Abstract: Starting from Penicillin G,the THZ was synthesized through three main steps:esterification, oxidation and ring-opening. The effects of various reaction temperature, reaction time and ratio of reactants on the ring-opening reaction were investigated. The yields of its three step reaction are 91%,95.8% and 77.3%,respectively.The products were characterized by FT-IR,HNMR,Elemental analysis and MS. At 90~95°C and 0.04~0.05Mpa, the yield of THZ was 77.3%.

Abstract: Microbial transformation of plant tubers for diosgenin production is an attractive clean method in industry. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of the product obtained this way. Changes of saponins during the hydrolysis of Dioscorea zingiberensis tubers by Trichoderma reesei were investigated. Four main saponins were isolated from the plant herbs. Sugar chains, which connected to the C-3 hydroxyl group in saponins, were cleaved stepwisely by Trichoderma reesei from the terminal sugar until the aglycone was released. Diosgenin-3-O-β-D-glucose was a byproduct in this process. While, in the petrol extract of the microbial hydrolyzate, only diosgenin was detected. Melting point, IR spectra and 13C NMR spectroscopy were used to estimate the quality of the product. Diosgenin obtained from bioconversion showed similar characteristic to that from acid hydrolyzation, confirming microbial transformation was an effective method for diosgenin production.

Abstract: Termitomyces albuminosus is a kind of local distinctive wild edible fungi in southwest of China. It is delicious, rich in nutrition and has high development and utilization value, but owing to the restrictions of growth environment, it can not be cultivated artificially. This article mainly studied on the biological characteristics of Termitomyces albuminosus Hypha, and found out the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, growth factors and the C/N ratio that are suitable for the growth of Hypha of Termitomyces albuminosus .

Abstract: The conditions of glucoamylase production of the Rhizopus oryzae in Luzhou-flavor DaQu by solid state fermentation were studied. According to the Box-Benhnken design, the conditiones of glucoamylase production of the Rhizopus oryzae were optimized by solid state fermentation. The results showed the optimum conditions of glucoamylase production of the Rhizopus oryzae in Luzhou-flavor DaQu by solid state fermentation were culture temperature 29°C, the water content in culture medium 53%, culture time 164h, glucoamylase activity was 2194.44U/g.

Abstract: The main objective of this study is to identify the stochastic autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model to predict the pulmonary tuberculosis incidence in Qianan. Considering the Box-Jenkins modeling approach, the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis was collected monthly from 2004 to 2010. The model ARIMA(0,1,1)12 was established finally and the residual sequence was a white noise sequence. Then, this model was used for calculating dengue incidence for the last 6 observations compared with observed data, and performed to predict the monthly incidence in 2011. It is necessary and practical to apply the approach of ARIMA model in fitting time series to predict pulmonary tuberculosis within a short lead time.

Abstract: Objective: In this study, wheat dough rheological property changes caused by water-soluble dietary fiber were investigated. Methods: Capillary Rheometer and Extensional Rheometer were used to detect dough samples with water-soluble dietary fiber in different concentrations. Results: Water-soluble dietary fiber affects dough rheological properties both in strength and resistance. Conclusion: When water-soluble dietary fiber concentration increased, dough became softer but stability and stir tolerance decreased.

Abstract: To recognize the stress emotion, a subject was put alternately in periods of high and low stress by configuring the speed and difficulty of a game named Tetris. The respiration (RSP) signal and the electromyogram (EMG) signal with different stress level were then acquired. After preprocessing, the mathematical features were calculated and automatic detection of stress level based on Fisher linear discriminant classifier was realized. The results show that the average correct detection rate of stress level based on the EMG signal can reach 97.8%. That of the RSP signal is only 86.7%. The EMG signal is more effective than the RSP signal in detection of stress level. Union of multiple physiological signals can effectively improve the correct detection rate.

Abstract: There is compelling evidence that TMEM16A fuctions as calcium-activated chloride channels (CaCCS), which was discovered by three independent labs in 2008 after Calcium-activated chloride channel current was first recorded in the 1980s. CaCCs are involved in many physiological processes, including transepithelial fluid secretion, smooth muscle contraction , sensory signal transduction and others. CaCCs are considers as potential drug therapy of hypertension, secretoy diarrheas, neuropathic pain, asthma, cystic fibrosis and certain tumors. In our previous study, TMEM16A with green fluorescence protein (GFP) fusion protein were subcloned into pcDNA3.1/Zeo. In this study, TMEM16A transient transfection conditon of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells were optimized through liposome transfection and CHO cells expressing TMEM16A were got by stable transfection in which the classical calcium-activated chloride channels current was recorded by whole cell patch clamp technique. By a comparison between the results in this study and the results in previous study, both CHO and FRT cells are suitable for TMEM16A-pcDNA3.1 expression through liposome transfection and currents were recorded in both FRT and CHO cells by whole cell patch clamp technique, but our results indicated different purposes should require different cell lines and methods. These results were beneficial for the delving into study of TMEM16A-CaCCs by patch clamp technique which is the gold standard for real-time investigation of ion channels and their effectors.

Abstract: To compare the stochastic autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model and the grey system GM(1,1) model to predict the hepatitis B incidence in Qianan. Considering the Box-Jenkins modeling and GM(1,1) model approach, hepatitis B incidence was collected monthly from 2004 to 2011, a SARIMA model and a gray system GM(1,1) model were fit. Then, these models were used for calculating hepatitis B incidence for the last 6 observations compared with observed data. The constructed models were performed to predict the monthly incidence rate in 2013. The model SARIMA(0,1,1)(0,1,1)12 and was established finally and the residual sequence was a white noise sequence. Using Excel 2003 to establish the gray system GM(1,1) model of hepatitis B incidence and evaluating the accuracy of the mode as well as forecasting. By posterior-error-test (C=0.435, p=0.821) and residual test, the model accuracy was qualified. It was necessary and practical to apply the approach of ARIMA model in fitting time series to predict hepatitis within a short lead time. The prediction results showed that the hepatitis B incidence in 2013 had a slight upward trend.
