Abstract: The crack located along x-axis in bi-directional functionally graded cylindrical Reissners shell is studied. The asymptotic expansion method is used to obtain the eigen-solution of the higher order crack tip fields. The results are similar to Williams solutions to plane problems for homogeneous materials.

Abstract: The paper aims to design a kind of bracket of scraper part of coal mine underground horizontal extension Transfer Machine perfectly, based on Solid Works. And we would like to perform numerical simulation for the bracket, furthermore to optimize the transect parameters and achieve that to reduce the weight of the bracket. At last, through optimization design, we prefer to reduce 4.5% in Von Misses press and 15% in weight. In this way, we can offer a useful reference to design the bracket of scraper part of coal mine underground horizontal extension Transfer Machine.

Abstract: AS belt feeder is widely used in various material handling industry ,the existing belt feeder belts often torn belt deviation and many other disadvantages , and in view of research status at home and abroad , this paper uses three-dimensional software Solid Works on tape feeder three-dimensional analog design , and through the ANSYS finite element analysis on the drum , the existing coal feeder belt is significant improvement , and can effectively reduce the cost of manufacturing and testing , as for on-site production and technical personnel to provide research references.

Abstract: The tree trim is an important part of the fruit tree planting and landscape tree management. In this paper, it aimed at domestic plants trimmed work low level of mechanization, labor-intensive and trim efficiency and low status quo, according to the actual working environment of the plant trim work. A Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Scalable Tree Trimmer was designed, its head can do multiple DOF motion ,and its body height can freely telescopic adjustment. It is able to improve the mechanization degree of tree trim work, to reduce the cost of trim work and shorten the time of trim work. It is also could improve working conditions and improve the safety of the tree trim work.

Abstract: Recently, with the rapid development of the window-cleaning, we need set up a scientific design and renovation method. This paper based on the working principle of fixed window-cleaning, we deduced the design methods of the mast when its parameters changed followed the variation of the working condition. Then, we ensured the most dangerous working condition. And in this condition, we made an analysis of the mast based on ANSYS and found out the regularities of distribution of the stress. At last, it could provide worthy reference for the design of mast.

Abstract: When TBM tunneling, the disc cutter directly in contact with the rock. The disc cutter is an important component of the TBM, so the numerical simulation study of disc cutter breaking rock process is established. The study contents disc cutter exerted vertical force on the rock. This is instructive for improving the disc cutter layout and improving the rock breaking capacity and tunneling efficiency. According to the rock Drucker-Prager plastic yield criterion lines and rock mechanical properties, finite element model of rock breaking by disc cutter was established by ANSYSWORKBENCH software and process of rock cutting with disc cutter was simulated. The rock elastic-plastic deformation occurred in the disc cutter effect, caused accumulation of rock damage, when the rock breaks completely damaged, get the vertical force exerted on the disc cutter, which is significance for the disc cutter layout and the calculation of force of TBM cutter breaking rock.

Abstract: Cutting tooth especially due to the poor quality of the shearer brazing, caused enormous economic losses each year in our country, which caused great pick consumption and delayed hours, and then resulting in reduced efficiency. The tooth body wear of the whole shearer picks accounts for half of its overall failure. In this experiment, the heat treatment which included heating temperature, soaking time, and cooling, etc. was designed by service conditions and performance requirements of the body material 40Cr. The change of microstrcture and mechanical property was analysed by quenching and tempering treatment, thus prolong the service life of shearer picks by improving the comprehensive performance of the tooth body material.

Abstract: In order to deal with the wall flow effect and the scaling effect because of uneven distribution of fluid overall that commonly exist in packed tower, a new type efficient symmetrical-flow packed equipment was developed. In the same condition, the symmetrical-flow packed equipment was studied comparatively with the common packed equipment by experiments and numerical simulation, and the results such as pressure drop, wall-flow contours and velocity distribution were given. The study results show that the pressure drop of two kinds of packed tower have no significant differences , wall flow is significantly reduced by about 31%, gas-liquid velocity uniformly distribute compared with ordinary packing. The result demonstrate that the symmetrical-flow packed equipment has good effect tin improving the uniform distribution of the macroscopic flowing of fluid, the wall flow effect of the symmetrical-flow packed equipment can be effectively reduced, and the scaling effect eliminated. So the mass transfer efficiency of the packed tower is improved.

Abstract: Vehicle-mounted shaft generator system with constant frequency and voltage under variable speed condition can adapt to a large speed range of working condition while the vehicle is moving. Its key technologies are a process of rectification-inversion and a composite staggered parallel DC converter. Test research shows that electrical performance of the shaft generator system meets the first kind electric power plant requirements according to GJB 5785-2006 of China, which indicates that the shaft generator system can provide uninterrupted high quality electric power to current general on-board electrical equipment on vehicles under all speed conditions.

Abstract: Based on the structural analysis of the multifunctional harvester, dynamical vibration equation with 5-degree of freedom is built by Lagrange method through rational simplification. Considering road surface random excitation drive and pulse excitation, simulation analysis of the running ride comfort is carried on to the complete machine model of vibration. Running ride comfort of the multifunctional harvester is predicted or evaluated, providing the basis for the design of adding the shock mitigation system to the multifunctional harvester.
