Abstract: Based on the study of the solids conveying in the vane extruder, a new concept of the differential shear-compression theory is presented. The objective existing of shear and compressive forces is proved by the mathematical method. And the exerted force is proved to be depended on the compression displacement and the differential of compression speed when solid materials are transported in the solids conveying zone of the vane extruder at any moment. Because of the rotor eccentricity to the stator, a conveying mathematical model between the thickness of the material differential laminate and the rotor angle is established. The nonlinear function E(β) andG(β), related to the thickness, density and compactness of materials are obtained through experiment, and the radial force of inner surface of the stator acted on the differential laminate is calculated by the Hooke's law. Based on the torque balance of the material laminate, the force is calculated by integration in the chamber. The finite element analysis of the mathematic model are applied to verify the validity of the differential shear-compression theory, which is also practical to metal material rolling, high pressure double roll crush and other processes with converging geometry.

Abstract: Harvesting speed is a key factor that influences working quality, utilization and harvest efficiency of the working process of grain combine harvester. In order to solve multi-objective control and poor anti-interference ability of measurement system in combine harvester, this paper uses optimization theory and error analysis theory to integrate analyze multi-source disturbance of data which is acquired in measurement and control system. The optimum working state control algorithm which proposes by this paper has better robust and anti-interference features, and what is more, it can be targeted by low yield loss, high productivity and low power cost. It provides theoretical basis and data support for the domestic agricultural harvesting machine, which also is an effective means to heighten the automatic level of the agricultural information technology. Abstract: A new machine is presented in this paper, which is designed to cold draw helical blade. The new machine has characteristics as conserving time and labor, simple to manufacture, strong adaptability and no energy required. It is suitable especially for making helical blades in small amount when repairing helical conveyor. The principle of work and structure of the helical blade manufacturing device is presented, the calculation of cold draw helical expanded blade is also provided.

Abstract: V-shape adapter is one of the most used hollow adapter in submarine-lunched missile, studying on influence of mechanical property of adapter on submarine-launched performance has an important significance. Firstly, mechanical analysis on V-shape adapter is done and the equivalent out-of-plane mechanical property of adapter is obtained. Secondly, the equivalent constitutive model is built and the user subroutine VUMAT is developed based on ABAQUS/Explicit, while the stability and reliability of the calculation results are verified. According to the requirements of adapter performance from submarine-lunched missile, optimization design for adapter is carried out. The results show that the equivalent constitutive model can simplify the simulation of adapter and shorten the engineering time in research, and the optimized adapter can have a good effect on vibration reduction and supporting based on some relevant conditions.

Abstract: Changes of the clearance between punch and chamber resulting from thermal-mechanical loading effects affect the injection process of squeeze casting greatly. This paper aims to control the changes of the dynamic clearance in order to ensure the smooth operation of the injection system. A temperature control method by cooling punch was proposed, and two cases of vertical injection processes, which were cooling and non-cooling, were simulated during the ten squeeze casting cycles. The clearance changed from the initial 0.15mm to the stable 0.099mm in the case of cooling, while from the initial 0.15mm to the stable 0.071mm in the case of non-cooling, which demonstrated the temperature control method was effective and feasible.

Abstract: With the increase of outlet pressure to compressor, all cycle COP is a reducing trend except R744, in addition, R744 compression cycle has an optimum high pressure. When the inlet temperatures of compressor gradually increase, the performances of all cycles basically unchanged, but the R744 compression cycle has an increasing trend. With the increasing of outlet temperature to the condenser, the performances of all cycles are decreased; instead with increasing of the evaporating temperature, all cycle COP is an increasing trend.

Abstract: This paper describes a composite sensorless position and speed detection algorithm designed for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). A high-frequency voltage signal injection method is used at starting and low speed, and a back-EMF integrate method is used at high speed, and the two kinds of method are fused by weighting method in the transition speed area. Simulation results show that estimation accuracy of this composite estimation method is satisfactory, and the sensorless control system based on this method has good dynamic response characteristics within full speed.

Abstract: The characteristic of human body shape is said specific body shape and structure characteristic of the way, it determines the method of different parts of the human body modelling. In this paper, the line frame model is proposed to set up the human body model, so it is according to one of several major parts of the cross section and longitudinal section contour line combination instead of mannequin, on the computer with three times bezier curve to approximate fitting body shape of line frame model, to realize the 2D pattern model to the 3D model transformation.

Abstract: The parameters of the oil pumping machine model determines its performance and balance rate, A set of good parameters can effectively improve the balance rate of pumping unit. Several oil pumping machine model subroutine has developed and practicaly calculatded through LabVIEW in this study, it was shown that the application of LabVIEW can effectively improve the rate of the pumping machine parameter optimization, provided an effective way for design and improve the positive torque pumping machine.
