Abstract: This paper introduces a method of analyzing the time-frequency characteristics for inter-harmonics by Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT). Compared with the traditional arithmetic, the STFT can acquire more precise results and provides theoretical base for inter-harmonic detection. The STFT is used to analyze the inter-harmonics by selecting proper window slides function in Matlab which can acquire more precise resolution for the time-frequency characteristics. This method is useful to eliminate the inter-harmonics in power system. So the quality of power energy can be further improved.

Abstract: The location of vehicle license plate is the important component of realization intelligent traffic system.While programming locaton of car license plate.Visual C++ language,a software development platform,is widely used.Matlab Compiler language is simple and easy to use and has strong ability of Graphics processing. Accordingly ,This paper presents a new method based on the Visual C++ and Matlab mixed programming of image processing,Image processing for vehicle license plate. And introduced the way to achieve application of this method in the image processing.Experimental evidence,this method has great application value.

Abstract: The detail and design of numerical control system for SLS are discussed. With the help of Visuall C++ and tool kit ObjectARX in AutoCAD, the data information of the 2D contours are extracted from model in AutoCAD by data processing, and these data are transferred to laser scanning data, finally NC codes for processing are generated. A new kind of adaptive slicing algorithm that determines the slicing thickness by comprehensively considering the surface normal and the cross-sectional area, is adopted in data processing. The preheat temperature, scanning speed, laser power and thickness of spreading layer are main factors to part quality in Selective Laser Sintering(SLS). Sintering parameters are optimized by orthogonal experimental design. And a matching rule between scanning velocity and laser power is established so as to realize the laser power matching in different scanning velocities. In order to maintain and transplanted the system, the modular structure is used in the procedure of system design.

Abstract: Least square method (LSM) is the most popular method used to evaluate machining error nowadays. However, LSM is likely to overestimate the error value, therefore its solution is only approximate and rather than minimum. In order to obtain the minimum, we study the principle of the minimum zone tolerance method (MZT), analyze the characteristics of the new generation GPS, and give the minimum zone mathematic model of the symmetry error for flatness to flatness. For the purpose of optimizing the mathematical model, this paper describes the application of adaptive genetic algorithm to achieve the best estimation. Simultaneously, the process of optimization is realized by MALTAB. Finally, the experiment shows that the evaluation results of MZT is better than evaluation results of LSM.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced a scientific computing environment for Internet-Oriented computing resource sharing, abbreviate ISCEs, which is a high-performance computing environment that allows users to write and evaluate parallel distributed applications for different hardware and software configurations using a web interface. We described the software architecture of ISCEs by emphasizing Application editor, Application Scheduling Components, and Application execution/runtime modules. ISCEs is efficient which is strongly supported by the time measurement scheduling polices, it has the advantage of convenient scientific activity, task-oriented scheduling algorithm prediction, scalability, efficiency.

Abstract: Because of rapid development of wireless communication technology, there is an increasing adoption of mobile advertising, such as location based advertising (LBA). To what extent can LBA improve advertising effectiveness is an important topic in the field of wireless communication technology research. Most researches quantify long term impacts of advertisings by VAR (Vector Autoregressive) model. However, compared to VAR model, VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) is a better method in that it allows one to estimate both a long-term equilibrium relationship and a short-term dynamic error correction process. In this study, we employ VECM to explore LBA’s (Location Based Advertising) and PUA’s (Pop-up Advertising) sales impact in both short and long terms. The developed VECM reveals that LBA’s sales impact is about more than2 times as big as PUA’s in short dynamic term and nearly 6 times bigger than PUA’s in long equilibrium term. These findings add to advertising and VECM literatures. These results can give managers more confident to apply wireless communication technology to advertising.

Abstract: A LC voltage-control oscillator(LC-VCO) with two stage LC cross coupling structure is designed for serial communication applications. The design constraints and tradeoffs among power dissipation and startup condition, tank amplitude, tuning range are executed using graphical optimization method. This design strategy leads to a good phase noise performance which is demonstrated through design example. This LC-VCO is implemented using 0.18-m RF CMOS process. The post-simulation results show that the circuit has an output frequency from 3.23G to 3GHz, and phase noise is -125.2dBc/1MHz. The VCO only occupies a chip area of 600m*800m, and it consumes 16 mW. A Comparison to prior arts further supports this design example and its optimization technique. The most important thing of this work is that a method of separating variables to analyze design problems is suggested.

Abstract: According to analysis and research on the time-delay neural network password algorithm, the paper points out that the encryption algorithm based on time-delay chaotic neural network is vulnerable. Attackers can decrypt partial plaintext without knowing any network parameters. Therefore suggesting that adopting different keys when plaintext encrypted every time, or using group link model similar to the block cipher to resist known plaintext attack.
