main parts of the transmission system, including guide rail, ball screw, servo motor and coupling, are analyzed. By using API function of SolidWorks, a rapid design prototype system for the transmission system of mounter worktable is developed via VC++6.0. This system can realize calculation and selection for the main parts of the transmission system accomplish the design and generate 3D drawing automatically. It improves the efficiency of the product design and reduces development cycle.

Abstract: ANSYS is used as the finite element computing platform to analysis a certain type of bus body frame under four load conditions of bending conditions, reversing conditions, the bending and torsion conditions and the emergency braking conditions. The constraints and load approach in the four conditions are given in this paper. A certain type of bus body skeleton program and the finite element analysis are conduct. The result shows that: (1) Bus body frame changing brings the re-distribution of the stress, making the overall stress and deformation of the body skeleton relatively uniform. (2) The improved program makes more than 250KG weight losing of the body frame and the changing location of the maximum deformation under the bending conditions. The maximum bending deform increased is only 8.92%.

Abstract: This paper selects a certain type of Golden Dragon bus body structure as the research object, by using ANSYS parametric modeling, and achieve optimization process through the ISIGHT software integration ANSYS. Choose the body frame minimum total quality as optimal objective; the average stress level is introduced to the objective function when the body frame is under the bending and twisting joint working conditions. According to the bus operating conditions, restrictions including strength, stiffness, and frequency of the body frame are put forward .NSGA-II algorithm is employed to optimize the design. The results showed that: 8.08% total mass reduction of Bus Body Structure. The NSGA-II method combined with finite element method this article uses has a certain reference value on the similar structure optimization design.

Abstract: The method of modeling is the key technology for digital mockup (DMU). Based upon the developing for mechanical product DMU, the theory, method and approach for virtual environment (VE) and virtual object (VO) were studied. This paper has expounded the design goal and architecture of DMU system, analyzed the method of DMU application, and researched the general process of physics modeling and behavior modeling.

Abstract: AutoCAD is an accessorial desktop cartography software widely used in project cartography for its easy manipulation and data edit ability. GIS is a powerful tool of using computers to make dimensional with advantage of display, analysis, output and management of geographical data. The data of the two systems is not compatible and they need to be transformed for data sharing and application. This paper points out the difference of AutoCAD and GIS data, analyzes some common problems during the data transforming process and introduced the experimental study which takes example for transforming the CAD forestry map of Buyunshan country, Dalian city to ArcView geographical information system. The objective of this paper was trying to find an effective way for the transformation from CAD graphics files to geographical information system.

Abstract: A new way of virtual prototype design and analysis for tractor steering system was discussed, by which the function of experimental design and optimization design for the tractor steering system was achieved with three dimensional modeling software, kinematics and dynamics analysis software, finite element analysis software and their secondary development techniques. A non-sideslip analysis system based on VC++ platform for tractor steering system was developed, and the interface between softwares and key development procedures were introduced by using Pro/E, ANSYS and ADAMS softawre analysis techniques and their secondary development techniques. Considering the factors of steering trapezoid rod and the trapezoid basic angle of steering trapezoid mechnism, the relative conclusions were got by the running instance. The experiment results showed that simulation analysis could be achieved without any abundance manual operation and the design analysis efficiency could be improved, which would provided the theoretical base for actual design analysis of tractor.

Abstract: This article discussed the offshore platform deck crane fatigue performance with the finite element method. In Abaqus Fatigue Module, the fatigue strength analysis for the offshore platform deck crane was executed. Based on the fatigue simulation results and the material S-N curve, we made a reliable assessment of the offshore platform deck crane fatigue life. This fatigue analysis procedure can be easily used for optimizing the deck crane structure and reducing the maximum stress amplitude till to meet the engineering design specification.

Abstract: This paper has analyzed the movement of the crank-rocker mechanism by a simple finite element model, to study the establishing of the model and the constraints imposed. It has simulated the movement by software ANSYS, and gets the results which is consistent to the theoretical analysis. It accesses kinematical and dynamic characteristics for the mechanism, and provides the necessary foundation to analysis and design of the complex machinery.

Abstract: Temperature field of hydrostatic bearing of hydroforming machine is studied in this paper,SOLIDWORKS2009 is used to model the simulational modeling of hydrostatic bearing of hydroforming machine, and then experiments based on hydroforming machine is conducted by using the finite element software FLUENT6.3 and GAMBIT, with the simulational results that the temperature field of hydrostatic bearing. Finally, the relationship between temperature field and angle-velocity is concluded by analyzing the simulational experiments results. The simulational results provide theoretical support and effective conference for the optimized layout of the heat transfer of hydrostatic bearing with heat transfer, which will reduce the experimental costs and the development time of the hydrostatic bearing.
