Abstract: In this paper, present teaching situation of the course was analyzed systematic in the process of practice teaching of industrial design based on data correlated with the analysis of desks and chairs design. With characteristics of ergonomics of industrial design professional practice teaching in our university, a more reasonable way of teaching reform was explored in the purpose of practice teaching, teaching method and teaching means, and expected the teaching effect in the practice teaching process was put forward.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the urban mobility and mode of transportation within Cotonou, by diagnosing the current problems of transport through the role of each transports actors, demographic. Based on the survey which highlights the characteristics '' household-mobility in Cotonou, this research revealed, on one hand, the large gap between the transport infrastructures and the transport demand, and in the other hand, the exceptional case of mobility in this metropolitan area, where the motorcycles largely dominate the other mode of transport in the city, including public buses which implementation has failed. In the end, some recommendations have been made and proposals formulated in aim to respond efficiently to the urban transport problem in Cotonou.

Abstract: Under optimized pulsed electric field (PEF) treatment for production of antlers calcium citrate malate and antlers collagen polypeptideby one-factor test were studied. The yield of dissoluble calcium (YDC) and protein degree of hydrolysis (DH) were used as characteristic indexes, the tests were carried out using different factors, which is as follows: the molar ratio of citric acid to malic acid (2:1-1:2), mixed acid content (0.1-1.0 mol/L), E/S (1-6 %), electric field intensity (5-30 kV/cm) and pulse number (2-12) were studied. The results indicated that the optimum conditions were E/S 4.0%, acid concentration 0.5 mol/L, electric field intensity 20 kV/cm, pulse number 8, the DH of 19.3±0.34 % and the YDC of 26±0.45 % were obtained.

Abstract: Sika deer antler velvet layer is a kind of precious traditional Chinese medicine, which has been widely used for treatment of some diseases. In this study the extraction of ganglioside from the lipid soluble fraction of sika deer antler velvet layer was investigated. The quantitative effects of ratio of liquid to raw material, temperature, time were investigated for extraction of ganglioside. The optimal ganglioside extraction conditions were determined: ratio of liquid to raw material 11, temperature 40°C and time 7min. Residue which was separated from the lipid soluble fraction of sika deer antler velvet layer was proved to be ganglioside by IR.

Abstract: In this study the extraction of ganglioside from the lipid soluble fraction of sika deer antler was investigated using response surface methodology (RSM). A three-level Box-Behnken design which was based on the results of a single-factor test was employed to optimize the parameters for extraction of ganglioside. The experimental results were fitted with a second-order polynomial equation by a multiple regression analysis. By solving the regression equation and also by analyzing the response surface contour plots, the optimal ganglioside extraction conditions were determined: ratio of liquid to raw material 11, temperature 40°C and time 7min, and the maximum yield of ganglioside extraction was 1.25%.

Abstract: In this paper, a ganglioside was extracted using acetone from the lipid soluble fraction of sika deer antler which was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction technology. The crude ganglisode was purified using silica gel column chromatography, was identified using TLC and was characterized by employing IR. The biological activities show ganglioside has obvious inhibitory activities, and the pure one is rather good than the crude one.

Abstract: The extraction of dissoluble protein from antlers using high intensity pulsed electric fields (PEF) was investigated, and then, the extract was preliminary separated by ultrafiltration, and tested the antioxidant activity of each part. The effect of extraction rate of protein among different ratio of material and water, field strength, pulse number and times ware investigated in this text. And optimize the test by ternary quadratic regression rotation combination design, the optimum condition was determined as: ratio of material and water1:12, field strength27.03kV/cm, pulse number12,times 2. Under such condition the maximal rate of extraction of dissoluble protein is 27.32%. The three parts of proteins by ultrafiltrated had been confirmed with DPPH, superoxide anion radical scavenging ability.

Abstract: Mixed acid content, electric field intensity and pulse number were optimized by response surface methodology (RSM) for protein degree of hydrolysis (DH). The results indicated that the optimum conditions were E/S 4.0%, acid concentration 0.586 mol/L, electric field intensity 19kV/cm, pulse number 8, the DH of 19.3±0.34 % were obtained. In the present study, it is feasible to utilization of antler residue in a novel nutraceutical material with a high solubility for calcium and an easy absorption for collagen peptide to people who acalcerosis.

Abstract: This paper was to investigate the antioxidative effects of concentrated hawthorn juice against ultraviolet damage in fruit flies. Flies survival experiment and biochemical index determination method results show that UV could remarkably accelerate the senescence of fruit flies, compared with the model group. With the feeding of concentrated hawthorn juice, vivo antioxidant enzyme activity and lipid peroxide generated by MDA content decreased, and the lifespan dramaticlly extended. The study suggest that the concentrated hawthorn juice exhibited antioxidative activity in fruit flies against UV damage and might be used as functional food industrials for healthcare purpose.

Determination of Ferulic Acid in“SHI-QUAN-DA-BU” Pills by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis
Abstract: High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) was used in this text to determine the content of ferulic acid in “SHI-QUAN-DA-BU” Pills. Electrophoretic separation conditions: Uncoated fused silica capillary column(75um×49/58cm), injection height 7.5cm, 30mmol•L-1 borax solution, separation voltage 20kV, injection time 15s, detection wavelength 315 nm, experimental temperature 20°C. Linearity was kept in the concentration ranging from 1~31.25 mg·L-1 of ferulic acid with correlation coefficient of 0.970. The average recovery was 97.56% and RSD value was 6.4%. The content of ferulic acid was 0.0855 mg/g (n=6).
