Abstract: The Chinese property management industry has been developing rapidly in the last 10 years. However, the property issues also emerge one after another, and the satisfaction level to the city property management is relatively low. Based on SPSS statistical analysis method, this paper conducts empirical analysis on the questionnaire results of residents from a certain county, summarizes the influence factors on the satisfaction level to city property management, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures to improve satisfaction level to property management.

Abstract: On the basis of relative literature studies, this paper puts forward the conceptual schema of major factors of reengineering in Chinese commercial banks and research hypothesis, then proceeds empirical tests. The results show that market competition pressure affects reengineering performance indirectly by client oriented strategy, leading factors and information technology capabilities. Not only information technology capabilities have impact on reconstruction performance directly,but also client oriented strategy, organization and coordination degree influence that indirectly. Despite training and inspiration, information technology capabilities and organization and coordination degree also indirectly affect reengineering performance. Leading factors, together with training and inspiration, affect reengineering performance directly and indirectly. Organization and coordination degree affect reengineering performance directly. Finally, corrected conceptual schema of Chinese commercial banks reengineering influencing factors are got by analyzing the function from influencing factors to reengineering performance.

Abstract: In this paper a relatively functional Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) model is constructed according to the job traits of private college teachers. Through personal interview, professional counseling, questionnaire survey and field observation, a set of performance evaluation indicators is composed and computed. AHP can give the performance of private college teachers a real-time evaluation and effective sort, then a scientific and specific method and basis to value private college teachers is provided.

Abstract: Chinese economy has had great development since the reform and opening up, but as we know, the development is an extensive economic growth, which brought serious environmental pollution problems, so, the coordinated development of economy-environment composite system is becoming more and more important. And if we want so, the first thing is to evaluate the coordinated development of economy-environment composite system. This paper takes the provinces in china as the study object, and collects some data from 2000 to 2009 of 29 provinces in china, base on which this paper builds some evaluation models, such as development degree model, coordination degree model, and coordinated development model, to evaluate the coordinated development of economy-environment system among Chinese provinces.

Abstract: The problem of land-lost farmers caused by China's rapid urbanization has become increasingly prominent; in particular, the elderly land-lost farmers are having a hard time. Roof reclamation is a sound solution to this problem. Based on typical research, the feasibility of roof reclamation for peri-urban farmers is analyzed, and its high economic, social and ecological benefits are summarized, and pointed out that roof reclamation was an experience and a practice which was worth promoting.

Abstract: Financing is the core problem of the enterprises development, particularly the capital turnover intensive logistics industry. And the financing structures have a significant impact with corporate governance and management efficiency. This paper choose twenty Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares logistics enterprise as the sample for analysis, analyze their financing structure based on the 2010 financial data by using statistical analysis method. This paper observed that these Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares logistics enterprises tend to short-term lending from bank and equity financing, the financing performance and the rate of internal financing was extremely low. At last, the paper analyzes the cause of the logistics enterprises' financing structure, and put forward policy suggestions.

Abstract: The establishment of China’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) promoted the development of relevant industries, and these industries could create more employment opportunities. Therefore, based on the establishment of SPR, this study applied Input-Output Tables to estimating its employment contribution to 23 related industries in national economy, used the employment–driven model to measure the driven-effect, and then proposed some policy suggestions.

Abstract: Based on Lyapunovs theory of stability, analyze on a control process of oil-water separation with time-delay, coupling and uncertainty in the unite station. a equation of sufficient condition for multi-variable Linear Delayed Systems with delayed independent stabilization is derived and another forms are also given. Based on this, several simple criterions for judging independent stabilization from linear delayed system are presented. We also discuss the exponential stability for delayed system and also provide the sufficient condition of exponential stability with any appointed convergent rate and its corresponding deductions. Using these conditions, we can choose a set of suitable parameters to reduce the conservation. By calculating and being compared with methods of the literature, the results show that our methods have less conservation.

Abstract: The profit allocation as the core factor of the whole agricultural supply chain determines the sustainable development of the whole industry; it will become more complex especially considering the risk of agricultural products. The profit allocation of agricultural supply chain based on Shapley value method of considering the risk factor is studied. The composition of agricultural supply chain is firstly described and the four common risks in the agricultural supply chain are discussed. Then, a new method considering the four risks to allocate the profit in agricultural supply chain is presented. Finally, the presented method of profit allocation is used to solve a profit allocation problem in practice. The results showed the Shapley value of profit allocation after considering the risks is smaller than classic Shapley value and the difference value is caused by the risks. The risks should be eliminated by concerted effort to enhance the stability of the supply chain.

Abstract: The paper takes Huangshan scenic area as the research object and uses depth interviews and field investigation methods to analyze its natural disaster risk management situation. The research shows that the natural disasters in Huangshan scenic area can be divided into three main types: geological disasters, meteorological and hydrological disasters and forest disasters. Then, the paper summarizes the experience in dealing with natural disasters, including the establishment of Huangshan Scenic Area Disaster Management Center, Scenic lightning monitoring and warning system, and emergency rescue team. Finally, the paper brings up countermeasures for sustainable development of the scenic area from five aspects: enhancing the risk management awareness, using new technology, strengthening stakeholder management and improving the emergency rescue team mechanism.
