Abstract: AC starter/generator is a new starting/generation dual-function technology applied to the aircraft. The previous pneumatic starter, brushed DC starter/generator or DC starter are replaced by the synchronous AC motor, thereby reducing the weight of airborne equipment effectively. Based on AC starter/generator driven by auxiliary power unit (APU) used on a certain type of aircraft, this paper mainly carries out the research on the composition of AC starter/generator system, starting process and its control principle, as well as demonstrates how the starting torque is controlled. Theoretical study shows that the torque can be precisely controlled through the control of the torque component of stator current when the rotor field oriented vector control strategy is adopted.

Abstract: In this paper, a general aviation airborne conflict detection and resolution simulation system is designed and implemented. We do some researches and improvements on the conflict detection and resolution algorithm that is suitable for general aviation environment. Based on this, the core system software functional modules based on VxWorks are realized. In the end, simulation and test are carried out to prove the effectiveness of its functionality and performance. Test result shows that the system is stable and meets the simulation requirements.

Abstract: A fluorescent real-time detection technology parameters of the chlorophyll radiation LED method using with fluorescent MINIPAM based on impulse, modulation, is introduced. The using of programming power to provide a constant flow of the list of output, LED by a matrix as chlorophyll are fluorescent light. The using of apparatus in plant MINIPAM fluorescent light system II of the steady state Fs, a fluorescent light to the next largest fluorescent Fm',a combination of the environment, and tracking control system of measurement and comprehensive analysis of environmental factors to the real quantum efficiency, actual electronic transmission rate for parameters. MINIPAM fluorescent apparatus with the upper machine, and can be real time monitoring.

Abstract: How to integrate single equipment with LonWorks bus interface into s7-300 PLC control system is introduced. There are two different field buses, Profibus and LonWorks, in our process control system. It is difficult to directly converse the two protocols of thm. The paper put stress on describing the LonWorks /RS485 design and the realization of protocol conversion program design.

Abstract: The basic theme of this research paper is self-erecting the inverted pendulum by via ARDUINO controller and stabilizes the system through PID algorithm of linear control system. ARDUINO controller acquires the data from the sensors in terms of position and angle of the pendulum and commands the motor through PWM signal after that swing the pendulum from rest position to get and balance the inverted position. Controller read the pendulums angular position through potentiometer then calculates and removes errors via PID algorithm. MATLAB-Simulink and LABVIEW sent and receives runtime information from controller.

Abstract: This paper designs a new type of the control system of switching power supply for audio power amplifier, which is used in DSP-controlled power amplifier. The basic frame and the software and hardware design of the system are described. The system uses TMS320F2812 as the main controller, to reduce the hardware circuit structures, and realize the audio power amplifier digital control. The experimental results show that the design has good regulator function, which not only satisfies certain control accuracy, but also meets the real-time requirements, and has great future in high audio power amplifier.

Abstract: Force sensors, based on the giant inverse magnetostrictive effect, have a series of outstanding properties, such as large overload capacity, which make them have more and more applications to the field of automatic control system of heavy industry, chemical industry. This paper designs new giant magnetostrictive force sensors using the rare-earth iron giant magnetostrictive materials. With the designed giant magnetostrictive force sensor, the relations between magnetic flux density in the gap and applied static stress on the sensor, the inductive voltage in the coil and time (with the dynamic stress), are calculated by finite element analysis software. The related confirmatory experiments have been conducted. The experimental results indicate that the giant magnetostrictive force sensor is fit for static and dynamic force measurement. In order to enlarge the measurement range, the designed force sensor as the basic cell is combined. This paper gives two kinds of combinations, which have the feature of adjustable range.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the production technology and present status of online glass coating production, a non-contact measurement capacitance sensor, which is adaptive to the high temperature condition and enjoys a novel structure, is proposed in the paper. The online measurement of molten tin surface position in the CVD coating production process under the condition of 700°C can be realized with the sensor. The reliability and feasibility of the dynamic measuring system have been proved by the experiment. The dynamic accuracy is better than 0.1mm within the effective range of 25mm.

Abstract: To explore and compare the reliability of the quantitative determination of formaldehyde content of water based coatings, the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after derivatization to 2.4-dinitrophenylhydazone and UV-VIS spectrophotometry were studied, respectively. HPLC was performed on a C18 column with acetonitrile/water (65/35, V/V) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and analyses was detected using Photodode Array Detector (DAD) at the wavelength of 360 nm. And formaldehyde was determined with spectrophotometry at 435nm. The result showed the standard curve of formaldehyde by the HPLC method was linear in the range of 0.1-5.0 mg/L (R2=0.9998). The detection limit was 0.96mg/kg, recoveries were ranging from 96.2% to 101.3%. The linear range of formaldehyde by the spectrophotometric method was 0.1~5.0 mg/L (R2=0.9995), and the detection limit was 5.93mg/kg, recoveries were ranging from 98.5% to 105.3%. In conclusion, both the two methods can be used for quantitative analysis of formaldehyde in water based coatings, and the major advantages of HPLC are quick, simple and sensitive.

Abstract: In the prospects of maritime development, the accuracy requirements of the marine sonar equipment also getting higher and higher, it is particularly important to measure the sound velocity in seawaters(ultrasound propagation velocity in seawater) in high-precision, in this experiment, basing on the seawater sound velocity variation influencing factors, proposing a method of average measuring the sound velocity of seawater based on STM32 and TDC-GP21 transit-time, The results of the experiment show that this method can be high-precision measurement of the size of the seawater sonic,meet the seawater sound velocity measurement requirements.
