Abstract: The life of saving-energy’s product of building generally less far than 50 years compared with the 50 years’ life of urban construction. Because of the relationship of property’s right of residential building complex, legal environment now isn’t better. In future, high maintenance and update cost of all saving-energy product of building will be an important problem. We must change the concept of paying much attention in construction than management, have a LCCA analysis and evaluation of buildings in investment; perfect the relevant laws and regulations; clear the responsible, right, obligation of the property’s. To serve the investor and the owner by effective asset management system, realize the building’s sustainable developing.

Abstract: Highway construction projects are divided into new roadway construction and rehabilitation projects. In Korea total contract value of highway construction projects was over $2 Billion in 2011, which took over 24% of the total budget of the Korea Highway Corporation, and the volume is expected to be increase due to many rehabilitation projects for the existing roadways. Highway construction is known as a collection of linear and repetitive operations that are highly equipment intensive. Typically, construction equipment costs made up to 40% of the total construction costs on the highway construction projects. Therefore, construction cost and time for the highway construction projects are highly dependent upon the effective usage of construction equipment. In other words, the utilization of construction equipment has a great impact on the entire construction process and the optimal selection of the equipment becomes the key factor to the project success. However, most construction projects rely on experience or intuition without proper consideration or planning when it comes to select construction equipment. This research involves analyzing current equipment utilization to identify the major factors affecting equipment selection process for the asphalt pavement operation with the help of a computer simulation technique. The methodology developed can replace educated-guessing in the planning process for the equipment selection process.

Abstract: Now human error has caused lots of dam-break accidents home and abroad, but there is few studies about the human error in dam-break accidents. Based on the analysis of influencing factors of human reliability in dam risk, the influencing index system of human error is established, which includes four quotas of the first grade and twelve quotas of the second grade. According to expert estimation, the weights of index are determined by analytic hierarchy process.

Abstract: Project controlling information management system (PCIMS) is an important management facility and means for the construction of large-scale hydraulic engineering. Based on the analysis of construction management features for large-scale hydraulic engineering, the general design goal of PCIMS is put forward. The structure of PCIMS for large-scale hydraulic engineering is concretely designed and analyzed, which is consisted of five parts, including the account management module, database, input module, data processing module and output module. The key technologies in the process of developing PCIMS are also discussed,such as the technology of data warehouse, the real-time technology of the system and the comprehensive integration technology of various components. Due to the establishment of PCIMS for large-scale hydraulic engineering, a convenient information interaction platform is provided for all the project participants. As a result, the accuracy and timeliness of the information exchange is improved, that is benefit for the owners to make correct decision.

Abstract: With the accelerated pace of urban construction in Hainan province, demand for building sand increased rapidly, river sand prices soared. This led to the illegal and unauthorized sand mining continue to emerge at Nandu River downstream segment. The current sand mining situation of Nandu River downstream section was expounded. The various impacts of sand mining activities on river regime, flood safety, hydrodynamic characteristics of the river, development of delta and water environment have been studied according to measured data and results of field investigation. It is shown that sand mining activities undermines the natural evolution of the river regime; affects the habitat of fish and other aquatic organisms. Water level drops, water velocity decreases, and the Nandu Rive delta coastline retrogrades due to sand extraction. Besides, sand mining has an obvious adverse impact on infrastructures, waterway safety and social stability.

Abstract: This paper discuss the fire objective of commercial center integrating the shopping mall and Wal-Mart supermarket etc., and also the auxiliary engineering project of commercial and residential buildings composed by high-rise residential areas. "Fuel Island" design method is adopted to prevent the radiation and spread across functional areas including dining area and commercial area. The maximum heat release rate of fires at various scenes is also determined by different approaches, and then the larger value is taken as the final fire scale.

Abstract: Vicious price competition is adopted by homogeneous enterprises to seize the market in logistics park. In order to solve this problem effectively, the thesis starts from the definition of vicious price competition and researches on the cause of vicious price competition. Besides, establish game model for price regulation with the Nash equilibrium theory of game theory, finally put forward the suggestion on decreasing the vicious price competition, and make the management department of logistics park able to maintain fair, impartial, and open price market order according to the service price of the model.

Abstract: The construction project bidding is a feasible method in engineering transactions and the main competition form of the construction activities under the conditions of the market economy. The bid assessment is an important link of bidding, and whether bid evaluation method is scientific or not, is directly related to the success of the tender. In the engineering construction field, at present the current commonly used evaluation methods are the comprehensive evaluation method and the lowest bidding price evaluation method. Based on fuzzy set theory and multi-objective people decision theory, we introduce fuzzy multi-objective people decision-making evaluation methods. And conducting research to put forward the evaluation index and weight method to determine the bidding decision model. Finally we apply it to actual case to make out the more standardized and scientific bidding evaluation method.

Abstract: The user number of mobile point of sale (POS) service is growing rapidly. The market potential is attractive to the mobile network operators, while the traffic challenges caused by heavy mobile POS service is becoming a critical issue to the operators. In order to evaluate the impact on the network and make best use of the existing network, it is important to model the traffic of mobile POS service. A tree-structured modeling method is presented in the paper, which can be used to model the traffic of mobile POS service as well as other interactive M2M services, such as remote medical services. The modeling method is a combination of the layered modeling method used in traditional H2H communications and the transaction tree modeling method used in bank trade. As another main point, a specific traffic model of mobile POS service is given in the paper. There are five parameters in the traffic model, including request packet size, response packet size, the interval between request and response, the interval between two requests, and the transmission probability. After counting the packet length of each message, calculating the average length, analyzing the effect of difference between the actual and average length on the cellular network, we find that all the request type of mobile POS service could be simplified as the average length. Further on, a curve-fitting method is used to obtain the distribution of the intervals. All the data used in the modeling are collected from the traffic of real network. The specific model of mobile POS service can be applied directly in simulation of cellular network to evaluate the impact of mobile POS service on it.

Abstract: In order to implement the accuracy and robust classification of Chinese dates by size, shape and defect with computer vision techniques on line, the method of classification by size, shape and defect at the same was studied. Three different profile image of a Chinese date were gained for size classification by computing the longest axis and the value was used to be the character value for size classification. Shape classification was accomplished by computing the eccentricity. Misshapen Chinese dates were detected by computing sampling normalized radius difference absolute values. The experiments results proved the methods is effective to classify Chinese date by size ,shape and defect at the same time.
