Abstract: In order to achieve the target of control vehicle height in running state,we designed a control schematic of which practicability was analyzed. By using AMEsim software, we established the mathematical model of the charging and releasing oil to simulate the performance of a 1/4 vehicle with hydro-pneumatic suspension. From the result, we get the conclusion that charging and releasing oil in running state has tiny effect on ride comfort, and stability of the vehicles.

Abstract: The heavy-duty special vehicles easily roll during steering, anti-rolling technology becomes a critical technology to the heavy-duty vehicles. Aiming at the rolling problem of a full load heavy vehicle in the process of steering, an interconnected anti-rolling suspension system with adjustable damping was designed, the nonlinear mathematical models of both hydro-pneumatic independent suspension and interconnected anti-rolling suspension system were established. The mechanical characteristics of two kind of suspension were studied through digital simulation method, discussing the system parameter changes affection on the performance of interconnected anti-rolling suspension system. The study results indicate that the interconnected anti-rolling suspension system bitterly improves vehicles rolling resistance in contrast to the oil-gas mixed independent suspension, the study results provide theoretical basis for the anti-rolling s design of heavy-duty vehicles.

Abstract: The thesis mainly proposed a novel design method for Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) controller based on modulation waveform cycle normalization. T is the period of sinusoidal modulation waveform, and T/n is the cycle of triangular carrier. Shift registers and adders of SPWM controller were designed to translate the 2n numerical value for SPWM waveform on-off switching points, which were calculated offline, to control the level of the outpout SPWM waveform,which is the key point of modulation waveform cycle normalization. In the thesis RTL function simulation verification by ModelSim and testing for FPGA have been achieved successfully. The results show that the novel SPWM controller is reliable, which has practical significance.

Abstract: Adopting the control idea of configuration, based on the PROFIBUS field bus, and combined with the advantages of PLC and DCS, this paper puts forward a set of new design scheme of field bus control system. With the development of fieldbus technology and intelligent equipment, after simple modification, the system on-site can be realized all real distributed control system (FCS). The system is easy to expend, and has good portability and strong practical value.

Abstract: For the characteristics of the sewage treatment process and a combination of BP algorithm and conventional PID control, a PID controller is proposed based on BP neural network to realize the online adjustment of PID controller parameters. This control strategy will be applied to the control of the DO(Dissolved Oxygen) concentration in sewage treatment, and a contrast has been made with conventional PID control effect.

Abstract: Aiming at the huge waste, low utilization of banana stem fiber and the environment pollution caused by it, the author redesign one of the main components of the crumple machine--the crushing device, build the device's 3D solid modeling with the Solidworks software, based on the finite element modelSolidworks Simulation, make the finite element analysis and discuss of the crushing blade under the proper operating condition .The design is safe and reliable according to the analysis, and would be great help to promote the comprehensive utilization of bananas stem fiber in the main producing areas and raise the economic benefits of banana cultivation.

Abstract: To enhance the strength of the skin-stringer structures for aircraft, comparative tests between single-pass and double-pass welding by friction stir welding (FSW) were implemented. 1.8mm 2524-T3 aluminum alloy was used as the skin and 2.4mm 7150-T77511 aluminum alloy was used as the stringer with equilateral right-angle structure, and perfect joints without internal defects were obtained. Moreover, the tensile, peel and metallographic tests were implemented, and the results show that the average peel strength of double-pass FSW is 2 times or more than single-pass FSW. Therefore double-pass FSW can effectively improve the connection strength of aircraft skin and stringers structure.

Abstract: In this paper, 1-D mathematical model of the coagulation process of the polyacrylonitrile (PAN) carbon fiber is established using Fick diffusion law. Boundary stabilization for a linear parabolic diffusion-reaction partial differential equation (PDE) is considered. We use the method of backstepping to implement the boundary control of the concentration diffusion in the forming process of carbon fiber. By using the coordinate transformation, we transform the original system to a standard static system. The transformation depends on a so called gain kernel function, and we can design the boundary feedback controller using the kernel function. For the model in this paper, the kernel function itself is a hyperbolic PDE, and there is no explicit formation. Therefore, we use numerical methods to obtain the kernel function, and give the simulation results for the closed-loop control response. The simulation results show that the open-loop unstable system is stabilized by a boundary feedback.

Abstract: As wearing parts, shearer picks, in which the huge consumption and inefficient are caused by the poor quality of brazing, are widely used in the mining process. In this paper, the cemented carbide YG15, 42CrMo steel and HL105 copper brazing film were used as the head, body and solder, respectively, and the furnace brazing was used for shearer picks where the home-made water-soluble copper brazing agent was fabricated instead of the traditional dehydrated borax. The results show that the strength of the welded joint improves greatly and is up to a superior level. When the copper brazing agent and water in a four-to-six ratio, the solder is completely wetted, the best bending resistance of the head is obtained, the brazing seam of picks which are superior to the factory production is brimming, and thus the service life is significantly improved.

SolidWorks itself can not be drawn to the curve by curve equation operation in the corresponding module can not be achieved by drawing module drawing functions of centrifugal pump volute, here we use Visual Basic 6.0 to SolidWorks secondary development, in order to achieve parametric design of centrifugal pumps.
