Abstract: In order to obtain the forming and the velocity of LEFP(Linear Explosively Formed Penetrators) based on one part of semicircle liner, the X-ray radiography and test velocity technology are used to obtain the forming and velocity of LEFP. In this paper, an analytical approach to describe the two-dimensional liner motion of LSCs is addressed firstly at a detonation-point. The relationship of LEFP flight distance can approximate a linear equation to estimate the distance of LEFP before contacting target. Experimental results showed that the shape of LEFP likes a scimitar according to gray image, and LEFP can close around linear explosive charge length axis direction.

Abstract: As a typical man-machine interface, vehicle driver seat directly affects driver seating and riding comfort. Lumbar support of driver seat plays a particularly important role in improving driver seating and riding comfort and is usually realized by installing adjustable lumbar support, which provides stable, comfortable support for drivers with different body sizes. Traditional lumbar support has several shortcomings, such as complex structure, high cost, insufficient adjustments ranges, etc. In this work, forward design method of lumbar support with adequate design confidence level was developed, with four-way electric adjustments system. Firstly, lumbar support adjustments ranges was analyzed according to ergonomic principles. Then the concept of lumbar support adjustments mechanism was designed and the parameters of adjustments mechanism were determined including the length and angle ranges of parts, motor and spring parameters, etc. Finally, with consideration of product processing technology and manufacturing cost requirements, detailed lumbar support adjustments system structure was determined. The validated system structure parts were produced and assembled into a prototype. The prototype was tested and accepted, which showed that not only the lumbar support system met the design requirements well, but also the forward design method presented was scientific and reasonable.

Abstract: At present the twist-roller transmission cannot meet the needs of adjusting the positive pressure and the twist angle in the meanwhile. For this phenomenon, based on requirements of accuracy and velocity, non-level speed controlled twist-roller transmission is designed and its working principle is particularly discussed by friction transmission theory. Using the Pro-E software to build a model of transmission, then ADAMS is used in kinematics analysis for the designed transmission agent. The results show that, the simulation value is close to the theoretical on the CM-position and the velocity along the axis direction of the spindle. That is to say, the transmission can meet the design demand.

Abstract: A novel anti-disturbance control for permanent magnetic Synchronous Motor (PMSM) based on reduced order load torque observer is proposed to solve the speed ripple problem caused by the external uncertainties like load torque disturbance and parameter variation. Combined with the vector control, the estimation value of the reduced-order torque observer is used as compensation to the q-axis current to improve the dynamic response of the speed. The accuracy of the inertia estimation, the rationality of the reduced order load torque observer and the optimization of the system are verified by the simulation result.

Abstract: To reduce the fuel consumption and exhaust (HC, CO) emissions of parallel hybrid electric vehicle, the control strategy of the hybrid electric vehicle is studied in this paper. First it briefly analyzes the structure and working principle of the parallel hybrid electric vehicle drive system. Then a cost function is proposed which explains the fuel consumption and emissions. According to the minimum principle the minimum of the cost function can be got, consequently, the optimal control strategy can be obtained. Furthermore, in order to verify the effectiveness of the optimal control strategy, in MATLAB environment, it establishes a dynamic simulation model for hybrid electric vehicles. Through a comparative study between the optimal control strategy on and the traditional rules control strategy, the results of experiment it reveals that the optimal control strategy can effectively reduces fuel consumption and emissions of hybrid electric vehicles.

Abstract: IN tall buiding’s constant pressure water supply system with PLC and frequency converter logic control, PLC is used for logic control and frequency converter for pressure regulation . PLC and frequency converter which are the core components of the system track changes on the deviation of the pressure in a pipe with the given pressure,through the PLC internal PID operational, it can control variable frequency and power frequency switching and automatic control the number of inputting pumps and speed of the motor to realize closed loop automatic regulation voltage variable water supply, It can achieve the purpose of controlling the flow of water while maintaining constant pressure.

Abstract: Packing problem is how to arrange the components in available spaces to make the layout compact. This paper adopts a digital modeling algorithm to establish a novel rubber ballon convex hull model to solve this problem. A visible point puls maximum distance method analogy QuickHull algorithm is presented to get extreme points of rubber ballon convex hull. Movement resolution aim at force analyze and calculate the resultant vector to translate, rotate and slide the component to make the volume decrease in detail. An experiment proved this digital modeling algorithm effective.

Abstract: The process of surface design and programming method of NC machining with Pro/E is introduced. By designing and NC machining of fan blades, the method of designing and automatic programming of free form surface by using of parameters materialized is described. And its cutting path is planed reasonably. At last, the NC program is derived.
