Abstract: Based on expert judgment method, determine index weight with AHP method. From 5 aspects of water resource “engineering security, economic security, living security, environmental security and sustainable development security”, construct a security evaluation index framework of urban water resource, including 16 evaluation indexes. According to system security, security of urban water resource is divided into 5 levels: hazardous, unsafe, safe, good and completely adaptive, and corresponding warning light is red, orange, yellow, blue and green. Empirical results show that factors restricting security of Hangzhou water resource are mainly water resource engineering security and sustainable development security.

Abstract: The inhibition toxicities of four ionic liquids and four heavy metal compounds to MCF-7 human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) and Vibrio qinghaiensis sp.-Q67 (Q67) were determined using MTS assay and microplate toxicity analysis, respectively. The resulting concentration-response data was modeled by using sigmoidal models (Weibull and Logit). Results showed that all concentration -response relationships could be effectively described by the Weibull or Logit function. The toxicities of ILs to both MCF-7 and Q67 have the alkyl chain effect character. However, the toxicity order of four heavy metal compounds to MCF-7 and Q67 were different. Compared with Q67, MCF-7 is more sensitive to heavy metal compounds and less sensitive to ILs

Abstract: Based on BIOMASS methodology, FEPs analysis and data preparation, the biosphere model for Beishan, China (BIOMOBEIC) for performance assessment on high level radioactive waste(HLW) disposal repository has been developed by utilizing AMBER which is an efficient compartment modeling tool in order to evaluate dose rate to individual due to long-term release of nuclides from the HLW repository. From the result of mathematical simulation, the biosphere dose conversion factors (BDCFs) are obtained which are critical factors for conversion of release rates from the geosphere to individual doses in biosphere assessment and performance assessment.

Abstract: To evaluate the electromagnetic radiation pollution in Changchun City and determine the risk of pollution, the probability theory of extreme value distribution is used to build the computational model of electromagnetic pollution risk and discusses their property according to situation that the current urban growth of electromagnetic energy mainly comes from mobile base stations and radio frequency radiation sources. According to the integrated electric field intensity which monitored from Changchun City’s 442 monitoring station by electromagnetic environment monitoring station in Jilin Province, the risk of electromagnetic pollution in Changchun City probability is calculated, ordinary Kriging method is used to draw the map of Changchun City electromagnetic radiation field strength and calculates electromagnetic pollution risk probability. The result indicates that the electromagnetic environment is safe. The value of electric field strength in the office area is higher than other regions. The map drawing by fuzzy Kriging method is more accurately than the map drawing by ordinary Kriging method.

Abstract: In this study, a series of references on human physiology and psychology response to hot and humid environments were analyzed. On basis of the thermo metabolism system, energy metabolism system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system, impact mechanism of high temperature and humidity on human health was presented. The results indicate that the high temperature and humidity in working environment have significant impact on human health. The high temperature and humidity cause the reducing of temperature difference in vitro and in vivo, the difficult of metabolic heat diffusion, the significant increasing of energy metabolism and oxygen consumption, heart failure, hypoxia and other physiological responses.

Abstract: The climate change issue and the real or potential substantial climate migration arising from climate change and its adverse impacts have become a severe challenge for human society in the 21st century, and one of the core concerns of human society today. Through the analysis of the climate migration phenomenon arising from various climate risks during the course of social development, and the conceptual definition and classification of climate migration, this paper aims to strengthen our understanding and perception of climate migration, and further grasp the essence and law of evolution of climate migration, so as to make a preliminary exploration into how to tackle the challenge of climate migration arising from climate change, mitigate social risks facing climate migration, and promote the benign operation and balanced development of society effectively.

Abstract: Several tunnel fires were caused by the fire source loaded in moving vehicle. The physical model was designed based on real road tunnel to simulate the distribution of longitudinal temperature. Through fire dynamic simulation software FDS, the fire processes when moving vehicle stabilized and traveled at 10m/s and 15m/s in tunnel were simulated under natural ventilation of 2.7m/s. The purpose of research includes three aspects, first, the temperature field in the early stage when moving fire travels into tunnel; second, influence of moving fire on the longitudinal temperature distribution; third, explores the change of temperature peak and its influential factors when vehicles stops and combustion stabilizes. Simulation indicates that the airflow filed movement induced by moving fire to certain degree blocks the spread of heat released in the direction opposite to fire movement and it also entrains high temperature airflow into its movement. When ventilation direction is accordant with vehicle moving direction, the stabilized value of highest temperature point of ceiling tends to be higher than that when the directions are opposite.

Abstract: Assessments of the relative risks posed by chemicals are needed to assist in the development of management plans that minimize ecological impacts. A procedure scoring and screening chemicals entitled ranking procedure based on risk percentile index and concentration (rrpic) was developed based on inherent physico-chemical properties and toxicity as well as detection concentration. The properties and toxicity were transformed into risk percentile indices (rpi) and the rpi was then used to calculate risk score (rs) by multiplying the detection concentration. Using Hasse diagram, the chemicals having different rss were classified into several rank levels. The averaged rank (rav) of each chemical was calculated by using Local Partial Order Model (LPOM) and the risks of chemicals were arranged in a linear order. The rrpic was employed to scoring and screening 31 chemicals detected in Taihu Lake of China.

Fault Tree Analysis on Radiation Hazards in Underground Uranium Mines and Prevention Countermeasures
Abstract: Workers in underground uranium mines work chronically in the opening radiation environment, the radiation hazards they suffered has attracted public’s attention. So some effective measures must be carried out to control worker’s received radiation dose. Fault tree analysis is a deductive system safety analysis method, which can offer decision basis for accident prevention and safety management. Based on the above two advantages, firstly, the paper analyzes the radiation hazards in underground uranium mines and their influencing factors. Then, the fault tree of radiation hazards is established in underground uranium mines, five groups of minimal path sets and the structure importance degree of each basic event are obtained. Finally, according to the results of fault tree analysis, some prevention countermeasures are putted forward to prevent radiation hazards.
