Abstract: In order to provide a kind of simple structure, low cost, easy operation and high safety performance improvement of hydraulic support's advancing support method, this paper designed a kind of rolling advancing support device of hydraulic support. The Lightweight Design for Tractor Frame of the Coal Mine Belt Horizontal Extension Transfer Machine
Abstract: Coal mine horizontal belt extension transfer machine is designed in order to solve the mine loading efficiency is not high, especially the most loading mechanical failed to solve continuous loading problem. Among them, the tractor as power to provide the transfer machine, its importance cans be imagined. Through the statics analysis of the tractor frame, we draw the conclusion: Preliminary plan is too conservative given frame size, frame heavier, cause material waste, processing difficult. We will through two aspects of size parameters optimization and material optimization design, make the tractor frame on the premise of guarantee function materials more provinces, lighter weight, lower cost. Size options and set up new material selection, and then we stand for the statics analysis. Analysis results show that our lightweight design of tractor frame is a success.

Abstract: This paper builds two water hydraulic poppet valve models which are of different structure, and simulation analysis used by FLUENT software on it’s internal flow field. The analysis results show that, after improving the structure of water hydraulic poppet valve, import and export pressure value differences decreased, effectively restrains the generation of cavitation, reduces the vibration amplitude and turn down noise, reduces loss of turbulent energy, the overall performance is superior to the traditional structure.

Abstract: In this paper, finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate a process of disc cutters of different diameter breaking rock, get the curves of the load of disc cutter of different diameter breaking rock and the curves of the stress exerting on the cutters when the disc cutters cutting different depth. According to the rock breaking mechanism of disc cutter, and established five kinds of disc cutter of different diameter broken rock finite element model, and the numerical simulation was carried out. The loads of disc cutters of different diameter breaking rock and the stress exerting on the cutters are different when the disc cutters cutting different depths. According to the result of the analysis, draw the curve graph of the load of disc cutter breaking rock and the stress exerting on the cutters when the disc cutters of different diameter cutting different depth. According to the curve diagram, the load of disc cutter of different diameter cutting a certain depth and the stress of exerting on the disc cutters can be gotten. The simulative result is instructive for improving the design of disc cutter parameters and improving the development efficiency.

Abstract: Reissners theory for cylindrical shell is adopted to analyze the axis-directional crack problem for FGMs cylindrical shell by using the asymptotic expansion method. The eigen-solution of the crack-tip fields for the cylindrical shell is obtained. The results are similar to Williams solution for the plane problems in homogeneous materials, and will be applied widely to engineering structures.
