Abstract: In this paper, using current advanced computer and real-time Ethernet technologies to design a set of high performances’ DC power dynamic management system for digitalized transformer substation. In the system, the operation states and fault conditions of DC power system can be remote monitored and controlled, the state informations of the feeder switches are real time displayed, the state transformations of DC generatrices are remote controlled, the states of equalizing charge and floating charge of the battery charger are remote controlled and remote transformed, the parameters of the battery charger are remote set, etc. In addition, the operation modes of the whole DC power system in the transformer substation are shown by way of simulation map installed in the upper management machine. This dynamic management system greatly contribute to the construction of unwatched, intelligentized, digitalized transformer substation.

Abstract: It’s a problem of how to correctly express the complex products riveted joint information on product drawing, but the appearance of MBD technology would change it and provide an effective solution. The connotation of MBD technology using the text parameter and the flag note to express product non-geometric information was briefly elaborated, and the specific methods to express and manage the riveted joint geometric and non-geometric information was put forward. Through the analysis on the different express way and condition, the three elements such as riveting hole position, fastener installation direction and rivet hole direction was conveyed to express riveted joint geometry definition information. The flag note was used to identify and classify different riveting features, while the text parameter to express non-instantiated fastener, punching requirements, fastener installation requirements, number of holes and other types of non-geometric information. Additional, the flag note number was used to classify and manage all the non-geometric information in the structure specification tree. This method was realized to completely express the complex riveted joint information in a 3D model more easily and intuitively

Abstract: The constant modulus algorithm (CMA) equalizer is perhaps the best known and the most popular scheme for blind adaptive channel equalization. In this paper, a modified constant modulus algorithm (modified CMA or MCMA) is proposed by modifying its error function. We have discussed the MCMA to blind channel equalization for baud-rat sampling in single-user case. Computer simulations are provided for 8PSK signals in noise environments under frequency selective channels. Results demonstrate that the MCMA displays much superior performance to the CMA for both convergence-time and intersymbol interference (ISI) or mean square error (MSE).

Abstract: The multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problem, in which the information about attribute weights are known partly and the decision maker (DM) has fuzzy complementary preference relation on alternatives, is investigated in this paper. Firstly, The objective decision-making information based on the subjective fuzzy complementary preference information on alternatives is uniformed by using a translation function. Secondly, a goal programming model is established. The attribute weights are obtained by solving the model, thus the overall values of the alternatives are gained by using the additive weighting method. Based on these values, the ranking priorities or selecting the best on alternatives are processed. The method can sufficiently utilize the objective information of alternatives and meet the subjective requirements of the DM as much as possible, and it is also characterized by simple operation and easy to implement on a computer. Finally, a practical example is illustrated to show the feasibility and availability of the developed method.

Abstract: In this paper we have developed a new methodology for detecting the contour size of driver airbag based on image processing technology and Machine vision. Through the CCD camera we can obtain the image, and then do the following operations by a computer, such as binarization, edge extraction and so on the other image preprocessing. This methodology uses intelligent template matching technology to detect the airbags and by comparing with the predefined parameter to determine whether the contour size is qualified .The experimental results show that: this new detection method solves the disadvantage of traditional detection method, such as the low detection efficiency, the detection precision is not high, the poor detection repeatability, the higher rate of detection miscarriage of justice.

Abstract: For liquefied gas valve external thread detections, the gauges traditional external thread detection. Although this method simply, easy to operate, but the detection process in contact with the thread and thus cannot guarantee the quality of the thread and the low detection efficiency. The external thread detection of liquefied gas valve based on image processing techniques adopts a non-contact detection. CCD camera collects image of the external thread and transmitted to the computer by the acquisition board. Thus image preprocessing, image segmentation and then get the thread edge contour. Finally, Matched thread profile .By comparing with the standard size tape to determine eligibility. The experimental results show that this method is feasible.

Abstract: This article establish a coupled thermo-hydraulic mathematical model for steam network by adopting a set of equations. Here, identification is defined as process in which a number of Steam Network model parameters are adjusted until the model mimics behavior of the real Steam Network as closely as possible. Test result indicates the advantage of genetic algorithm.

Abstract: A mathematical model of the road network about emergency rescue is studied on ArcGIS software and Dijkstra algorithm. It provides a shortest path method through the optimization process in Chongqing city. A good Study on city accidents emergency response plan may be established.

Abstract: After analyzing requirements of the intelligent home system with wireless sensor on environmental monitoring, security alarm , the system are designed and implemented. The system can get the temperature and humidity of room, light intensity data, and provide a sound alarm. SMS(Short Messaging Service) alarm , automatic processing means are used in the system too. With the system, people can query and control the device in the home remotely. The system has provided user with more methods to interact with his home.

Abstract: Unscented particle filter (UPF) has high accuracy of state estimation for nonlinear system with non-Gaussian noise. While the computation of traditional unscented particle filter is huge and this depends on the particle number. In this paper we propose a new adaptive unscented particle filter algorithm AUPF through improved relative entropy which can adaptively adjust the particle number during filtering. Firstly the relative entropy is used to measure the distance between the posterior probability density and the importance proposal and the least number of particles for the next time step is decided according to the relative entropy. Then the least number is adjusted to offset the difference between the importance proposal and the true distribution. This algorithm can effectively reduce unnecessary particles meanwhile reduce the computation. The simulation results show the effectiveness of AUPF.
