Abstract: The study of the application of the sliding mode observer method that estimates the state of charge. Based on the state space model of battery established on the model of improved EMF equivalent circuit, a sliding mode state observer is designed to help improve the jitter problem. Considering the nonlinear terms in the model for the analysis of the stability of the observer and the characteristics of the industry under its derivative, and using Lagrange mean value theory to guarantee the convergence conditions of the observer, the design parameters of the observer can thus be determined .Then, this thesis compares the simulation of this method under Matlab environment with the extended Kalman filter method. The results show that the method has higher estimation accuracy in the case of the same battery modeling errors. Therefore, the SOC estimation of the sliding mode observer can effectively reduce the state of charge estimation error introduced by the model error.

Abstract: In order to study the structure and shape of the three different cross-sectional shapes of the mechanical properties of the teeth, for the cutter during cutting is immediately effective in the external load and characteristics, the use of LS-DYNA established three different shapes of the flexible structure of the cross-sectional tooth physical model, based on kinetic theory building displays constitutive model based IEF coal wall model. Through the next three shapes cutter cutting process simulation, the cut-off stress at the tooth tip curve and its statistical value, different coals under the stress of each cutting tooth size changes and trends; findings for the study of cross-sectional strength of the shape of its teeth, improving coal cut rate, and improve cutter life work provides an important basis. Auger shearer is the selection, design, personalization adapt and use to provide a new means and methods.

Abstract: Cavitation and the runaway are widely exists in pumps and greatly influence on its performance, and become the important factors to consider in pump design. This paper is research on cavitation and the runaway performance of the 6 blade angles the mixed flow pump. The results show that in this model, the angle of +2 does not have good performance on cavitation, and the angle of-8 has the maximum runaway speed 266.17r/min. The results are useful for designing the same type pump.

Abstract: Structural design and optimization of 200 liters large material barrels with Double L-ring are studied, Stacking stress analysis and optimization analysis in SolidWorks Simulation Finite Element Analysis plug-in three-dimensional model of the material barrel, Plug-in of Finite Element Analysis SolidWorks simulation is used to get the result of analysis for stacking stress, optimization and dropping test. Stress contours, strain contours, the stress data of optimization are obtained by function of static analysis and optimization. The result of analysis is very close to the results of the theoretical calculations. It shows that the optimization design to improve product quality and efficiency has a very important theoretical and practical value.

Abstract: A considerable number of research works have been carried out to study the effects of electric current and frequency of Electromagnetic Stirring (EMS) on the quality of cast steels, but there are only a few studies available addressing the effects of EMS location on inclusion removal and steel cleanliness An ideal position of EMS will improve inclusion floatation and separation from liquid steel. However, inappropriate installation will lead to the entrapment of the slag into liquid steel, and impact the quality of cast billet. The current applied for these plant trials was 300A at a frequency of 3Hz,positions form axial centers of EMS to the top of the mold were 450mm, 510mm and 690mm respectively . 130 billets of medium carbon steel were produced and samples were taken for spectral analysis to study the effects of installation location of EMS on steel cleanliness. The experimental results show that the optimum position of EMS should be placed 510mm from the top end of the copper mold when the electrical current is 300A at frequency of 3 Hz. The three parameters of placement of EMS in paper were obtained from the simulation results, and this paper focused mainly on the effect EMS position on inclusion behaviors in billet.

Abstract: The Realizable k-ε turbulent model is employed to simulate the flow pattern in forebay of pumping station, and the precision of simulated results is verified by experimental data. And then the flow pattern of the different unit commitments is simulated to acquire the flow characteristics in forebay, such as circulating flow and velocity distribution, and the velocity uniformity of forebay is analyzed to search the optimal units commitment. The research results show that: under the different unit commitment, the characteristics of flow in forebay is so different that the effect of the diversion piers is not always advantageous; comparing the velocity uniformity, the optimal operation strategy is to try to operate the middle pumps, and the operation strategy of operating pumps on both sides is better than that of opening pumps on one side.

Abstract: A method is introduced to analyze the reliability of wire cut electrical discharge machining by using the the failure data. It requires the least square method to estimate the parameters of the distribution model of the time between failures, utilizes the K-S test to test the hypothesis which distribution the reliability data obey, analyzes the common faults, and gives improvement approachs. Results show the fact that the time between failures obey thelognormal distribution, which provides the theoretical basis for improving the reliability of wire cut electrical discharge machining and have important application value.

Abstract: In the process of fans design, splitter blades could be adopted in the middle of rotator to improve the performance of fan. In order to understand the flow pattern in the high-pressure centrifugal blower of 9-26type with splitter blade thoroughly, computational fluid dynamics Fluent is applied and the three dimensional air flows in the fan is numerically simulated and analyzed. The calculating results showed that under the same condition, the flux of the fan was improved 5%approximately and the mean total pressure at outlet of the fan was improved 10% because of the splitter blade, the length of the splitter blade affected the flux either. Standard turbulent model and unstructured grids are applied in computation. The results of calculation can good helpful for people to improve the performance of the fan.

Abstract: With the improvement of peoples ideological awareness, people are becoming more and more attention to environmental protection and low carbon energy. According to the behavior of most people smoking in daily life, a portable multifunctional laser lighter is studied in this paper, which can effectively save the energy consumption and pollution of matches, fuel oil lighter. The laser lighter is mainly composed of two sets of sources. One source is the ignition source, which is the laser with power of 600mW and wavelength of 435nm. By design of optical system, the behaviors of lit cigarette, lit fireworks and ignite the paper are realized. The other source is the indicator source, which is the laser with the power of 20mW and wavelength of 650nm. We can realize the function of the tour guide indicating, projection screen indicating and a star pen by the design of zoom optical system. Using the software of solidworks, the mechanical design and safety design of the lighter is reasonable, and the overall size is 45mm × 25mm × 100mm. The device not only has the advantages of multifunction, portability and practicality, but also formed the basis for the further development of product.
