Abstract: In this paper, according to the different maize disease images having different shape features,eight multi-fractal spectrum values were extracted as shape characteristic parameters of maize diseases, and then they were used to index on image data base. We applied learning vector quantization(LVQ)neural network to simple training,classfication and recognition. The method for recognition of maize disease can reach a higher recognition rate.

Abstract: In view of the system uncertainty due to the variety of singular rough sets, boundary, the definitions of inside and outside boundary are given. Some properties of inside and outside boundary are discussed, and the measure of relative precision is provided. Furthermore, a approximate method which aims at dealing with system uncertainty is also obtained.

Abstract: Railway out-of-gauge and enhanced-load goods (ROEG) transport organization with risky, costly and difficult characteristics is the system engineering. For better scientific online management, ROEG dispatching system (ROEGDS) with B/S mode and three-layer is developed. Then, with the network framework and architecture for ROEGDS, network security technologies including firewall intrusion detection, dynamic password authentication, security vulnerability assessment technologies and so on are all put forward. Besides, concrete security management measures are further given from four aspects to ensure network security. The results from its trial in Nanning Railway Administration show that ROEGDS can achieve given goals and these network security technologies and management measures put forward in the paper can also guarantee ROEGDS and ROEG transport safety.

Abstract: This paper researches the FlexRay bus main features, communication mechanism and topological structure, and then applies the FlexRay bus to all-electronic computer interlocking system communication network structure. Considering the fail-safe principle ,The paper studies the node design and bus configuration based on all-electronic execution units core , It realizes safe and reliable data communication between the all-electronic execution units and the interlocking machine, the maintenance monitoring machine. At last with real-time comparision between the FlexRay bus and the CAN bus in all-electronic computer interlocking system. it indicates that the FlexRay bus meets the data communication requirements in the computer interlocking system.

Abstract: Most people agreed that Google Maps set the standard for ease of use when it comes to a free online web mapping services. In addition, different map views are available which user can choose from the options of a terrain view, normal map view, or satellite image view based on their needs. Embedding a Google Maps on a website will not only make it more user-friendly but also enable people to access certain location with more ease. This paper intends to introduce the use of this geoinformatics services from Google along with Grails services in creating a simple interactive map for highway construction sites. A discussion will cover up the use of programming interface provided by Google and Grails (open source web application framework) and also the advantages of embedding the map to the website.

Method of Rectangular Angle Vectorization and Restriction Used in Auto-Forming Board and Application
Abstract: A novel rectangular vectorization method which uses for auto-forming board based on the feature analysis on a great many of shear wall structural design charts is presented. The constructional design drawing was firstly deconstructed into elementary figure unit which contains lines and rectangular angles. These split functional cell were secondly vectorized by restricting straight line so as to reorder and reclassify these essential structural parts. Finally, the components made for the forming board were obtained from the identified cells combined with the shear well angle’s location. This auto-forming board technology has been applied in cast-in-place concrete practices and the results demonstrate that this method and technology can accurately identify complex constructional drawing constitution of building and raise substantially the efficiency of auto-forming board for building construction. This method also provides the key technique support for smart construction technology.

Abstract: The simulation analysis is an important part of theoretical study on concrete materials. It is a kind of quantitative analysis method of making full use of the computer technology and it has the advantages of high efficiency, safety, fewer limits of environmental conditions, easy change of the time and size etc. Quickly generation of a three-dimensional aggregate structure is a very important prerequisite for the computer simulation analysis of concrete. In this paper, in order to meet the demand of analysis and simulation, based on the technology of Unity3D,the program of three-dimensional aggregate is written, designed to use a large number of existing tools to quickly generate a concrete aggregate model as simple as possible.

Abstract: Realistic modeling and deformation of soft tissue is one of the key technologies of virtual surgery simulation which is a challenging research field that stimulates the development of new clinical applications such as the virtual surgery simulator. In this paper we adopt the linear FEM (Finite Element Method) and sparse matrix compression stored in CSR (Compressed Sparse Row) format that enables fast modeling and deformation of soft tissue on GPU hardware with NVIDIA’s CUSPARSE (Compute Unified Device Architecture Sparse Matrix) and CUBLAS (Compute Unified Device Architecture Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines) library. We focus on the CGS (Conjugate Gradient Solver) which is the mainly time-consuming part of FEM, and transplant it onto GPU with the two libraries mentioned above. The experimental results show that the accelerating method in this paper can achieve realistic and fast modeling and deformation simulation of soft tissue.

Abstract: In order to study the propagation law of shock wave and blast load distribution when an interior explosion occur in a box structure, a numerical simulation of an interior explosion within a box-shaped structure is presented in this paper using LS-DYNA. Overpressure-time history curve of the blast load at the measured points is obtained by numerical simulation, and compared with the experimental results. Numerical simulation results and experimental results are in good agreement. The results show that the blast wave reflected and superimposed many times in the box-shaped structure. When TNT is located in the center of the box-shaped structure, the center and the corner of the wall suffered the maximum overpressure.

Abstract: A wide range of important software engineering problems need solutions that involve accurately predicting outcomes, such as the number of defects in a module, the estimated cost, or deciding the best software development process to use. Mathematically a classifier is a function that maps an N-dimensional attribute space to a discrete set of labels of the class variable. We proposed an effective classifier for software engineering data sets, the results show that the accurate predictions can have an enormous positive impact on reducing these problems and ensure projects’ successes.
