Abstract: This article studies the practical significance of Chinese Mobile operators improve customer satisfaction, conducts researches based on students of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, identifies the impact of mobile customer satisfaction index and uses structural equation modeling to identify the key dimensions that have impact on improving satisfaction. The results show that sales promotions, such as freebies, coupons and raffle have a positive correlation with mobile customer satisfaction, and customers prefer freebies among all kinds of sales promotions. This study also finds that customers personal values are positively correlated to sales promotions; however, there is no significant positive correlation between customers personal value and mobile customer satisfaction.

Abstract: On the basis of defining the meaning of logistics capabilities, we build logistics capability index system from economic base, logistics scale and information scale. Combined with relevant data, we study on nine cities of Wuhan city circle and evaluate logistics capabilities based on principal component analysis. Based on the main ingredient, principal component scores and sorting, we analyze the level of development of the city's logistics capabilities and influencing factors.

Abstract: Each customer has specific purchase regularity. To predict the customers purchase behavior, some researchers have built a static model which not considere the environmental change and the customers characteristics. To dynamically predict customer purchase behavior, this paper introduces a posteriori estimation method. Based on the customers purchased information, the method combine with the customers current events, then applies the Bayes theorem to posteriori estimate the customers purchase behavior. The new method not only predict individual customers purchase behavior, but also improve the prediction accuracy. It will be helpful for the enterprises to optimize arrangements for the production and inventory and reduce operating costs.

Abstract: Monetary policy has a significant effect on real estate price, and monetary policymakers need to have quick response. Based on the assumptions that monetary policy and real estate price influence each other and variables affect one another with a lag, A VAR model is designed and modified. Through impulse-response analysis and variance analysis, the influence of money supply and that of interest rate on real estate price are tested and compared. We found that: both money supply and interest rate could affect the real estate price; interest rate has a bigger influence that money supply does; as time goes on, the influence of money supply changes little, but that of interest rate enhances; interest rate policy is not easy to control and it will lead to a fluctuation of economy and the fluctuation may enhance, money supply is a better method to regulate real estate industry instead.

Abstract: Sequencing of hybrid assembly production directly affects the balancecontinuity and punctuality of production process. First, the mathematical models with MILP of hybrid assembly production are established, and then the sets of sequencing scheme of minimum makespan which meet customers demands are obtained. Furthermore workshop simulation models with Flexsim software are established. In this paper, the painting hybrid assembly production line of some automobile engine manufacturing plant was employed to analyze the sequencing as an example, and the obtained painting production line sequencing scheme is consistent with the actual production of enterprises and it improves production capacity.

Abstract: Large-scale and complicated business process modeling is not supported by traditional single-designer business process modeling tools. This paper investigates a collaborative business process modeling method based on top-down pattern, where the conflict issue in collaboration is explicitly accounted for. An access control mechanism is proposed and four rules of locking up are defined to restrict designers access to models. Then the locks impact on efficiency of collaborative modeling is deeply studied. At last an integrated multi-designer modeling system IPro is developed based on the above collaborative mechanism and applied to several business process modeling projects in aviation industry to validate the mechanism.

Abstract: In this paper, we established Granger causality test, VAR model, impulse response function and variance decompositions to observe Shibor whether possess of four properties as the benchmark interest rate of the marketability, stability, correlation ,fundamentality. Conclusion Shibor as money market benchmark interest rates on various aspects of the performance is better, however, compared with Chibor foundational aspects needs to be improved, and easily influenced by Exchange rate suggests that stability is insufficient.

Abstract: Safety management system assessment (SMSA) was a hot point in the field of safety management practice and research. But, the weights of safety management system assessment indicators are different in former achievements. In this study, the scores of indicators in ISRS, NOSA, API and Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization (BNWSS) were referenced to obtain the initial weights of the primary indicators for SMSA. The decision-makers preference for the four methods was settled by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After Kendalls test for consistency of the four methods, the combination weighting was made considering the preference and consistence on the basis of AHP. The rationality of weighting result was evaluated with close degree. The close degree reached 91.0% which was satisfactory.

Abstract: The safety management system assessment (SMSA) model was built up on the basis of set-pair analysis (SPA) theory and its effectiveness was verified by practical application research. The assessment model of five-element identical-discrepant-antithetical connection number vector was formed in that the indicators were divided into five grades. The calculation of connection number component was simplified as rigorous rules were made for the grades division of indicators. The judging rule of grading safety management system (SMS) was established under the principal of confidence level. The applied research was conducted, which demonstrated that the SPA based assessment model could provide credible conclusion because the results highly agreed with those of BNWSS audition. In addition, this model can be applied to assess SMS of all levels and makes scientific judgment for future state of SMS.

Abstract: This paper uses the clustering model SOM-Kmeans two segment to cluster the users on railway ticket selling system. First, it describes the types of customer segmentation and the general segmentation steps, then introduces the definition of user preferences, at last on the basis of calculation steps of SOM-Kmeans two segment algorithm, the customer segmentation model and algorithm is given based on user preferences.
