Abstract: In this work, the new capillary zone electrophoresis method is used for the determination of the content of gallic acid in jianmin throat tablet. Under the 20 mmol/L borate (pH=9.44), valid separation of gallic acid is obtained in jianmin throat tablet and the content of gallic acid is 0.7096 mg/g (RSD=5.4%) (n=5). The average recovery of gallic acid is 112.4% (RSD=8.4%)(n=4). The method is simple and rapid.

Abstract: This paper established high performance capillary electrophoresis method to determine synephrine and naringenin in aifunuangong pills. In 30mmol/L Na2B4O7 buffer solution (pH=10.00), effective separation of components to be tested was achieved, which provided a new approach of quality control of Chinese medicine aifunuangong pills.

Abstract: In this paper, the new capillary zone electrophoresis method was studied and the content of the naringenin was determined in xiao’er jindan tablet. The optimized experiment condition was 30mmol/L borate buffer (pH=10.00), 20 kV, 254 nm. The content of naringenin was 0.569mg/g, RSD=1.67%(n=5). The average recovery of naringenin was 85.6%(RSD=7.6%)(n=4). The new method was provided for the quality controling of xiao’er jindan tablet medicine.

Abstract: Objective: to analyze and summarize treatment experience of 126 cases of patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: to analyze retrospectively from June 2012 to August 2012126 cases of patients treated in our hospital neurology treated, to analyze and summarize clinical treatment and prognosis of all patients included in the statistics. Results: 126 cases of patients, 27 cases were basically cured, , 32 cases were markedly effective, 29 cases were efficient, 23 cases were ineffective, 11 cases died, because of fund reasons 4 cases discharged from hospital without making the systematic treatment .Conclusion: through internal medicine conservative treatment, the treatment effect of patients with less blood loss (usually < 30 ml) is better, the treatment effect of patients with large amount of blood loss is ineffective.

Abstract: In order to improve the production process of corn starch and accelerate the separation of corn starch, flocculating activity of lactobacillus paracasei subsp.paracasei L1 isolated from natural fermentation of sweet potato acid liquor in corn liquid was optimized. The main influencing factors were determined by Plackett-Burman experimental design and the flocculating activity was optimized by response surface analysis method. The optimum culture conditions was: inoculum concentration 18%, lactose addition 0.2%, corn steeping time 0h, culture temperature 30°C, initial pH of the culture medium pH 6.5, culture time 36h, yeast extract addition 1%,concentration of corn thick liquid 1:3(w/v).The theoretical value of the flocculating activity was 0.1906 mg/ml and the verified value was 0.1854 mg/ml.

Abstract: Analysis different kinds of anaerobic fermentation technology using in prevent and control of livestock and poultry. Comparing removal rate of COD, total Nitrogen, total Phosphorus of Mixed anaerobic fermentation technology (CSTR), upflow sludge bed reactor (USR) and simple anaerobic pool. Removal rate of CSTR and USR is obvious better than simple an aerobic pool, and removal rate is proportional to the pollutant concentration. Overall evaluations of investment, occupation of land and rate. Points out the problems exist in the using of anaerobic fermentation technology and put forward reasonable suggestions.

Abstract: Pesticide formulation science is significant to deal with formulation development, production and storage as well as the interaction of the pesticide with plants, insects, mammals, soil, air and water. Aqueous pesticide microemulsion has become one of the most potential pesticide formulation instead of the conventional pesticide formulation in recent years. Very few works has studied the methodology of pesticide microemulsion preparation with environment-friendly compound.The green environment-friendly chorpyriphos pesticide microemulsion was successfully obtained through the further trials of screening of heat storage and cold storage experiments and the examination of dissociation rate. The optimized chorpyriphos microemulsion formulation is composed of chlorpyrifos (2.366%), ethyl acetate (1.001%), agricultural emulsifier 600(5.714%), natural carboxylate (2.857%), glycol (33.972%), ethanol (14.571%), and water (39.519%).

Abstract: To investigate DcR3 Levels of peripheral blood in rheumatoid arthritis (RA),and analyzes the correlation between the DcR3 Levels of Peripheral Blood and the Disease Activity in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient.The expression levels of DcR3 mRNA in peripheral Blood monocytes of 80 RA patients and 50 healthy controls were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction,the levels of DcR3IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum were detected by ELISA(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay).The expression levels of DcR3 mRNA of active stage in RA patients were higher than that of remission stage in RA patients and healthy controls (P<0.05);The levels of DcR3IFN-γ and IFN-γ/IL-4 of active stage in RA patients were higher than that of remission stage in RA patients and healthy controls (P<0.01);The correlationships between DcR3 mRNA levelsIFN-γ/IL-4 and active renal score (DAS28) show positive correlation.The expression levels of peripheral blood DcR3 does significant increase in RA active patients and it is closely related with the activity of the disease which suggesting that DcR3 migh involved in the pathological process.

Abstract: To isolate and identify the species of a strain separated from blood of a colon cancer patient.The morphological,cultural and biochemistry characters of the bacteria were studied by routine detecting method. The bacteria genomic DNA was extracted based on alkaline lysis. 16S rDNA sequence was amplified, purified and sequenced. Multiple alignment, phylogenetic analysis were carried out by Clustal W and MEGE 4.1 program. The subspecies was identified by mean of amplification of a subspecies-specific amplicon.The morphological, cultural and biochemistry characters of the isolate, Jiaohe strain, correspond to the character of Campylobacter fetus. 16S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic analysis both confirmed the result. Depending on the result of the subspecies-specific PCR test, the isolate could be identified as C. fetus subsp. fetus.The data showed that a C. fetus subsp. fetus strain was isolated from a patient with colon cancer, which extend the clinical case of C. fetus bloodstream infections. For the morphological and cultural characters were slightly different from the type strain of C. fetus subspecies, further investigation on this organism should be proceeded.

Abstract: Tetrahydropalmatine in overall yield of 18% was synthesized from alkaloids in Coptids Rhizoma with the similar structure of isoquinoline by a three-step reaction of alkaloids preparation, demethylation or demethylene-dioxy, deoxidation, methylation and so on. The structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR IR and ESI-MS.
