Abstract: TMS320F2812 is widely used in the design of embedded control system. Based on DSP TMS320F2812, the colliery high-voltage integrated protector which has setting protection, measurement, controlling and communication is developed. The design of AD module, CAN bus communication module and protection module of the integrated protector is elaborated. The structure design of its internal circuit and realization algorithms of part of modules are also given. Experimental results show that the protector achieves a good performance.

Abstract: In the present study, we proposed a magnetic levitation positioning stage for the high-precision positioning and scanning tasks in micro-electronics manufacturing and precision machining. This stage consists of a thrust system and a levitation system, the latter is a strong-coupling and nonlinear MIMO system related closely to both levitation height of each terminal magnetic bearing and instantaneous plane location of the movers and is focused on in our study. The dynamic model of this levitation system is so complicated that it is very difficult to obtain an ideal control accuracy and robustness by linear control theory, therefore, an improved auto-disturbance rejection controller was designed to realize decoupling and disturbance rejection and overcome the rough characteristics of traditional auto-disturbance rejection controller. The simulation and experiment showed that the performance of improved auto-disturbance rejection controller is superior to the traditional auto-disturbance rejection controller and with a better dynamic,static and robust performance.

Abstract: A novel 6DOF magnetic suspension stage is studied in this paper, the magnetic suspension stage system includes a suspension system and a thrust servo system, and this paper only studies the thrust system. The thrust system is a nonlinear, multivariable, and strong coupling system. For achieving its precise servo control, we used the auto-disturbance rejection controller to observe the inner and outside disturbance, and to offset the system. The result of simulation and experiment shows that the control scheme applied in the thrust control system has better dynamic, static, and robust characteristics.

Abstract: A residual current protector based on high performance micro-controller MSP430 is introduced. The micro-controller MSP430F149 is used as the main controller in the device, which can detect the real-time residual current value. And the residual current operating value can be switched automatically according to the present condition of the power system. When the protection is occurred, the residual current protective device has the inverse time lag function, ideal time delay and the automatic reclosing function. So the residual current protective device can be used at all kinds of complicated rural grid and climatic condition, and the safety and the reliability of the power supply can be ensured.

Abstract: The paper designs a brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) control system, mainly including design of former stage driver circuit, H bridge drive circuit, sensor commutation control, Forward / reverse control. In order to increase the reliability of the system, improve the performance of motor running, one has a good choice of parameters about power amplifying circuit device. What is more, one adopts PID algorithm in the system. Experiments show that the operating speed is with wide speed range from 150 r/min to 4000r/min. Through the adjusting of PID parameters, the error of speed can be stabilized within 5r/min, the system exhibits very good performance. Both hardware implementation and software control algorithms are reliable. The system has a wide range of practical value.

Abstract: With the increase of integrated circuit switch rate and PCB density, signal integrity has become one of the problems must be concerned in high-speed PCB design. How to fully consider EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility) and take effective measures has been a key factor of a system design. Based on the consideration of EMC, the author put forward some aspects in designing high-speed PCB. The optimized PCB design rules have steady and credible performance, the development period is shortened and the cost is reduced. The conclusions drawn from the dissertation are helpful to the design of high-speed PCB.

Abstract: An approved energy recovery logic circuit (AERL) was designed in this paper. In order to further reduce the power consumption of energy recovery logic circuits, the NMOS transmission gate and NMOS bootstrap technique ware used. The characteristics of the AERL circuit ware simulated using 0.5 micrometer BSIM3V3 spice models in HSPICE. The results show that the AERL circuit has much lower power consumption compared with PT-BCRL, BERL, ECRL and 2N2N-2P logic.

Abstract: Dynamic observer-based H control for NCSs in multiple-packet transmission with random delays was discussed. The non-convex problem was converted into an LMI with matrix equation constraint. The H control design which guarantees exponential mean-square stability and the H performance level of the closed-loop system were given. The result shows that a numerical example presented here illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: The occurrence of disasters is inevitable. To facilitate the rescue effectively, rescuers need to clearly understand the situation of a disaster site. This paper presents a design scheme of embedded information acquisition and transmission system for disaster rescue based on ARM processor (S3C2440), which is able to collect and transfer video, audio information and even vital sign of the survivors amongst the ruins. In this system, ARM processor which acts as the central data acquisition system is used as the control system that manages the acquisition and transmission devices connected to it. It has the characteristics of rapidity, real-time, portability, high accuracy etc.
