Abstract: Fast and economical removal of icing snow on the airport runways, road, highways and other roads is a problem for keeping traffic flowing and driving safety in frozen weather. Based on the analysis of current researches on various mechanical deicing methods, a new mechanical-milling deicing method was presented. The milling cutting model was constructed by improving the cutting model. Subsequently, power design calculation of the milling equipment is also carried out. Through numerical calculation and error analysis, a conclusion that the cutting efficiency correlates only with the speed of deicing mechanism and cutter radius was drawn out. The feasibility of this scheme is validated by experiments of the mechanical milling deicer.

Abstract: Due to uncompleted cam basic parameters or unknown motion functions of follower, it is difficulty to calculate pressure angle for cam mechanisms while only given some discrete points on actual cam profile. After the research of solution for pressure angle of the oscillating-roller-followed disk cam used in cold forging machine, the article brings foreword detailed solutions under such condition above based on cubic spline interpolation function.

Abstract: The failure of the underframe is one of the most important factors affecting the service life of the multi-function chassis. This paper established a virtual model of multi-function chassis by UGNX 3D software; The use of the finite element analyzed model, find the weak link of underframe, and effectively reduce the underframe weight, determine the optimal scheme. Based on the underframe structure design to create the underframe prototype, and passed the test to prove the prototype running smoothly, safe and reliable.

Abstract: Knitting cloth is composed of coils, boasting the characteristics of large flexibility, retractility, and easy deformation, which results that its making and handling is greatly different from that of woven cloth, so that the proper utility of different-material insertion in knitting clothing is capable of fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses. The present paper starts with the functionality features of knitting and woven fabrics, and their functionalities of dressing, namely, style, color, material, carries out an inductive analysis and thereotical exploration, and finally presents thereotical reference and instruction for the innovative design and development of knitting clothing.

Abstract: To understand the wheel spin-up process of UAV main landing gear, this paper constructs the simplified mechanical model. The bilinearity model is used to simulate the relation between tire-runway adhesion coefficient and slip ratio. Some factor influenced the resultant load is analyzed. The axle and flange are analyzed with ABAQUS.

Abstract: Why are the product design of the Apple Inc. are so successful in the dog-eat-dog market One of the most important reasons is that the mental imageries of product user experience design of Apple Inc. are close to the user's expectant material mental imageries.In this study, we want to gain the main mental imageries of information product materials user experience design of the target users (18-28 years old university students or the recent graduates in the east of China) in the near future of the next 1-2 years. We used Culture Scan, Contextual Inquiry, Semantic Differential Method, and the Coordinate of Mental Imagery to study. We discovered that the main mental imageries of information product materials user experience design of the target users in the near future of the next 1-2 years are high-technological and fashionable. We built a bridge from the the material mental imagery of the user to the material mental imagery of the designer. The actual demand of the consumers could be more easily understood by the company.

Abstract: The perturbation method, bayesian statistics theory, the reliability optimization design, the reliability sensitivity technique and robust design are employed to present a practical and effective approach for the robust reliability design of the Banjo flange under incomplete information. The theoretical formulae of robust reliability design for the Banjo flange under incomplete information are obtained. The respective program can be used to obtain the robust reliability design parameters of the Banjo flange under incomplete information accurately and quickly.

Abstract: A small automatic grain-bagging machine system for household is presented on the basis of analyzing the demand for grain-bagging in household with more cultivated lands. The household automatic grain-bagging machine (HAGBM) is composed of grain conveyer device, opening and hanging bag device, automatic weighing measurement device, grain bagging device, sewing bag device and control system. Their structures are detailedly analyzed and 3D models are built up by Solidworks software. Control system has been discussed. It adopts PLC to control four motors and a weight sensor. The results indicate that four opening and hanging bag mechanisms installed on a rotatable platform complete four main processes of automatic grain-bagging. HAGBM suits automatic grain-bagging of households. It has small machine, high efficiency, and easy disassembling. It has more practical significance under lacking of young rural labor force.

Abstract: The quality and cost of a product rely heavily on selecting suitable engineering materials, and therefore the ability to select the most appropriate material for a given application is the fundamental challenges faced by the design engineer. The general grey relational analysis (GRA) has three weaknesses: (1) weight determination depends only on expert judgments; (2) the qualitative indexes are only simply quantified with exact number; and (3) the general GRA only takes into account the relationship between the imaginarily best material and the candidate materials. The GRA is extended to RGRA, weights are determined by combining subjective and objective weights based on maximum deviation, and the qualitative indexes are fuzzily quantified through trapezoidal fuzzy number (TFN). The illustrative example shows that the presented method enables decision making results to be more reasonable and trustworthy.
