Abstract: Steel processing and distribution centers in China have been constructed by iron and steel enterprises, by warehousing enterprises, by steel circulation enterprises, or by end users. These centers connect steel mills with end users, which’s logistics service level affects the competitive advantages of steel supply-chain. So their common characters, problems and development tendency are analyzed in this paper. Based on this analysis, three service modes with cases are proposed, such as integrated logistics service mode, comprehensive logistics service mode, integrated value chain logistics service mode. Which one mode has been adopted, these centers should take some measures to improve service level and reduce costs. Four measures are put forward for these centers, respectively mastering the dynamic market situation, designing market oriented service mechanism, optimizing the supply chain, re-engineering business process.

Abstract: Ready-mixed concrete is in developing quickly in China’s civil engineering community. With its short distance transportation, full time supplying and suitable performance options characters, the ready-mixed concrete has gained more and more popularity by the construction projects. However, the concrete supply stations can supply different performance concrete during their different management control system. How to select a right station for the ongoing project are the first thing matters a lot for both the benefit-making goal and the quality control system. This article proposed a comprehensive selection criterion based on entire process management system.

Abstract: System reliability distribution theory is mainly used in electronic system engineering and logistics management. With a view to the vital function and influence that reliability factors have made in business management, the author gives the methods to definite the concept of the reliability of management system in enterprise and to calculate its index. Besides, the author discusses the application of reliability allocation theory in management system and establishes the optimized mathematical model for marketing distribution about enterprise production. Finally, this article gives a calculation example by using the optimized mathematical model.

Abstract: In recent years, like many other countries, the Chinese people pay close attention to development of nuclear power. After learning the history of the development of the nuclear power, we learn some lessons and experiences. Therefore, we put forward some innovative ideas for nuclear power development. We advocate ”one center, longitudinal integration” thought to build information system for innovative management system in order to improve the management efficiency.

Abstract: At present, the treatment effect evaluation is mostly used to evaluate the result of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement which belongs to the post-evaluation. Due to the large quantity, difficult treatment, and limited funds of dangerous reservoirs in our country, this paper proposes the priority evaluation model of dangerous reservoirs treatment which belongs to the pre-evaluation. And in the paper the endangering degree index is added into the previous technology-based evaluation system to make it more close to reality. The information entropy theory is used to determine the weights of index system, and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to confirm the order of dangerous reservoirs treatment in a range. At last a case study is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model. It provides scientific basis for program decision-making.

Abstract: On the basis of investigation and research, we firstly determined factors that impact manufacturing enterprises to implement green supply chain. Then, based on data of Parts of manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province implementing green supply chain, the influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises implementing green supply chain is analyzed by factor analysis. The conclusion show that the influencing factors mainly concentrates in seven aspects that is raw material purchase, the enterprise internal management, the worn recycling, the product design, the enterprise prestige, the enterprise energy consumption, the reject processes.

Abstract: The total life-cycle management of the building engineering system integrates all the elements (including goals, objects, processes, technology, etc.) of the engineering management in the dimension of the total life-cycle, thus achieving the overrall optimal goal of the engineering life-cycle system. For the realization of the engineering total life-cycle management, the engineering breakdown structure (EBS) is adopted: according to function and professional (technical) system, decomposing the engineering system into engineering subsystems with certain fineness. EBS can realize the whole-process integrated management of engineering planning, design, construction and operation, and technically support the total life-cycle management of all construction activities. Based on EBS, the total life-cycle management of the building engineering can ensure security, reliability and efficiency in the operation of the engineering total life cycle, focusing on the high-level goals of resource-saving, cost optimization, harmony with the environment, health and sustainable development.

Abstract: This article focuses on the method of assessment of the risks in the construction process of Highway BT projects. This paper makes the risk assessment to a harbor Highway BT project, by building the risk assessment system based on the total life-cycle model. The risk assessment to the project is divided into four phases, which are initiated, contract, construction, and repurchase. And through the surveys of experts, we collect the data, determine the weights with Rough Set theory, and analyze the risks of the project. Finally, we get the result on the assessment for the risks of the project, it is a good indication of the actual risk of the project.

Abstract: There are usually more than one construction schemes available in the process of engineering construction, and an optimized scheme selection is directly related to construction’s investment returns. Hence, using value engineering to optimize construction scheme selection has its practical significance. This paper, based on the basic principles of value engineering, builds the new model of comparison and selection of construction schemes through the comprehensive analysis of its function and cost, and selects the construction scheme which has better comprehensive result through quantitative method. Meanwhile, the systematic analysis of engineering example is carried out.
