Abstract: Nowadays, materials used to construct house or building wall areconsidered not only in the physical material behaviour but also energy conscious and economic factor. Adding crumb rubber to the brick composite is one of many methods to develop the properties of bricks. As widely known, the finite element method (FEM) is a tool used for finding accurate solutions of the heat transfer equation of materials including the composite bricks. In this paper an investigation of the heat transfer of a soil cement brick containing crumb rubber particles, is presented and compared to results of finite element analysis (FEA) simulation. To determine the effect of crumb rubber to the heat transfer behaviour of soil cement brick, different volume fractions are varied by 10, 20, 30 and 40%. It was reported that a modelling application reveals good correspondence with the experimental results.

Abstract: As the citys main carrier, building plays an irreplaceable role in healthy and green living environment of the people. Nowadays, green building has become an important standard evaluation of building. Outer decoration materials are a part of the buildings structure, its jacket, and appearance of the city. Through investigating and understanding the outer decoration materials at home and abroad, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages that may exist in the process of development, interpreting the application value of environmental protection materials, renewable energy, intelligent materials in building facade design, as a result, provide some basis for exploring new materials about green building outside decoration. Do advocate protecting the environment and having a healthy living.

Abstract: The effect of micro-grinding medium on grinding performance of Portland cement, with determining specific surface area, 45um and 80um sieve residue, density, particle size distribution, chemical shrinkage and strength were studied. In this article, the RRBS of grinding of cement particle size distribution data was observed to be very well. When the content of micro-grinding medium is less than 10%, the specific surface area is increased as the ratio of the grinding medium increased. At the same time, the flexural and compressive strength of cement increased as the content increases. The density of cement decreased quite significantly with the content of micro-grinding medium increased. The 80um sieve residue of the cement increases obviously, when the content of micro-grinding medium is more than 10%.

Abstract: Combined heat and power generation is also called the heating reconstruct project, comprehensive benefit evaluation of heating reconstruction project provide a more scientific basis for project construction and project operation, strengthen scientificalness for decision-making , avoid investing blindly and improve investing returns of the project. To begin with, it is emphasize on the analysis of the project whole, and then established evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model based on financial and non-financial data collecting of the project. At the third, evaluating the financial feasibility, project environmental benefit and social benefit evaluation of the heating reconstruction project. Eventually, it comes to a conclusion for a validation of heating reconstruction project feasibility.

Abstract: Precast Concrete Structure Technology has been used in residential industry, but still less in public building areas. The project uses the PC technology, especially the production of the constructional element in the factory, and the installation of the construction in the site and the progress of the operation in the Social field, running water system of the formation of ordered factory jobs. There will be many advantages, including of improving the quality, the efficiency, and the life of construction, at the same time, reducing the consumption of the energy, and interference. In the actual construction process there is a lot of specific problem, such as the connection between PC and RC, and the management problem of PC construction and so on. It will be summarized that the shortage about the application of PC technology in public building at present and explore the application of PC technology in public building areas for promoting the development of technology in the future.

Abstract: This paper presents a radiant model based on the radiant resistance analysis theory and the results of numerical simulations of double glass window. The two-dimensional steady state model is formulated based upon the radiation and free convection heat transfer at different external and internal ambient conditions. The properties of glass which change with incident wavelength are also considered. Specifically, air and CO2 are used as the medium in the 8mm and 10mm cavity of the double glass window, respectively. Several parameters, including transmitted solar radiation flux, temperature distribution, surface heat transfer coefficient for free convection and total surface heat flux are calculated. The results show that transmitted solar radiation flux is slightly lower when filled with CO2 in the cavity than with air due to their absorption difference. Also, the temperature of gas closing to internal glass sheet and the total surface heat flux of internal glass sheet are decreased when filled with CO2 than with air, although the surface heat transfer coefficient is slightly higher when it is CO2. .The temperature variation curves show that less heat flows into the room when filled with CO2 than air in double glass window.

A Study on the Current Status of House Performance Rating System of South Korea and Development Plan
Abstract: This study investigates the contents of the house performance rating system of South Korea, its problems and development plan. First, the house performance rating system has been being implemented for the purpose of improving the quality of house and providing faithful and precise house information to residents. Second, the rating system is being operated as a scheme to assess the house performance in South Korea. Finally, a close investigation and establishment of a plan are required for the classification of house performance rating.

Abstract: The role of religion in providing people spiritual stability and the necessity for conducting worships has increased the demands of religious buildings. Taoist religious buildings have a significant presence in Taiwan. With increasing environmental awareness and declining wood production, current constructions of Taoist buildings have shifted from using wood to employing reinforced concrete as building material. However, insufficient indoor lighting results in buildings requiring artificial lighting, which in turn leads to energy consumption. Therefore, a glass-based material Mazu temple is proposed to substitute wood and reinforced concrete material. The design consideration for building is illustrated in this paper. Furthermore, the illumination of the Mazu temple constructed will is analyzed and compared to a traditional Taoist temple building. The results show that the illumination of glass-based temple buildings is better than traditional temple buliding. Hence, it could reduce the require time of artificial lighting.

Abstract: A thermal comfort field study was investigated in residential buildings of cold regions in transition season during which the indoor thermal environment conditions are measured, the thermal sensation value of the occupants is questioned and recorded. A seven-point thermal sensation scale was used to evaluate the thermal sensation. The statistical method was used to analyze the data and the conclusions are as follows in transition season: clothing increase in 0.1clo when the indoor air temperature is lowered by 1°C; and clothing will be a corresponding increase in 0.06clo when the outdoor air temperature is lowered by 1°C; clothing also varies with gender, age, weight and thermal history and other related; the measured thermal neutral temperature is 21.3°C; and the minimum accepted temperature is 11.4 °C in transition season in cold regions. Most people choose to change clothes, switch and other passive measures, and occasionally take active measures of heater, electric fans and others.

Abstract: New energy vehicles industry is the direction of the global auto industry transformation and upgrading, and it is also a strategic choice to deal with the oil shortage in China. But now it is appeared that the promotion of new energy vehicles is in a bind. The author makes a thorough research on the problems in the process of promoting the new energy vehicles in China and the problem is mainly reflected in three aspects: high cost, lagging infrastructure and low security, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of the local government, auto manufacturers and consumers.
