Abstract: The maintenance strategy is a tradeoff between cost and reliability. In this paper we consider the maintenance plan from the view of economic life cycle cost and reliability. We discuss the maintenance interval optimization on the premise that the preventive maintenance mitigates failure rate level and intensifies failure variance ratio meanwhile. The specific effect of this kind of preventive maintenance on failure rate and its variance ratio is explored, and then we construct a life cycle cost model of electric power equipment and propose the annuity of life cycle cost minimization as a method for seeking an optimal maintenance interval solution.

Abstract: Now T91steel is more and more used in power plant pipe components. The leakage of high temperature reheater pipe was analyzed after surveying the leaking site, checking material composition and observing the microstructure of related materials. We found that a large number of dust at the bottom of the pipe stopped the expansion of high temperature reheater tube rows, the connecting structure between pipes through fins was irrational, and welding fins process was substandard. Cracks were originated from fin-side weld, and extended to the pipe wall , which finally led to a leakage.

Abstract: The style of romanticism is treated as the main garment and the independent development of apparel fabrics as the point cut. The matching design of fashion accessories combined with the patterns, colors, styles, materials, functions and so on. The main manufacturing techniques were the pattern weaving technique, heat transfer digital printing method and weaving and printing combined multiple processing comprehensive approaches. Meanwhile, a set of spring and summer bags and hats were designed, achieved good application effects.

Abstract: By analyzing Maintenance Significant Item (MSI) standard procedures of Maintenance Steering Group-3(MSG-3), building optimal evaluation index of maintenance mode selection, an improved hierarchy model based on MSG-3 is established for evaluation of maintenance mode. Scale selection and layer weight confirmation is improved to solve the sort of index weight in evaluation. It makes maintenance mode selection more reasonable. The hierarchy model is implemented on .NET platform. The simulation result proves the validity of the method.

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of hand-held smart eletrothermal umbrella has been designed and realized. Bionic lotus leaf polymer film, which is hydrophobic, is applied as umbrella fabric. Based on micro controller unit STC12C5A60S2, the system starts work with temperature sampling of outdoor environment by temperature sensor chip DS18B20, when the temperature is lower than 10°C, high current half bridge chip BTS7970 drives the carbon- nanofiber- electrothermal -heating- film to work. Also, the system is equipped with manual -heating module. A LED light of caution stands on the top of the umbrella that can flicker following a regular pattern controlled by MCU. A LED highlight is mounted at the bottom of the hand handle in order to illuminate the ground at night. Additionally, a USB interface, which can provide 5V output, is reserved to charge exterior electric device. The whole system is powered by eight 18650 lithium batteries, when fully charged, they can support the system working 8 hours constantly. With a synthesis of aesthetic, pragmatic function which can be expanded, and high performance, this new type of umbrella enjoys broad market and perspective.

Abstract: To improve the dynamic synchronization of customer requirement expression, the multi-view product model is put forward, the mapping operator of model’s knots and the certainty factor are established. The division principle of requirement nodes and measurement manner which have been provided with strong cohesion and weak coupling are established, so the requirement model oriented to the dynamic synchronization is formed. Finally an example is given to check the validity of the requirement model.

Abstract: Because of the rate of rotary seeding sowing machine is low,Turn the cylindrical roller into plane structure, The dislocation type seeding device is designed, The problem about the position relative to the Seedling tray and seeding machine is solved by useiing optoelectronic technology,Experimental results show that the new seeding device’s Seeding accuracy could reach 98%, the working efficiency of the machine is greatly improved.

Abstract: The central shaft of floor strainer are composed of two semicircle shafts, which is made manually now. An automatic drilling machine is researched in this paper, which can sequence and feed workpiece, positioning automatically and feed automatically when drilling. The sequencing and feeding are implemented by vibration disk. The automatic positioning is implemented by Index Man and positioning disc. The feeding mechanism is executed by pneumatic device and its control system.

Abstract: Scaling ladder pumper is one of the important fire-fighting equipment for high-rise buildings firefighting. Because of the complex terrain of the fire scene and the urgent requirement of fast rescue, it becomes very important to ensure the stability of pumper. This paper presents the stability analysis of 20m long scaling ladder pumper which is designed and developed by ourselves. According to the literature the paper lists five different kinds of loads affecting the stability analysis of pumper and discusses the verification methods and the principles of judgments. The finite element statics analysis of 3 section ladders assembly is carried out and it presents the stress and deformation of the scaling ladder under loads, which provides the basis for the structural design and improvement of the scaling ladder.

Abstract: In the whole life cycle of production process, the stability of production manufacturing system is an important production factor. However, there were a few researches about the system stability in the past years. In this paper, for the stability of production manufacturing system, a new method is proposed based on Petri-net and analytic hierarchy process. In the proposed method, the reachability of manufacturing system is judged by using Petri-net, and the system stability is calculated by the successful probability of the key production nodes. Finally, evaluation steps of the new method are given, and the new evaluation method is applied in case study.
