Abstract: As a major method for internal administration and control of an enterprise, comprehensive Budget Management is also a modern administration pattern centralizing systematization and strategy theories and human-resource-based concepts. This article begins with research of strategic administration theory and then puts forward a theoretical frame of the strategy-oriented Comprehensive Budget Management based on comprehensive summary and specific analysis of it.

Abstract: A challenge for many small and medium sized enterprises (SME) is access to financing. Using a sample of companies listed on the Shenzhen SME board over the period 2010 to 2012, I investigate the extent of political connections in SME firms. I find that private entrepreneurs with political connection have the positive effect on the firms credit financing. Further, the roles of political connections are more important in regions in which the local economy is less market-oriented. My findings support the hypothesis of rent-seeking through political participation.

Abstract: This paper presents tests security transaction BOLL expert systems, through statistical experiments, with the wining rate, annual rate of return and net profit rate as the management objectives, on basis of the mass data generated by the security market; The results show that win rate value of BOLL expert system as high as 88.95%, and annual rate of return and net profit rate are 33.37% and 13.9% respectively. Compared with RSI expert system, the transaction times are only 52.09% of RSI expert system, which should be the true reason why the rate of turn of BOLL expert system is not high.

Abstract: The paper studied the game strategy decisions of alliance leader and members in collaborative information seeking. Based on basic Nash equilibrium model with complete information, it researched Bayesian-Nash equilibrium under incomplete information condition which further implied that the incompleteness of information had effected on the alliance leader’s compensation policy. Furthermore, it revealed a methodology to analyze the stability of Bayesian-Nash equilibrium and gave a detailed algorithm. It provided a framework to systematically explore the relationships between alliance leader and other members while solving work tasks in collaboration.

Abstract: By the application of literature consultation methods, inductive and deductive methods and behavioral economics, this thesis concerns itself with the study of risk and risk transfer during major sports events, and the analysis of risk transfer regarding facility construction, logistics, tourism and so on. The purpose of this thesis is that the smooth process of major sports events should be guaranteed by effective management of sports events risks. Based on the analysis of internal and external causes of risks emerged in major sports events, this thesis puts forward a concrete solution to the risk transfer - sports commercial insurance, which enables sports event organizers to reduce risks based on the knowledge of the causes of them.

Abstract: Based on e-commerce environment, the establishment of intelligent logistics system is the new requirement of today's economic development. Through the study of the system design of intelligent logistics system, the system of mutual cooperation, automatically cohesion, intelligent logistics system throughout the supply chain cycle short, cost savings. In the process of implementation, logistics tracking technology to provide clients with the whole process of tracking services, integrated logistics design simulation technology provides intelligent e-commerce logistics simulation test. Logistics transportation scheduling optimization system using GPS technology, GIS was carried out on the vehicle route reasonable planning. Network distributed warehousing and inventory control system for each user to provide comprehensive intelligent distribution, warehousing and inventory control system. Intelligent logistics system dynamic precise management of logistics activities promotes the vigorous development of electronic commerce.

Abstract: Thesis consistency principle and game theory shapley value based method for Denault a qualitative improvements proposed for the commercial bank's economic capital allocation method. By introducing Yasumitsu conditions have been shapley value to meet the necessary and sufficient conditions for consistency, to find a judge shapley value meets the consistency of a more complete theory. This approach is consistent with the bank's overall optimal requirements, you can make the best commercial bank from the overall perspective of determining the risk contribution of each branch to evaluate operating performance, and ultimately determine the various branches of the annual economic capital limit.

Abstract: Many traditional forecasting platforms try to make predictions about the future by analyzing patterns that occurred in the past.More sophisticated methods exist, such as exponential smoothing or the Holt-Winters method. Nonetheless, as sophisticated as these methods are, they all suffer from the same deficiency: they only consider the past. While the past is indeed a statistically significant indicator of what will happen in the future, it isnt the only indicator. In multi-echelon supply chain systems, there exists a plethora of highly relevant data that can be tapped into.We have built an Arena model to simulate our manufacturing plants supply chain. As we go forward, we will explain how this model was used to explore the significance of various external data sources such as DC and store inventory levels, open orders, and lead times. Using these findings, we derive a regression-based forecasting algorithm that improves accuracy by 35 percent. More accurate forecasts allow our company to maintain a higher service level, lower safety stock, and a more predictable transportation schedule, all of which lead to significant cost savings.

Abstract: Based on the 2013 session of the graduate survey data of the Economics and Management School of Nanchang University, this paper uses Logistic model to analyze the impact of employment expectation on undergraduate students. Evidence indicates that the employment expectation has a significant negative impact on the employment of university students, the higher the expectation of employment, the less satisfactory employment situation is. And the cognition factor plays a key role for the employment of university students, including the cognition on major, the competence cognition and the cognition on the employment situation.
