Abstract: Genetic diversity analysis and population structure can estimate genetic variation of diverse materials, and can be used in germplasm management and varietal protection. In this study, the genetic diversity and population structure for tobacco germplasm (78 cultivated tobacco accessions in China) were analyzed by using 28 SSR markers. A total of 127 alleles were detected with an average of 4.5 per locus in 78 accessions, while PIC values ranged from 0.19 to 0.89 with an average of 0.63 per marker. Based on genetic similarity, most of sun-cured and flue-cured tobacco accessions were clustered into group A and group B, respectively. A model-based structure analysis for these accessions detected two subpopulations, which were generally coincident with the clustering analysis and showed the genetic similarities were relative high for these accessions. These results revealed narrow genetic diversity for the tobacco germplasm in China.

Abstract: By studying the effects of Shubiling Nasal Spray on allergic rhinitis models of rats, we found that Shubiling Nasal Spray can alleviate significantly allergic rhinitis symptoms such as sneezing, itchy nose and runny nose, reduce significantly the number of eosinophils in nasal secretions, decrease significantly the levels of IL - 4 and IgE in serum , increase markedly levels of IFN γ in serum, the pathological changes of the nasal mucosa were improved significantly.

Abstract: Embedded GUI recently has been highlighted in the design of embedded products with the widespread use of embedded system for implementing the human-computer interaction function. A gene amplification system based on ARM embedded Linux OS is introduced. Combined with the requirement of PCR gene amplification system, this article using Samsung's S3C6410 core processor, the choice of Linux + Qt software scheme, built the hardware and software development environment and realized most functions of the gene amplification system GUI based on Qt integrated development environment, such as the real-time temperature curve display, the parameter settings of circulating process and other auxiliary functions showed on LCD. The results demonstrate that the system can reliably and stably run on the Linux system, support for touch screen driver interface for easy operation, excellent scalability, superior performance, beautiful interface, and basically meet the functional requirements of each module.

Shenqi Pollen Tablet could prolong survival time of mice、significantly reduce weight of rat right ventricular (RV) 、reduce leverage of the weight of right ventricular(RV) and left ventricular increases septum(LV+S),significantly reduce MDA level、NO level and NOS level、increase SOD level, improve hypoxia tolerance of organism.

Abstract: Objective: Explore the effect of functional food Jin Jiang granules on immune function in normal mice, to provide basis for Jin Jiang granules which are applied in early stage of cold. Methods: After normal mice were given to different doses of Jin Jiang granules, levels of peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis rate and indexes, thymus and spleen indexes, haemolysin, hemolytic plaque, peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate, NK cell activity were determined. Results: Compared with blank group, Jin Jiang granules can improve levels of peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis, organ indexes, haemolysin, hemolytic plaque, peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate, NK cell activity. Conclusion: Jin Jiang granules can improve the organisms immunity, relieve symptoms and promote recovery when applied in early stage of cold.

Abstract: Objective: Explore the effect of psoraleae gels external use on vitiligo guinea pig, to prove psoraleae gel can promote the formation of melanin guinea pig skin like psoraleae injection. Methods: Using chemical decolorization to establish vitiligo animal models, treatment by psoraleae gel, observation the effect of high, moderate and low dose of psoraleae gel external use in vitiligo guinea pig serum ChE activity and MDA level, skin pathological changes and the sum total of skin melanin granules. Results: Compared with model group, high, moderate dose psoraleae gel group can significantly improve the serum ChE activity, on vitiligo mode, High, moderate dose psoraleae gel group can significantly improve the serum ChE activity and significantly reduce serum MDA level, high, moderate and low dose psoraleae gel group were significantly promote the guinea pig skin melanin formation and the sum total of melanin granules increased significantly. Conclusion: Psoraleae gel treatments of vitiligo guinea pigs have a very good role; this experiment can show psoraleae gel can be used in the clinical treatment of vitiligo.

Abstract: To study content of quercetin in Zhuang folk medicine Berchemia lineata in the different harvest times and to explore the laws of dynamic changes of quercetin content. Methods: determine 10 batches of Berchemia lineata in the HPLC-DAD method. Chromatographic conditions: Agilent XDB C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the column temperature of 25 °C; mobile phase of methanol (A) - acetonitrile (B) -0.05% phosphoric acid solution (C), gradient elution; volume flow of 1 mL/min, detection wavelength of 254 nm. Result: sample injection volume of quercetin in the range of 0.69 μg ~ 4.83 μg has a good linear relationship with peak area, the average recovery is 99.8%, RSD: 1.27% (n = 6). From the overall analysis, content of quercetin in Berchemia lineata harvested in January is higher than that in other months. Conclusion: January should be the best month for harvest of Berchemia lineata.

Abstract: In this paper, using capillary zone electrophoresis method determined gallic acid content in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Under the condition of buffer solution containing 20 mmol/L Na2B4O7, effective separation of components to be tested was realized. Measured content of gallic acid in Paeonia lactiflora Pall was 1.15 mg/g (RSD=4.28%) (n=6), the average recovery was 88.48% (n=5). This method is simple and fast.

Measured content of gallic acid in terminalia was 25.36 mg/g (RSD=6.8%) (n=6), the average recovery was 87.6%. This method is simple and fast.

Abstract: In this work, a simple and sensitive electrochemical method sensor was developed to determine salbutamol based on magnetic NiFe2O4 nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode. It was found the anodic peak current of salbutamol was linear with the concentration of salbutamol from 2.0 μM to 60 μM with a detection limit of 1.0 μM (S/N=3). The developed method was successfully applied to determine salbutamol content in pork samples with satisfactory results.
