Abstract: It was necessary to study the coordinated development of affordable housing and commercial housing. In this article, it used the Principal Component Analysis to calculate the development indexes of affordable housing and commercial housing. Then it established a model, adopting the Euclidean distance index method for their coordinated development, to identify their coordinated development degree. After analyzing their development coordination degrees, it draws the conclusion that the affordable housing development lagged behind commercial housing, and the coordination degree was on the decline, we should adopt appropriate policy measures for their coordinated development.

Abstract: Based on the features of the real estate industry, a cost model was established for analyze integration strategies. The analysis results show that a real estate enterprise should give a priority to integration of the business activities, of which the costs themselves are not large but which will greatly influence the whole project and other development business activities; and that the integration in a real estate enterprise is influenced by the product optimization degree, the business management capacity, and the degree of market competition. The integration in the real estate industry is influenced by the product optimization degree and the business management capacity, but it has nothing to do with the degree of market competition.

Abstract: The paper analyzed the necessity of PPP governmental supervision game on the basis of existed infrastructure government supervision and analyzed the policy, market and public benefit risk of private sectors, whereupon determined the setup of framework for PPP program government supervision. Supervision will mainly cover the following items: market access; service quality; service price; external supervision; social fairness etc. Lastly, the paper established ethnic risk model of private sector, and came to the following conclusion: degree of ethnic risk is positive correlated with the additional revenue from evil conduct y and market interest rate r, and is negative correlated with the reward from franchised business W, possibility of discovering evil conduct Po, fines derived from punishment of evil conduct D, term of franchised operation t, period of default i and reward declining amount x.

Abstract: Housing is one of the basic needs of human. Population in Malaysia is increasing and expected to reach up to 35 million in year 2020. This phenomenon creates high demand for housing. To tackle the squatter problems, the government introduces low-cost housing. Low cost house is known as the government house, where the price is cheaper but still comfortable. Although there are many of low-cost housing projects have been completed to cope with the need of the citizen especially for low-income group. However, census report reveled that these is huge demand of low-cost housing. This demand might be because of various factors which are very essential to identify in order to meet the required demand of low cost houses. Hence, this study is carried out to assesse the demand of low cost housing in Melaka, determine the significant factors affecting demand of low-cost housing, and establish PLS-SEM model for assessing factors affecting low-cost housing demand. In this study, data are collected by distributing questionnaire in Melaka state. The collected data from survey was analyzed using statistical software SPSS and presented in graphs and chart. Further, factors affecting low cost housing demand in Melaka were modeled with the SmartPLS v2.0. The model shows the relationship between low cost housing demand and its indicators. The finding of the study showed that most significant indicators affecting the demand of low-cost housing in Melaka are the economic factors which include housing stock, inflation rate and Gross Domestic Products (GDP). The Goodness of Fit showed that the model has substantial explaining power for the assessing factors affecting low cost housing demand in Melaka which the values is 0.481. This means that the economic factor has a great influence on the low-cost housing demand in Melaka.

Abstract: There is a higher rate of occupational accidents in the construction industry than most other industries on average. Construction accidents may result in numerous damages and losses. Workers compensation is an important source for evaluating costs associated with construction accidents. In this article, the applicable laws or regulations for occupational accident in Taiwan are examined at first. Accident reports during the period 1999 to 2011 are extracted from case reports of the Northern Region Inspection Office of the Council of Labor Affairs of Taiwan. The compensation in 574 cases of occupational accidents in the Construction Industry is then analyzed. The findings identified in this article provide a direction for more effective compensation strategies and injury prevention programs.
