Abstract: Urban and Rural Planning Act" requests all of the village should compile planning. An unprecedented number of village planning have been formulated and come into practice in China. How is the implementation effect This paper takes HangMin village of Xiaoshan district in Hangzhou as a case, firstly analyzes main problems of the village: Industry scattered is difficult to form scale effect; Distribution of rural settlements is scattered and small scale; The infrastructure of village is aging and not matching; The public service facilities are not perfect. Then the paper analyzes the village planning effect from the following aspects: economic development and industry planning, planning of residential area, infrastructure supporting, the distribution of public service facilities. And then put forward some considerations: Planning content indiscriminately imitated urban planning, and the results are not reasonable; Farmers' participation is not high, and the farmers' willingness is reflected inadequate.

Abstract: With the overall urban scale and the constant improvement of the level of economic development and regional urban cluster gradually formed, the interactive relationship between urban residential market is increasingly significant.Based on building the VAR model, this paper using Johansen cointegration relationship test, Granger causality test based on VEC model and variance decomposition method of the nine cities of zhengzhou city circle commodity residential house price volatility spillover effect carries on the empirical analysis, the results showed that: each city commodity housing prices keep long-term stable equilibrium relationship between, and has obvious effect, the interaction of zhengzhou and luoyang to other urban commodity residential house price fluctuation has significant guiding role.

Abstract: Nowadays the tourist pattern has evolved into an advanced stage of experimental tourism. Based on the features of experimental tourism, the present study aims to conduct a deep analysis and cogitate on the tourism developing in Qufu ancient city. After analyzing on the existed problem at the present, the author put forward correspondent solutions for it, as strengthening an easily recognizable urban landscape structure, creating a diversity experimental atmosphere, providing an advanced tourism residential condition and building beautiful urban lighting landscape for Qufu.

Abstract: This study aims the planning of a sustainable house. It shall be used to receive visitors, students and professors from UNIFEI (Federal University of Itajuba), as well as academics from other universities. The objective of this house is to provide a contact of the public with sustainable construction processes and also with environmental education. The house shall be designed and built in accordance with current environment legislation and it should use, as much as possible, environmentally friendly construction processes. Furthermore, it should also have the means of been hydraulically and energetically self-sustainable.

Abstract: The roof garden is a complex form of roofs landscape. Advanced green roof design played a huge ecological and economic benefits gradually being recognized for the significance of green roofs and classification, this paper study the roof garden design principles and key technologies for preliminary summary and discussion, proposed green roof functioning and performance arts beautiful landscape design methods.

Abstract: According to the carbon cycle theory, urban waterfront is a major district of carbon sink. Based on the analysis of impacts of urban morphology on the carbon budget of waterfront, it discusses the spatial morphology model of low-carbon urban waterfront. In addition, it puts forward forth ways to plan and design low-carbon spatial morphology of urban waterfront from carbon source, carbon sink and carbon flow: First, enlarge scale of green space to optimize carbon sink pool; secondly, increase the connectivity of water space with other green space and river system along the waterfront to improve the carbon sink ability of the waterfront; thirdly, traffic pattern is classified to organize the low energy consumption traffic spatial morphology; fourthly, keep high permeability of the interface system to desludge the carbon flow.

Abstract: As a specialized planning guided by urban-rural master plan, sculpture system planning is to the urban and rural cultural accumulation as the link and urban and rural spatial peculiarity as the layout basis. To control and guide related elements like selection and location of sculpture works from the angle of urban and rural planning systematicness and to provide an effective way of improving urban and rural spatial quality and creating cultural image. Sculpture System Planning of Taicang is a successful exploration.

Abstract: This article summarizes the characteristics of Neighborhood Center, such as "family", "neighborhood" and so on. Analyzing from source constitutions of resident population, consuming behavior characters, business format characteristics and transport organizations, it discusses success and shortcomings of Singapore Neighborhood Center mode during the process of localization in Suzhou and comes up with improving policies in localization development through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire surveys of construction planning and operation performance of Suzhou Industrial Park Neighborhood Center.

Abstract: The project used the Tanggu alkali-slag wasteland in Tianjin as a case-study of ecological restoration engineering project, researched the characteristic of alkali-slag and status of the unproductive land, manufactured the alkali slag soil to fill the low-lying-land, covered with exogenous planting soil and planted artificial vegetation which dominated by native plant which could survive easily, investigated the method of wasteland disposal by building artificial mountain of easy-softening alkali-slag.

Abstract: In recent years, the development of green ecology cause wide attention from all sectors of society. While residential housing has a great progress in our country, waterscape turns to an important part in construction landscape design. The article mainly states that the design philosophy, function, and common form of waterscape in residential landscape design, and also its structure classification, Chinese traditional geomantic omen classification, and maintenance issues.
