Abstract: This paper studies the regionalization of project management on the construction enterprise, compares four companies of industry with the different mode about regionalization of project management. It is pointed that the construction enterprises exist the main problems, including the definitude of management functions. The results indicate reasonably that the total five countermeasures and suggestions on the regionalization of project management about the construction enterprise, such as clear market division and the responsible units.

Abstract: AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industries are in the process of paradigm shift on the performance of practice, particularly in the fields of architects, consulting engineers such as structural engineers for structural BIM, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors led by Building Information Modeling (BIM). Overall adoption of BIM in the AEC industries of North America has increased from 17% in 2007 to 71% in 2012 which is over 400% growth over last 5 years. This study analyzes and examines the BIM adoption status of AEC industry in the world including the North America and in the R.O. Korea through the literature survey. This study also examines how academic community is preparing for the drastic cultural change of work process in the construction industry due to BIM adoption in the foreign and domestic AEC industry. This paper presents the case study of BIM education including Capstone Design in the R.O. Korea. This study is to propose that academia needs to establish the appropriate educational curriculum and implementation to enhance, improve and research the state of art BIM technology together with AEC industry.

Abstract: The application of the ideas and methods of lean construction is still in its infancy in China's construction industry, there are still many factors that restrict the implementation of lean construction, and how to find the key influencing factors is worthy study. We summarized the 28 influencing factors of Implementation of lean construction through project management expert interviews and field research in the construction site, and conducted a survey of 300 construction projects, distributed 710 questionnaires. After analysis of the survey questionnaires by using rough set theory and stepwise discriminate analysis finalized the 14 key factors affecting the implementation of lean construction and construction project performance.

Abstract: Graduation design of civil engineering is not only the most important comprehensive practical teaching stage, but also one of the primary phases for excellent engineers training. Several problems about the graduation design currently exist in application-oriented undergraduate institutes. Per to the spirit of excellent engineer project released by the Ministry of Education, the teaching reform and practice were carried out on the graduation design at the aspects of the topic selection, the teaching content optimization, the establishment of innovation systems, the improvement of teachers practical abilities, the management system and the enhancement of safety concept. Favorable results have been obtained, indicating that the overall quality of the graduation design has been obviously improved. Suggestions have also been given, which can be a reference for the teaching program revision of the graduation design.

Abstract: Global Climate and Environmental Change is an international hot field. To enhance native awareness on climate change is one mission of "State Policy and Action on Climate Change 2009 in China". As an implement, a course on Global Climate and Environmental Change has been opened in Shanghai Normal University since 2005. The course includes three fields. In the first field, it is introduced on which problems and harms have been caused from Global Climate and Environmental Changes according to UNEP Year Books 2003~2013. In the second field, to introduce the Earth System and Climate-Environment Change. In the third part, the hot climate-environmental issues are analyzed and discussed. By joining this course, the students have understanding earth system science and global change. It helped students to set up the view of ecological civilization of the harmonious development between human and nature, inspire students responsibility to protect the earth. During past 8 year, there were 4 to 5 classes opening for different levels in Shanghai Normal University for each year, more than 1000 students joined the study in the course.

Abstract: From viewpoint of engineering manager, four typical problems existing in current decoration design are analyzed and their causes are pointed out. Meanwhile, bad consequences in five aspects are further described from the human-orientated requirements, such as spirit harm, economic loss, not guaranteed human health, hiding quality of nation from sound development and difficult guaranteed safety. Strategic opinions are raised to the designers and the owners as the guidance and reference for development of decoration design.

Abstract: Topic selection is the first step for undergraduate graduation design. It which formulates the orientation and extent of graduation design is the precondition of high quality graduation design. In order to improve the effect of undergraduate graduation design and enable student's practice ability, innovation ability to obtain the comprehensive exercise. The experiments were conducted from 2009 to 2011. The experimental group undergraduates were in building environment and services engineering major of Southwest Petroleum University. The research testifies selecting topic that combining the students future jobs and diversified is an important part of perfect graduation design and favorable factor to improving the study enthusiasm and initiative of students.

Abstract: This paper use the investigation data of Xi'an as the foundation, to examine consumer choice behavior of fine decoration residence. It analyzes the main factors which influence consumer choice behavior of fine decoration residence by using logit model. The results show that culture degree of consumer, understanding of fine decoration residence, willingness to pay as well as views on the quality of the decoration and style of fine decoration residence have a significant impact on consumer decisionmaking behavior in purchasing.

Abstract: A benchmarking study on innovation in the Italian wind energy manufacturing industry is presented. The study calculates a set of patent portfolio specialization indexes - RSI, PSI, and OPSI - to map companies and compare them to one leading international company considered as a benchmark in the industry, the Vestas Wind System A/S.

Abstract: The system of the private scientific and technological enterprise software developers survival state evaluation is relatively insufficient, with only a few records. For this reason, the paper sets up a dynamic model of private scientific and technological enterprise's software developers survival state evaluation by combining the career cycle with the static model of survival state evaluation, and investigates and evaluates 407 software developers of the private scientific and technological enterprise from five cities. Results show that, the evaluation model is more operational and practicable.
