Abstract: The colleges and universities campuses are places which function in teaching and living. Thus the rest space of a campus is one in which students learn and interact with each other culturally. Therefore, the designers should design a place for rest and activities in accordance with the requirement of the campus environment and embracing the characteristic of humanized landscape effect on the basis of adaptation to local conditions. Meanwhile, they should make it as a miniature of campus material civilization, which in some degree reflects the cultural and spiritual connotation so as to design a campus environment of new era full of cultural atmosphere.

Abstract: The design of artistic colors should be one of the most important considerations in cityscape planning so as to make full use of all elements which can highlight the overall aesthetics of the cityscape when they are matched in perfection. The spirit of the city and the distinctive geographic features should also be attached great importance in the design of the cityscape to make it more personalized and characteristic. What is more, the use of light and materials should be take full consideration in the design for their direct impact on the artistic colors in cityscape design.

Abstract: The colors carried in squares or outdoor resting areas such as buildings, architectural opuscules, pavements and waters are major component parts of colors used in gardening and landscape design, with plant colors in close second. No matter what kind of colors play the dominant roles, the basic principles of chromatics such as the color contrasting and blending should be followed in gardening and landscape design to realize the harmonious and graceful incorporation of colors.

Abstract: This paper discusses the status and development of urban spatial strategic planning studies, and elaborates three dominant planning approaches of spatial strategic planning. Currently, Chinas urban spatial strategic planning does not adhere to details, but rather focus on the prospect of the city, the entire technology roadmap does not emphasize exhaustive, but the city's ability to solve practical problems. The article also combine studies on the Central Plain Cities to conclude that Chinas urban strategic spatial planning should focus on the development of several node cities, optimize the urban hierarchy and network system in region.

Abstract: City management has been brought significant challenges by urban population increasing, for example, urban transport, environment, water resource, residents medical treatment and so on. Take full advantage of information technologies, manage city operation in an integrated and systematic mode, to coordinate the various functions of city, provide quality service and unlimited innovation space for enterprises, higher quality of life for residents. Based on interconnect, collaborative and wisdom, the smart city is a new thinking path for exploring future urbanization and a new concept for promoting post-modern city construction. From the perspective of system engineering, comprehensively analyzed system architecture of smart city, soft environment construction, city construction dimensional model, evaluation indexes, causal analysis diagram and evaluation flow chart to provide a reference thinking path for the smart city construction and development. At the same time, the future research direction of the project were given, they were how to mine big data from smart city operation, construct organization and operation mechanisms of smart city.

Abstract: During the construction of large-scale infrastructure in China, the construction waste becomes a major environmental problem hampered the development of urban. In this study, the treating models of construction waste were analyzed. A case study was implemented in Xiaoting district in Yichang. It was proposed that the treatment can be started from urban planning, including controlling the source of construction waste on macro, designing transportation route of construction waste reasonably, and establishing regional system of joint control points, and constructing the governance model which used "building garbage's disposal" as the core of corridor of industrial chain economy. Finally, a practical kind of urban construction waste processing means and method was put forward which can provide scientific basis for construction of low carbon city.

Abstract: The utilization and disposal of water rationalization can be said as a building is one of the criteria of green building, water reuse technology can reduce wastewater directly discharged pollution of the environment and resource consumption, so our water reuse technology, even said that all aspects of the development of green building have a lot of prospects. Although the front is difficult, but the future development prospects are bright.
