Abstract: The detection of partial discharge in power cables is an effective method to diagnosis early fault of XLPE cable . When partial discharge occurs, it emits abundant frequency component in ultra-high frequency (UHF) band, and broadband planar spiral antenna is an effective sensor to detect UHF partial discharge signals. High frequency electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft HFSS is used to simulate and analysis planar Equiangular spiral antenna and Archimedean spiral antenna. The simulation results show that the two kinds of antennas work effectively in 400 MHZ ~ 1 GHZ frequency band and are high sensitivity and superior performance. Because of with smaller size and larger gain, the Archimedean spiral antenna is used to detect UHF signals of partial discharge in XLPE cable.

Abstract: Measurement take place of calculation is an advantage of wide area measurement based measurement power flow, but its accuracy needs to be explored. This paper points out the measurement power flow’s data dose not conform to the actual power flow’s data on condition of phase angle measurement exist error. Through the analysis of example we can see that the deviation of active power will reach 15% when phase angle exist 0.1°error, its accuracy is worse than DC power flow in engineering calculation .This paper suggest using the phase angle value which was measured as initial value in power flow calculation, it will reduce the error’s impact on power flow calculation.

Abstract: This article uses the method of frequency characteristic to analysis transfer characteristics of Rogowski coil. In the case of the composite frequency signal, Rogowski coil transfer ratio is the function of frequency, that is the transfer ratio varies with the frequency, which makes the signal of the secondary side not restore to the primary side. The simulation results prove the conclusion. In view of the situation, this paper presents an ideal transfer ratio, which provides the reference standard for correcting the frequency characteristics of the Rogowski coil integrating circuit.

Abstract: Due to the poor driving conditions, In-wheel motors of off-road vehicles may have obvious steady-state errors or dynamic errors. The straight-line running of the vehicle would have a great influence. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a novel control algorithm. First, the types of vehicle motor errors are analyzed. Then the influence on the motor errors is studied. Using PID control method, based on the vehicle yaw rate, the torque outputs of front motors are controlled coordinately.18 DOF vehicle dynamic model is built by Simulink. The simulation results show that this proposed control strategy can improve the vehicle running deviation.

Abstract: Blood oxygenators play key role in Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenator (ECMO) system using for patients with acute respiratory problems, immature fetal and also in open heart surgery. Interaction between blood and blood oxygenator polymeric membrane surface lead to fouling phenomena which have negative effect on performance of this important medical device. A modification comprising surface activation, PEG immersing and PEG graft polymerization carried out to provide acceptable blood oxygenator performance, blood compatibility and reduction in heparin consumption at the same time. Modified membranes characterized by FTIR, contact angle measurements and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) analyses. Blood compatibility of modified surface was also detected by SEM images. Results clearly indicate that modifying membranes by PEG is an effective way for anti-fouling properties. Water contact angel reduction from 110ْ to 72ْ shows hydrophilicity enhancement, roughness increasing from 15 to 20 and blood compatibility improvement was investigated by SEM and AFM analysis results respectively.

Abstract: Improving speed of digital inkjet printing is most important to put the digital inkjet printing over for industrial mass production. The factors that impact the speed of digital inkjet printing are data analyzed. A new high-efficiency control method that improving the data processing algorithm efficiency is described in this paper.

Abstract: Aimed at the characteristic of nonlinear and non-stationary of pressure drop, in this article a flow regime identification soft sensing method using Hilbert-Huang transformation combined with improved BP neural network is put forward. The method analyzes the intrinsic mode function (IMFs) obtained after the empirical mode decomposition (EMD), then extracts IMF energy as the characteristic vector of an improved BP neural network with self-adapted learning ratio. Learning form training samples, the network could accomplish the objective identification of the unknown flow regimes. The simulated results showed that the flow regime characteristic vector which was obtained by IMFs could reflect the difference between various flow regimes and the recognition possibility of the network could reached up to about 95 percent. This study provided a new way to identify flow regime by soft sensing.

Abstract: University graduate archives are very important to graduates, but for now, there exist a number of problems in archive management, especially in archive dispatching. This paper proposes a web-based graduate archive dispatching management system, and introduces the process of system analysis and design from system modules, system framework and key technologies used in this system. Finally, it summarizes the subsequent directions of deep research and improvement.

Abstract: With the development of wireless sensor network, it has been used in water transport. The internet of water transport is come into being and produce much of data information, so data security is necessary as one of its key technologies. This paper puts forward a new trusted architecture for wireless sensor network used in water transport. To guarantee the authenticity and reliability of the data, the concepts of subjective trust elevation and its expected probability is introduced. This model simulation experiments results approve that the model is effective and reliable.

Abstract: Noise reduction, which aims at extracting the clean speech from noisy observations, has attracted a considerable amount of research attention over the past several decades. Although many methods have been developed to achieve the goal of noise reduction and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) improvement, there has been remarkably little theoretical justification of their performance due to the difficulty in quantizing the combinatorial effect between noise reduction and speech distortion. This paper attempts to provide a theoretical analysis on the performance of the Wiener optimal filtering noise-reduction technique. We show that the Wiener optimal linear filter can indeed reduce the level of noise. Most importantly, we prove that the output SNR is always greater than, or at least equal to the input SNR, which reveals that the Wiener optimal linear filtering technique is indeed able to make noisy speech signals cleaner.
