Abstract: The multiwavelet has more desired properties than any single wavelet, such as short support, symmetry, and smoothness. In this paper, symmetric multiwavelet frames with general lattice and with any symmetric points are constructed from multiwavelet frames given. The existing result is generalized to the case of general lattice.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel gray-level image watermarking algorithm is presented for copyright protection. A method which encodes the gray-level secret information into bit sequence is developed. It uses the principal component analysis to extract the most valuable features of the watermark image and reduces lots of redundant information. The application of the proposed scheme makes the gray-level watermark capable of transparent hiding. Simulation results show that our method performs better than traditional methods.

Abstract: Direct calculating method was deduced from the requirements of pressure on foundation bottom surface to avoid loop computing and verified by an example. Worksheet of Excel was created and calculating via Goal Seek of Excel was presented, the initial width value of foundation should not less than 0.12m. The direct calculating method is very simple, convenient and rapidly. Calculating via Goal Seek of Excel is intuitive but you need to know how to use Excel. It is more simple if create another worksheet of Excel via the direct calculating method.

Abstract: Most UAV flight control system simulation was used for evaluating the quality of UAV and designing it, however, the results failed to conform to actual flight laws. According to the need of UAV simulator in actually, a new way which was convenient for engineering computing and appropriated for simulation training was built for simulating flight control system. With the actual flight figures, flight parameters were modified by Least squares method curve fitting. The system offers a way for developing UAV simulation training system, thus of great value in both theory and practice.

Abstract: This paper proposes a distributed algorithm for constructing power aware connected dominating set. It starts from any node, using depth first search, to form a connected dominating set after completing search in one orientation and then backtrack search in other orientations. For any dominating node’s neighbor nodes, when any neighbor node’s energy is lower than the threshold energy, backtrack search in other orientations. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithms perform better than some known ones.

Abstract: Brittleness is the basic attribute in complex systems, whose definition of brittleness is given. Through analyzing the process of collapse in complex systems, namely being motivated the process of brittleness, the definition of brittle resource, collapse, brittle recipient and brittle degree are given. Based on the above the definition of analysis, coupling degree between two subsystems is given. Finally, the process of collapse in complex systems is analyzed by the time-state method and the formula of judgement the collapse of complex systems is given. This method lays a foundation for analyzing the prediction of brittleness in complex systems.

Abstract: Non-stationary nature of the SAR image is a major obstacle to the automatic interpretation of SAR sea ice image. Incidence angle effect is one of the main factors leading to instability in the sea ice image features. Wide observation with automatic interpretation of SAR sea ice image,incidence angle effect on sea ice region, considering the speckle noise, the incidence angle effect and uncertainties, to the region through the pixel and then to large-scale regional a way, the merger of the incident angle effect correction on the scale of the regional clustering, class and regional operating combination of up to improve the segmentation algorithm for non-stationary adaptability.

Abstract: for the economy, political and Consumption habits are different from which of the foreign counties, the authoritative retail service quality perception model abroad Dabholkar is not very fit to the Chinese characteristic economic environment. After constant comparison and research, we take Dabholkar model as the basis and then reviese variables to the model getting an new model that fit to China. At the same time, through researching on 126 consumers in chain supermarkets, we have validated the model we raised is reasonable by use of methods of reliability and validity analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.

Abstract: The β coefficient is one of the key parameters in the capital market and risk management, and is the important decision-making basis for the stakeholders in the market economy. But from the nineteen seventies, β coefficient is unstable which has been confirmed by a number of literatures, therefore the follow-up researchers have always focused on searching for the better method to improve the accuracy of prediction of the β coefficient. This paper reviewed the existing literature about prediction methods for the β coefficient, and then gave a new method of forecasting the β coefficient-three dimensional entropy measurement.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of China’s property management industry, problems relating to property management also emerge continuously. In this study, statistical methods such as SPSS were used, and surveys conducted in a town of Shandong Province was taken to analyze the problems and its causes existing in the property management in a small city .Based on the surveys and analysis, countermeasures for improving the property management level were proposed.
