Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the growth of listed companies of China's new energy industry. This paper establishes a growth evaluation index system which contains nine financial indicators and two non-financial indicators, and then selects a total of 50 listed companies that belong to five new energy types as an evaluation sample. Factor analysis is used to analyze growth evaluation data of these 50 listed companies. According to the results of factor analysis, an objective evaluation on China's new energy industry listed companies is made.

Abstract: China's energy industry developed remarkably in recent years but in the meanwhile also caused some problems that are directly correlated with defects in system, content, supporting and coordination and other aspects of China’s energy laws. It is imperative at present to improve and perfect energy legal system in order to provide strong guarantee for China’s energy security. This paper will analyze existing legislation systems concerned with energy security started from its legal protection status in quo, and use foreign legal system of energy security for reference to put forward to suggestions for construction of China’s legal protection system for energy security that are beneficial to perfect China's energy legal system and to ensure energy security.

Abstract: Energy issues have always become the major problem of the world. Energy efficiency has become a national energy strategy. As the old industrial city, Zhuzhou has a huge demand to energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in the process of industrialization. Firstly, energy efficiencys concept was introduced, then propose Zhuzhou energy efficiency influencing factors, finally, this paper measures Zhuzhou energy efficiency based on data envelopment analysis (DEA ) method, It hopes that the scientific evaluation could provide theoretical and practical support for the decision.

Abstract: Pyrolysis chars at 500°C, 700°C, 900°C and coal combustion ashes were prepared to simulate the three zones residues of underground coal gasification. The contents of trace elements in solid residues, such as chromium, manganese, arsenic, cobalt, nickel and lead, were determined by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS) and the enrichment factors were also calculated. By immersing the pyrolysis chars and coal combustion ashes in weakly acidic leaching liquid (pH=4, 5, 6), the leaching features of above trace elements and their potential threat on groundwater were characterized. Compared with the enrichment feature of Fe, the results indicate that CrMnCo stably exist in pyrolysis and combustion process; Ni and As get depleted in low-temperature pyrolysis chars, while enriched in 900°C chars and coal combustion ashes; Pb becomes enriched in ash, but gets depleted with the increase of pyrolysis temperature. The concentration of As in ash leachate is higher than the 5th class of groundwater quality standard which may cause serious pollution; the concentration of Ni is below the 4th class and may contaminate the groundwater; other elements in leachate have little influence on groundwater because of low concentrations below the 3rd class of groundwater quality standard.

Abstract: Cities are major consumers of global energy. This paper conducts a comparative analysis on economic and social situation, the scale, intensity, and structure of energy consumption in four municipalities, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and Chongqing, definitudes the comparative advantages and unfavorable factors of each municipality in terms of energy conservation and energy structural adjustment optimization, and then suggests several countermeasures for each municipality to promote their sustainable utilization of energy, which may provide reference for other cities.

Abstract: This paper first briefly discussed the basic principle of wavelet neural network, and pointed out the shortcomings and deficiencies existing in wavelet neural network , thus put forward the improved artificial fish-swarm neural network model, and solved the disadvantages of wavelet neural network in the training process. Finally the improved artificial fish-swarm neural network model is applied to the prediction of coal demand in our country, and the predicted results can prove that the model is scientific and feasible.

Abstract: Pore structure of soft-slicing coal (SSC) is analyzed with physical adsorption method. Several experiment schemes are designed to carry out the tests of gas seepage characteristics of soft-slicing coal at the different confining pressures, gas pressures and axial pressures, with the self-developed gas seepage triaxial pressure experimental system. The typical coal from TianFu coal mine is especially sampled with different designed surface area parameters. The experiment results demonstrate the relations between the seepage velocity, the effective axial feed, and gas pressure. Under the conditions of the constant axial and confining pressure, the seepage velocity increases in an exponent way with gas pressure increasing, the permeability coefficient decreases in negative exponent, and this seepage process shows capacity fractal properties.

Abstract: Because of the complex process of pipeline operation, there is not an authoritative and reliable way to detect the gas pipeline leakage. Simulation for the southern half ring of Tianjin high-pressure gas pipeline network which depends on the real-time data collected by the SCADA system can provide a reference to detecting and locating the leakage by the method of pressure gradient. It is a very useful way to ensure safe operation of the pipeline network daily.

Abstract: The total exergy and exergy efficiencies have been calculated based on the energy utilization of Chinas railway transport from 2006 to 2010. The preliminary results indicate that: (1) the major fuels for China railway transport are diesel, coal and electricity; (2) The total exergy consumption is calculated as 491.59 PJ in 2006 and 480.19 PJ in 2010, which is approximately in accordance with Chinas economic growth rate. (3) With railway electrification and green technology being emerged in the transport system, the energy structure is considered upgrading gradually, e.g. more environment-friendly energy is used to be the alternative fuels. (4) The weighted mean of exergy efficiencies range from 26.41% to 26.62%, which are less than the conventional efficiency 28%, due to the irreversibility of exergy loss. In addition, both time and structural variation of the total exergy consumption and efficiency provides an insight to China's socio-economy, but also helps improve the national energy policies.

Abstract: To increase the development and popularization of the Green Energy Generation System (GEGS), this paper aims to develop a multi-input isolated power converter, which could be coordinated on a green-energy-based DC bus. The proposed converter is integrated with commercial grid and batteries, to achieve the grid energy supplement and battery-based emergency backup power supply, respectively. The operational principle of proposed converter is presented, there are three operation mode and its simulation result are illustrated as well.
