Abstract: Decision-making in the process of business operations is a more complex management task and is a core part of enterprise management. With the continuous development of the social economy, the living environment of enterprises is increasingly complex and the competition among enterprises becomes increasingly fierce. Intelligent Decision Support System is a new information technology that can provide information and solutions for enterprise management, help managers quickly process information, reduce their burden of work, and enhance managers efficiency and quality of decision-making.

Abstract: With the vigorous development of competitive sports, the scale of sports events is becoming larger and larger, causing fundamental influence on the hosting city in terms of economy, politics and culture. Therefore, as a starting point, this thesis focuses on the study of the importance of commercial insurance in major sports events. The feasibility of introducing commercial insurance into major sports events is analyzed in this thesis and so are the relevant matters.

Abstract: Housing industry is the economic growth point and the consumption growth area that is fostered in our country, the construction of housing industry in the new period is faced with the urgent task of transformation construction. This paper analyses the characteristic of high-carbon which is reflected in the housing construction recently, including the high standard consumption of housing, the low housing quality, the short lifetime of housing service, the extensive housing construction, the high-carbon materials, the uncleanly energy of housing used, the relatively backward housing design standards, the high energy consumption of stock housing, the little cyclic utilization of housing, the not in place policy support, etc. So the transformation way for housing construction is promoting the housing industrialization. As a result, the guarantee system of transformation construction for housing should be built focusing on the housing industrialization. So the transformation construction for housing industry could be developed fastly depending on the practice of housing industrialization.

Abstract: The reasons of China's commercial banks developing diversified revenue are analyzed from the theories of financial innovation, diversity theory and economies of scope. The overall and packet inspection has been done to disclose the relationship between diversified revenue and Chinas bank performance by the financial data of 14 commercial banks during the period of 1999 to 2009. The results show that there is a stable positive correlation between non-interest income and banks' performance for all of the commercial banks and state-owned banks, while the proportion of non-interest income has a positive impact on banks' performance in the joint-stock banks, yet diversified income structure shows a negative correlation with performance. Meanwhile it reveals that the proportion of non-interest income and diversified revenue have a lagged effect on banks' performance. Finally some suggestions are given to optimize Chinas commercial banks revenue structure.

Abstract: This paper discusses the relationship between oil consumption and employment growth in 20 provinces of China. In the study, we mainly use the methods of co-integration and Granger causality. The result indicateds that in different kinds of provinces, there are different kinds of Granger causality between oil consumption and employment. In some provinces, such as Shandong province, Liaoning province and Zhejiang province, there exists one-way Granger causality between the two variables; in Jiangxi province, there exists two-way Granger Causality; while in other provinces, there is no Granger Causality among them. The result is highly correlated with the industrial structure, the structure of economic development and the preferences of energy resources in certain cities.

Abstract: Reverse logistics is an important research area of particular interest to the academic community in recent years due to the impact of economics and environmental statutes. Reverse logistics deals with the processes associated with the reverse stream from owner to re-users. It encompasses all of the logistical activities from products no longer required by users to render those products usable in a market. Remanufacturing is one of the reverse logistical processes that could save substantial production costs. This study investigated a hybrid system involving manufacturing and remanufacturing processes. A constant demand can be satisfied by differentiated brand-new and remanufactured products. The used products are returned and remanufactured. We developed a mathematic model to analyze the economic decisions in pricing brand-new and remanufactured products.

Abstract: the biggest characteristics of Bidding are openness, fairness and preferred. The essence of the tender and bid is making advanced productive foreces develop much better and backward productivity eliminated through the market competition mechanism so as to effectively promote economic development and social progress. In this paper, we discussed and analysed the pricing method of reasonable lowest price evaluation of the bid assessment in construction project bidding, providing effective reference for reasonable lowest price evaluation method in construction project bidding.

Abstract: small and medium-sized enterprises have been the main part of creating social wealth in China, the main force of employment and also an indispensable part of promoting the harmonious development of economy and society. Shortage of funds and financing difficulty have been in most of the SME, however, we all know that, funds plays an essential role in subsistence and further development of the SME. In this paper, we analyzed reasons for SME financing and the passive path of optimizing capital.

Abstract: Along with the reform of financial system pushing forward continuously in China, the government has been releasing regulation to interest rate, the process of interest rate marketization has been increasingly deepening. It is still a problem the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) will face in the process of development that their financing is difficult. In the environment of interest rate marketization, the small and medium-sized enterprises should analyze that what impact will the interest rate marketization produce to themselves, improve their credit as well as business performance and strengthen financing management to realize a more rapid development.

Abstract: In view of present situation of high energy consumption for apparel manufacturers, the reasons for high energy consumption were analyzed in this thesis which tries to explore effective solutions to the mentioned problems. And several different reform programs are presented after feasibility analysis, payback period method and other aspects of comprehensive analysis to identify the most suitable rehabilitation programs for garment production enterprise.
