Abstract: In this paper, according to the characteristics of power plant boiler combustion process, to use the image processing technology to extract feature quantity of flame combustion. For boiler combustion diagnosis real-time requirements, the system of real-time image processing and combustion diagnosis based on OMAP3530 was designed and developed. The system makes full use of the OMAP3530 dual-core processor, and makes the operating system and control, video signal acquisition, human-computer interaction, output driving tasks run on the ARM, and the image data processing tasks are completed by DSP. It maximizes the performance of OMAP3530, improves the real-time performance of the system. Experiments were carried out in 200MW boiler. The results show that, the system is simple and practical, which can realize the combustion diagnosis of the running boiler and provide the reliable basis for the safety and economic operation of power station boiler. It has a certain engineering application prospect.

Abstract: The Government Transformation Programme (GTP) is an effort by Malaysia's current Government to address seven key areas concerning the people of the country. The programme was unveiled on 28 January 2010 by the Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak. One of the (GTP) agenda is to reduce the crime rate as per its Vision 2020. Thus, in order fulfill this demand and challenge our enthusiasm to create a better place for our beloved country. We proudly presented a bandit detection system under various noise levels with nearest mean and Gaussian classifier. This system to boost the Malaysian police arm forced performance.

Abstract: Proposed a single end fault location algorithm based on fault distance distribution function to implement fault location for isolated neutral system. Based on bus impedance matrix, establish fault distance distribution function adapted to all kind of asymmetric shorted fault in insulated neutral system. Combine the voltage sag data measured at substation to determine the most possible fault point through data matching and analysis. The method can implement fault location for all kind of asymmetric shorted fault and doesnt need much iterative procedure. Also, it is applicable to complicated systems with multi-branch and is quite robust to load variations. Simulation results for a 10Kv typical distribution network verify the validity of the method.

Abstract: This paper discusses a system of data acquisition and processing based on radio frequency technology and labview. It is designed for data acquisition and transmission of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) test system. It makes full use of the usefulness of labview in measurement field and the flexibility of wireless data transmission.Firstly this paper introduces the hardware and software of wireless data acquisition and transmission device. Then it introduces the design of labview software. Finally UAV test system uses this device to collect and analysis data, it provided a lot of useful information for the UAV flight test.

Abstract: Image restoration is necessary in many applications as the captured images are inevitably noise-contaminated. Typically, the partical differential equations based methods, which is a primary class of image inpainting techniques, is well accepted. In this paper, anisotropic diffusion (P-M) model was introduced to image denoisng. Simulation results were implemented of the proposed method by using Matlab, in which different levels of noise were compared to show the advantages and the disadvantages.

Abstract: In order to make the real time database more suitable for the computing features in power system, this paper will study the design and architecture of distributed and parallel real-time database. A mapping table from table file to machine nodes is established, and meta-data management system is used to store and manage the mapping table to meet the characteristics of high concurrent access. The whole network computation can access the unified interface provided by the real-time database. The data is retrieved and collected through each node. Experimental results show that the systems designed can meet the computing requirements of a unified whole network.

Abstract: When using the traditional SIFT algorithm extracts feature points, whose characteristics are rotation and scale scaling invariance, the problems are that the feature point extracted by the algorithm is too small and the shortages of real time and robustness. This article proposes a new method called Panoramic Image. This method can define the transformation parameters between the images by using the distances between cities to measure the similarity and using RANSAC with SPRT to diminish the mismatching. The consequence of the experiments demonstrates that this method can shorten the time of registration and prompt the matching feature points.

Abstract: Since the original Adaboost algorithm is very time-consuming in training, we have designed an improved Adaboost, which adds a process of feature selection to the original Adaboost algorithm. After each round of training, we retain the features whose error rate to classify the samples are relatively low and remove the features with high error rate. In this way the time for the next training is reduced, and the whole algorithm is accelerated.

Abstract: The traditional medical information (diagnosis) system simply puts a lot of information stored, untreated, and accumulated over a long period, which makes the data volume surge. Thus the pressure of database increases, everyday retrieval efficiency becomes lower, and database can't play the role of an intelligent auxiliary. Data mining searches for wealth in information flooding. Aiming at the key problem in the practice of medical diagnosis, we hope to make use of the database mining technology of ID3 algorithm to optimize the traditional data processing, improve the traditional medical information for data classification, blend in statistics and theory of information retrieval technology and further improve the valid data in the role of medical diagnosis, so as to adapt to the hospital and the actual needs of individuals in the diagnosis of decision-making.

Abstract: This paper discusses the global asymptotic stabilization and least-squares optimal control for a linear system with potential transmission errors subject to Bernouilli statistics from a remote controller to the actuator. The controlled system is able to compensate certain missed data through the use of finite size fixed memory storage arrays which store the last valid data which has been transmitted so as to replace the current missed one in the control structures.
