Abstract: Appropriate plane slots number of the container yard is of great importance to the sustainable development of low-carbon container ports. Considering the container type, handling process, cost and benefit of unit yard space, etc., a two-stage stochastic programming model with the goal of maximizing the yard profit was established by choosing the maximum daily storage number of containers as a random variable. The maximum yard profit and the minimum penalty function are respectively chosen as the goal in the first and second stage. The example results show that the value obtained by the two-stage stochastic programming is smaller than that by the specification. The proposed model provides an optimization method for the determination of plane slots number through effectively lessening the influence of uncertainties and saving resource cost.

Abstract: A set of multilevel, multiindex and comprehensive analysis index system of teaching quality assessment in college is proposed in the research by combining hierarchy analysis with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The weight of each index is defined by using analytic hierarchy process , this make teaching assessment become more scientific, reasonable and justic. At last, the practicability of the method is verified by a practical example. The teaching quality in college may be assessed objectively and equitably by using the method. It is very necessary for teachers to know their practical level and improve their teaching level.

Abstract: This paper combines customer satisfaction theory and the "student-centered" student management concept, then constructs a college student management satisfaction assessment model. In addition, we conduct questionnaire survey based on the design "The college student management satisfaction questionnaire ". Each service satisfaction index will be calculated after analyzing the received data statistically. The investigation and analysis show: the research on the college student management is feasible for evaluating the services in the administration.

Abstract: This paper analyses the relationship between airport and airline, the time slot allocation system is portrayed as a market where the airline can be seen as consumer, airport can be seen as the trader and the goods is the occupied pushback slots of airport. In that case, the generalized nash equilibrium game is presented based on game theory. Taking the Minimize delay as a target, a decision models of airport was established. The pushback slot allocation equilibrium model based on game theory is finnally formed, and a framework for solving the equilibrium solution is proposed.

Abstract: On the basis of researching virtual reality training system at home and abroad, in view of the oilfield staff training needs, we design the training system framework of the oilfield staff simulation based on virtual reality technology. Give the composition of the system framework and the main functions of the modules. Using the simulation technology, we can draw the craft process. Let the employees do man-machine interactive operation in a virtual reality scene. Then according to the quality of operation, operation steps and the alarm-condition appears in the operation, the training system give a score. Through this kind of training methods, it improves the safety skills of the oilfield staff and capability of dealing with accidents.

Abstract: International technology transfer and diffusion are effective means for building open NIS (national innovation system), and multinational corporations and international trade play key roles in the process of building open NIS. It builds a conception framework model of the relationship between technology transfer and diffusion under an open condition. It not only analyzes the internal mechanism of the three main factors (which are multinational R&D, FDI, and international trade) on the NIS. It also analyzes how these factors drive the construction and improvement of the open NIS. Finally, this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from perspective of the main elements of the NIS (which are universities, enterprises, government, and bridging institutes etc.).

Abstract: College-enterprise cooperation training graduate students is a new model of colleges and enterprises cooperation innovation. It is an important way of cultivating innovative talents in colleges. This paper discusses two problems mainly, one of them is the mode of college-enterprise cooperation training graduate students is not perfect, the other is in relation to the management organization. The paper puts forward the "six stages" graduate cultivation model and sets up perfect management organization against the problem. We hope these will create a good atmosphere of technology innovation for college-enterprise cooperation training graduate students, and create a good social benefits and economic benefits.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the integration and dynamic issues of green supply chain inventory management. The major purpose of this research is to derive optimal inventory policies for players of a supply chain when the integrated joint total cost and profit are optimized globally. The objectives of this paper are to develop mathematical inventory models considering different planning horizons and various issues for fashion product types under the uncertain environment. And in this study we also show the benefits and importance of corporation and information for supply chain numbers.

Abstract: Environmental accounting plays an important role in monitoring and analyzing environmental issues, while measurement is the key to develop it. Fair value is the hottest subject in accounting field. With the analysis of connection between fair value and environmental science, the paper advocates that it is meaningful and necessary to utilize fair value to settle the measurement problem of environmental accounting. Approaches are put forward about extending the content of environmental assets and liabilities, how to bring in environmental valuation methods, disclosing with fair value hierarchy and integrating into environmental regulation system.
