Abstract: 21st century common theme is sustainable development, efficient green development model for urban construction must shift from the traditional high-consumption model of development, green building is the only way for the implementation of this shift is the world's architectural development the inevitable trend. Cut costs - water-saving green buildings, will promote water conservation and water use practices improved and full implementation, thus promoting the development of green building in China.

Abstract: This paper collect 5yearss data to study the energy efficiency in Xian, use least squares to analyze the factors how to influence the energy efficiency. The result shows that: the cluster has the biggest influence on the energy efficiency. Technological advance and construction industrial scale can influence the energy efficiency to a certain degree. The energy price influence the energy efficiency to a small degree. To guarantee the Twelfth Five-Year Plans goal, we should encourage development on the energy conservation technology at first; Then , build a reasonable system of energy prices; At last ,enhance the construction industrial scale and concentration.

Abstract: Government agencies and private sector clients typically use competitive bidding in order to award a contract to the lowest price qualified bidder. Bid price usually includes cost of construction and a markup, the scale of which is typically determined as a percentage of construction costs. Bidding strategy influences markup scale significantly and impacts contractor profit and the probability of winning the competitive contract. Further, this study is intend to compare Carr expected profit and cost-balance oriented screening under bid-to-win probability, considering to bid for new work and implementations in progress in a series of bidding states for bidding strategic decision to find out which one is the best choice in competitive bidding states for the contractor.

Abstract: Green process management and improvement is the key for real estate companies to achieve sustainable development. In this thesis, the author discusses the entire green process management from the aspects of strategic management, process organization, construction process management and corporate culture, builds a real estate green business process management model and changes the traditional opinion focusing on the quantity rather than the quality of buildings.

Abstract: Coal village relocation will bring local agricultural production and farmers living influence. Based on the city which has been moved eight villages, take the form of questionnaire from farming convenience condition, labor and agricultural structure adjustment, social security and other aspects, and analyzed the survey data with regression statistics. Relocate residents willing to continue to engage in agricultural production as the dependent variable, selecting 15 factors as independent variables, using SPSS software to carry on the Logit regression analysis model, finally determine Relevance between the main source of income and the field road built two factors and farmers engaged in agricultural production, the change in the transportation and large mechanical equipment also have great influence to the function.

Abstract: The core competitive index system is proposed from construction enterprises characteristics. Due to fuzzy characteristics of core competitive index, a multi-level gray evaluation model is established for construction enterprises. And the effectiveness of this model is illustrated by an example.

Abstract: Risk management is one of the most important areas in project management particularly in the construction industry. However it is not possible to analyze all of the potential risks as it will require too much time and effort. Therefore in order to identify and analyze the significant risks, the risks should be categorized and ranked. This research applied the concept of risk significance index score to construction projects in Malaysia. A comprehensive list of 40-potential risks has been developed through literature review and an interview survey. A questionnaire survey was conducted to produce project risk significance index score for the risks. The ranks of the risks have been identified and solutions for the significant risks have been produced through interviews. This research proves the practical use of risk significance index score for construction projects in Malaysia.

Abstract: Cost estimating is one of the most important areas in construction project management.Three are various ways to do cost estimating with different efficiencies and possibly with differentaccuracies. In addition it is a complicated process including various activities. Standardized pricebooks will help improve the process and accuracy of cost estimating. However there is no publishedprice book in the Malaysia construction industry. This research has investigated and identified thecurrent practice of estimating in the Malaysia construction industry together with the possibilities ofintroducing a price book to the industry. Primary methods of estimating, efficiency of the currentmethods, significance of activities related to estimating, factors affecting the accuracy of estimatingare investigated through a survey. Further the obstacles in introducing a price book have beenidentified. The survey participants agree that the government should initiate the introduction of a pricebook in the Malaysia construction industry. The outcomes of this research can be also used to improvethe competitive advantages of quantity surveyors, consulting engineers/architects and contractors inrespect to cost estimating for construction projects in Malaysia.

Abstract: Basing on the disequilibrium theory, taking use of SPSS software, taking advantaging of multiple linear regression methodology, this article analyzed the state of supply and demand of newly built commodity-housing market from1998 to 2011 in Xian, constructed the equation about land supply, housing price, load rate and housing-supply, and constructed the equation about per capita disposable income, and housing-demand. Basing on the supply-equation and demand-equation, this article obtained the state of supply and demand of new-built commodity- housing in Xian, at last, calculated the non-equilibrium degree and drew a conclusion.

Abstract: BIM is urgently needed by Chinas building industry to meet its opportunities and challenges. However, compared with developed countries, the progress of BIM development in adoption and identify key barriers which strongly impact the BIM adoption so as to propose corresponding measures to remove the key barriers. A survey about barriers impact was carried out among Chinese construction practitioners. By using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),41 barriers of BIM in Building Industry of china were identified. In the last part of the thesis, a roadmap of BIM adoption and application in china was developed based upon the measures and characteristics of barriers of the BIM adoption in China.
