Abstract: By using CAD 3D modeling and structural statics of finite element analysis software ANSYS, the stress distribution of the insulating joint under different loads is obtained. The main factors are suggested, which influence the effects of the insulating joint, being base on the mechanical analysis of using computer software, and the ranges of concentrated stress are pointed out. These studies will help the insulating joint structure design, structure optimization and better applications.

Abstract: In this paper, a preliminary exploration and research about the adaptive control law has been carried on for the turbofan engine with inlet pressure distortion. First, a real-time dynamic component-based model which contains the inlet distortion effects was established. Then, we select a single neuron PID controller with adaptive parameters to complete the dynamic acceleration process. The results illustrate that the single neuron control algorithm with gain adaptive has strong robustness, self-learning and anti-jamming capability and the performance of a turbofan engine can be effectively improved by using the turbine expansion ratio adaptive control law.

Abstract: The counterpunch is usually used to control the protrusion height and also to control the evolution of thickness and avoid over thinning in T-shape or Y-shape hydroforming. In this study, the process of hydroforming a Y-shape is conducted by experiments, in which tubular material used is stainless steel and has an outer diameter of 42mm. Three kinds of counterpunches with end angle of 70, 80 and 90-degree are used to investigate its influence on wall-thinning and the height of the protrusion. The results show that the minimum wall-thinning can be obtained with an end angle of 70-degree, while a higher effective protrusion height can be formed with the increase of end angle.

Abstract: As road construction machinery, Synchronous chip seal truck achieves the synchronization of asphalt and aggregate spilling to improve and enhance the quality of the road surface sealing layer, and wide application in road construction and maintenance. Synchronous chip seal technology, construction technology and synchronous chip seal truck were discussion introduced. Technology status quo of domestic synchronous chip seal truck was analyzed and the development tendency was discussed.

Abstract: Due to the geometry complexity and high precision requirement, there are many challenges in the design, manufacture and measurement of ultra-precision micro-structured freeform surfaces with form accuracy at sub-micrometer and surface finish in nanometer range. Successful manufacturing of ultra-precision micro-structured freeform surface relies on the high precision of machine tools. The precision, stability and repeatability of the turntable are the key factors of the high precision machine tools. Thanks to the large number of poles, mechanical transmission elements associated backlash and frictional losses are dispensed with, torque motors are more frequently applied to rotary tables and axes. This paper demonstrates the selection process of the torque motor for precision turntable under certain conditions. Two torque motors are selected according to the pre-given boundary conditions and both have appropriate torque to drive the given rotational object.

Abstract: Along with the comprehensive strength increased, peoples living standard has been improved in China. However, tourism souvenirs in China have been difficult to satisfy the consumers pursuits. Based on the current situation of Shanghai tourism souvenir design, through the investigation, the thesis found the common problems of Shanghai tourist souvenirs. Combined with the conception of sustainable development in the disassembly, recyclable, maintainability, reusability, it puts forward the sustainable conception which would apply new inspiration to Shanghai tourist souvenirs design, so as to promote the development of Shanghai tourist souvenirs design.

Abstract: Upon researching on the form grinding principle of rotor of the twin-screw compressor, firstly, this article gives the mathematical model of acquiring form grinding wheels axis section from screw rotors end section which is given by a series of discrete points. Then some key technologies to solve problems during the derivation of grinding wheels axis section and relevant research method to optimize the best setting angle have been analyzed. And last, the results of simulation and actual processing prove that this method is reliable and can meet the requirements of machining precision.

Abstract: This A new method of magnetic levitation micromotion of AC / DC hybrid driving is presented in this paper presents, and a new magnetic levitation micromotion stage has been designed, which can be realized that the motion stage translationally motions, respectively along the three directions x-axis, y-axis, z-axis, and rotates respectively around the three directions θxθyθz, namely, the micro-motion in the six-dimensional space of freedom, as well as the micro movement of the constant height. Force analysis has been carried out on the micromotion stage, and the relationship curve between the winding current and the air gap, as well as the force of the micromotion stage, has been drawn. Finally, the stability in the open-loop state and one-dimensional micro-movement of the magnetic levitation micromotion stage have been tested. According to the simulation result of the stability ,it shows that the stability of the magnetic levitation micromotion stage can be achieved at the equilibrium position, and according to the simulation result of the one-dimensional micro-movement ,it shows that the motion range whthin 50mm along the direction of x-axis can substantially coincide with the theoretical analysis. The feasibility of the design presented in this paper of the magnetic levitation micromotion stage can be validated by the simulation result of the stability and one-dimensional micro-movement.

Abstract: Screw blade is the essential part of a screw conveyer. The design of large scale, multiple blades screw conveyer involves complicated calculation and repeated work, is low in accuracy and efficiency. With parameterized design as the guiding principle, this article discusses the mathematical model for the development of cylindrical shaft tapered screw blade, and provides a VB based parameterized automatic drawing design method that allows arbitrary division of the helix angle, on the platform of AutoCAD. Practical experience has shown that the method improves design efficiency and accuracy, and is simple and pragmatic.

Abstract: Magnetic bead droplet's non-contacted manipulation can be realized in Electromagnetic MEMS, but how to achieve magnetic beads manipulation is the major problem. A new method of multi-layered flat coils coupled with permanent magnet was proposed. Firstly, the theory of magnetic bead manipulation was analyzed and the main factors affected the magnetic beads manipulation was identified; then the magnetic field of multi-layered flat coils and Stokes viscous resistance of magnetic beads were analyzed and simulated quantificationally; finally the magnetic bead capture area was got under different flow velocity. Consequently the feasibility and correctness of this method was verified.
