Abstract: The ecological environment of this planet-Earth has been damaged by industrial
pollution. In the Copenhagen General Assembly of 2009, it has become the focus issue
attracting the attention from various countries in the world how to reduce carbon emission. As one of economic powers, China yet becomes a large environmental polluter. According
to the calculation of World Bank, during two decades from 1980 to 2000, China has
generated 14% contribution rate to the world GDP in terms of its economic growth.
However, China also pays a high price in resource consumption, high energy consumption
and environmental destruction for this. As is pointed in Environmental Green Book of 2007,there were about 75% of waters in Chinese lakes suffering significant pollution and
the contamination rate of urban waters reached as high as over 90%, hence causing more
than 300 cities in China suffer water shortage. At present, China has become the
second largest emitter of greenhouse gases in the globe and the loss that environmental
pollution engenders to national economy holds about 10% in GDP. And the area of
cultivated land in China also decreases at the speed of about 1.6 million hectares per year, hence with severe land degradation and water and soil erosion phenomena. According to
another statistic report, Chinese GDP in 2004 held appropriately 4% in the globe but the
consumed primary energy took up almost 12 percent of the globe, with fresh water
holding 15 percent, aluminum oxide 25 percent, rolled steel 28 percent and cement
50%. In a word, the extensive economic growth pattern/mode has forced China to face
serious resource and energy crises. Due to a series of negative effects brought about by
environmental pollution and various inconveniences caused to life, consumers are also
motivated to pay more and more attention to the environmental problems engendered by
random disposability after products are used. As a result, the design and production of
green products and energy conservation in production process become particularly important,and various green products has become more and more common in market, making green
energy conservation and environmental protection have become the starting point for people
to go shopping.

Abstract: Based on previous study and according to the need of companies in early stage of life cycle, this study put the relationship marketing into the business model, built and tested the theoretical model. Large-scale analysis of survey data shows that the performance of the efficiency of enterprise increased with the key customers for enterprise relationship marketing rising. In contrast, the performance of innovative enterprises decreased with the relationship marketing reducing.

Efficient Allocation and Reasonable Transportation of Logistics Enterprises under Low Carbon Economy
Abstract: On analyzing the SF EXPRESS carbon emission way, the total carbon discharge and the emission reduction way on the low carbon economy development model, this paper finds the logistics enterprises a development model and points out its direction with a sort of technical methods such as technical and economic analysis and statistical analysis etc. It significantly contributes to the similar enterprises on the low carbon economy development with reference. Besides, on the detection of carbon discharge way and the evaluation of the emission, the paper proposes the development of LEC based on enterprise resources integration and rational transport. Through the optimization of the aviation and the terminal branches, the enterprises can get more economic benefits.

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of The Twelfth National Games of China (TNGC) on host city traffic, and improve efficiency of city traffic, we applied questionnaire survey and interview with local residents to acquire the change information of city traffic in Shenyang City. We analyzed city traffic conditions during preparatory period of TNGC, and change of urban traffic from TNGC including traffic road planning, running time of bus, subway construction, etc. Results indicated that TNGC has accelerated construction of transportation system. But there were still some problems, such as road construction leading to nearby residents inconvenience. Finally we puts forward some suggestions that before road were repaired, government tried to build a temporary, patency channel for residents in the vicinity.

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of the national economy has brought rapid growth in electricity demand; the power grid construction has entered a period of rapid development. Construction of power transmission line project is an important part of power grid construction,the cost management of construction stage, it is of great significance for the entire project cost management, improve the efficiency of construction enterprises. In this paper, based on the theory of cost management in construction stage, from the three aspects of social and economic factors, human factors and natural factors, analyzed the current situation and problems of transmission line engineering construction cost management and to the actual engineering data are discussed. Finally, in view of the present situation and problems of the construction cost management, this paper puts forward some suggestions.

Abstract: This paper presents tests and comparisons between SAR and BOLL, tow security transaction expert systems, through statistical experiments, with the wining rate, annual rate of return and net profit rate as the management objectives, on basis of the mass data generated by the security market; the results suggest a ratio among the wining rate, annual return rate and net profit rate of the two as 0.876, 0.936 and 0.936 respectively, and the yearly numbers of transactions of SAR is 3.7 times more than that of BOLL. The lower rate of SAR is, as believed, a result of the higher transaction cost of it comparing with BOLL.

Abstract: Large-scale sports meeting can generally exert influence on host city planning and construction. Questionnaire survey and interview were applied to analyze the change of Shenyang City construction from The Twelfth National Games of China (TNGC). Firstly, we discussed the infrastructure construction during preparatory period of TNGC. And then, effects on urban public facilities and urban environment construction were explored in detail. Results indicated that both public facilities and urban environment construction have been improved during TNGC in general. However, the opinion of residents also showed some discord, and reflected some problems in urban construction which need be amended.
