Abstract: With the rapid development of communication technology, embedded technology, sensor technology, and the constantly emerging of micro-sensor nodes performing perception, computation, communications. Design of sink node is reliable in monitoring environmental elements. A communicated architecture of Wireless Sensor Network is presented in this paper, and hardware design of sink node for transmission data is also discussed.

Abstract: Virtual reality is an advanced technology in recent, it had been widely used in urban planning, medicine, art, education, military and aerospace industry, hydrology geology research and other related fields. This paper started from the application of regional three dimension virtual reality, combined the cartoon animation technology and mapping technology. By making use of experimental plot data to set up 3D virtual reality database which passed the verification platform, and finally find a way that can be widely used to product 3D virtual reality database.

Abstract: This paper proposed a security framework for the internet of things based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) which aims to answer these questions that how to solve the security problem in the internet of things between the client operation and service operation. It illustrates the model by presenting a modified security framework for a variety of applications than traditional PKI framework. Our aim is to show the new security framework in the internet of things that the traditional internet network does not have.

Abstract: Urban tunnels mainly include subway tunnels, street-passage tunnels and underground road tunnels etc. With the development and utilization of underground space, urban tunnels have developed rapidly in recent years. At the same time, development of urban tunnels faces new opportunities. However, related professionals are not sufficient to make it come true. This thesis discusses feasibility of establishing ‘Urban Tunnels’ in the major Civil Engineering, including employment situation of Civil Engineering, integration with the demands of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou City, misplaced development with other colleges and universities and the features of students majoring in civil engineering. Besides, it makes sufficient preparation in aspects of hardware, software, teachers and social support, which makes the construction of new major be implemented successfully according to plans and steps.

Abstract: The construction of brand and characteristic specialty is the assurance to gain living space and improvement of speciality education quality for local universities . Based on the water supply and drainage engineering specialty construction in University of South China(USC), focusing the breakthrough point of the construction of teachers' team ,teaching construction, laboratory developments, practical base construction and applied talents strategy and so on, making great effort to reform and innovate for the enhancement of the overall and practical quality of students. Abstract: Traditional courseware is lack of humanity. Proposes to use Agent technology achieve the humanized design in courseware. Microsoft Agent with its lively and clear human features has had a significant influence upon traditional human-computer interaction. This paper introduces the related technologies of Microsoft Agent, and discussed the realization of the principles and the design process of the Microsoft Agent in authorware . The paper gives the Agent script design structure, the human feedback of humanized courseware and the notes in the process. Microsoft Agent enhanced the expression and presentation effect of courseware by lively images of anthropomorphic expression, speech and action.

Abstract: The reform of practice teaching for civil engineering specialty in application-oriented institutions is the key of cultivating students’ abilities of comprehensively utilizing knowledge, practice and innovation. Considering from the aspects of construction of practical teaching staffs, construction of on and off-school practical training bases, relying on industry and local economy and integrating with qualification standards, specific measures of practice teaching reform for civil engineering specialty in application-oriented institutions are introduced and the issue of how to establish the practice teaching system for civil engineering specialty in application-oriented institutions is discussed.
