Abstract: In this paper, cable-membrane structure roof of a stadium was taken as a research case, a system reliability research method for large tensile structure was proposed. In the method, failure probabilities of main tensile cables were determined firstly, and main failure modes were obtained according to the relationship between the main tensile cables failure and the system failure, system reliability index would be gotten on the basis of main tensile cables failure probabilities and main failure modes accordingly. In analysis of the stadium, JC method was applied to analyze the reliability of main tensile cables, it was shown that, compared with other cables, the failure probability of lower ring cables and that of lower radial cables were higher, so the structure system failure mode caused by lower ring cables failure and that caused by lower radial cables failure were underlined, and enumeration method has been adopted to analyze the reliability of structure system. The system failure probability caused by the failure of lower ring cables was found relatively high, and the failure of lower ring cables would result in the failure of the structure system immediately, so special attention should be paid. Finally, design strategies have been put forward according to the results of reliability research, safety protection lines were added up by special design of tensile cable joints, and the reliability of the structure system has been improved.

Abstract: This paper analyzed efficiency performance of two most popular charge pumps: Linear Dickson charge pump and the Exponential Dickson charge pump. The analysis result indicated that in a certain range, exponential charge pump had a much higher efficiency than the linear one. With this analysis result, a novel exponential charge pump was proposed. The simulation result shows the proposed charge pump has a 18.4% improvement in efficiency.

Abstract: Following the involute forming principle, establish the accurate tooth surfaces involute equation, use the Pro/E to parametric modeling the straight bevel gear and virtually assemble. Only need simply modify the relevant parameters, on the basis of the relationship between each variable and parameters of module, number of teeth etc, automaticity regenerate straight bevel gear model. In this paper, using the finite element software ANSYS workbench modal analysis of the gear .The research shows that, the frequency of mode from 6375.2HZ to 19215HZ,which is can provide an effective method for the dynamic design of the gear.

Abstract: The micro injection molding machine (MIMM) is used to produce precision plastic products. The non-return valve (NRV) on the screw head of injection machine plays the role of preventing the melt back discharge during injection process. The sensitivity of non-return valves opening and closing affects the quality of the product. In this paper, numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow field is generalized by the Newtonian isothermal fluid method. Then, five kinds of different structural parameters of NRV are designed, and the pressure field, the pressure difference is simulated by the Polyflow software. At last, the pressure field, and the pressure difference on both side of NRV are analyzed and compared. The best structure parameter of NRV is decided. The simulation results are useful for the NRV design.

Abstract: The development was made about the WW-1.65/7 oilless compressor in order to meet market demand. The oilless lubrication of the compressor is obtained by using self-lubricating materials and grease lubrication bearings. The reasonable structure of the piston component, its perfect seal effect and long life are achieved by the exact design and correct assembly. The air-cool pattern and the full opened crankcase bottom make the compressor cooled better, the cost is low. By analysis and calculation, the important structure parameters are made that the speed is 800r/min, the radius-length ratio is 1/6.6 and the axial width of the guiding ring is 50mm, these provide the important guarantee for the run reliability and life of the compressor. The WW-1.65/7 oilless compressor has better properties, can run reliably and go into mass production already.

Abstract: Fuzzy factors in the worm reducer design are analyzed, and a multi-objective optimization model with minimum volume and maximum bearing capacity is established in this paper. Optimal level cut-set method is introduced to conduct comprehensive evaluation on constraining fuzziness and convert the fuzzy constraint into general constraint according to the actual conditions and requirements; for multi-objectives, single-objective optimal solutions are fuzzified to form fuzzy sets to establish the membership functions of the fuzzy sets by taking the fuzziness between the single objectives and between the single objectives and multiple objectives into consideration, and multi-objective optimal solutions are obtained by maximizing the membership functions of the fuzzy set intersection. For an actual worm reducer, the fuzzy theory and method are applied to obtain results, and the validness of the method is demonstrated by comparing such results with the conventional design data.

Abstract: Most fashion customization companies are lack of effective design planning in China, meanwhile, the conventional theory is not suitable to the particularity of fashion customization design. Based on classification of fashion customization brand model, after relevant thinking and exploration, fashion customization design model can be constructed. Fashion customization design model based on strategy and tactic parts, after overlapping these two parts, the design method will be not so obscure, but more standardization and scientific. The study of fashion customization design model is a way of thinking about design model. To Chinese fashion customization companies, it is not only a revolution of design concept, but also an exploration of design method. It provides some references for those companies to perform specific fashion customization design.

Based on Kansei Engineering methods, discussed how to improve the efficiency and accuracy of product positioning and product form design. Portable sewing machine design was taken as an example to prove this method.

Abstract: Due to the emergence of new asymmetric Water diversion and power generation system, the traditional computational formula for Thoma stable section area has been unable to meet the design requirement. The discriminant formula for stable section of surge tank is obtained in this paper by theoretical derivation. There is a great influence on the stable area of surge tank because of the head loss between surge tank and branch pipe. Based on the definition of k-degree symmetric diversion system, the critical condition of Water diversion and power generation system is obtained. The hydraulic parameters of k-degree symmetric Water diversion and power generation system can be optimized through the critical condition formula.

Abstract: To adapt to the CNC machine high precision, high quality, high reliability requirements,This article designed NC machine tool control system with application of Lon-works technology. The hardware design method of input module and sensor interface, output module and the stepper motor interface in the system are introduced. This kind of control system rely on its core technology neural chip that based on Lon-works technology can realize the work-piece precision machining. It can be applied to different types of CNC machine tools and will make up for the deficiency of the traditional NC machine tool by PLC control.
