Abstract: SaaS applications are different from traditional software for their delivery mode and for their business model called Pay-as-You-Go, which allows service vendors to provide services to customers with appropriate services which are exactly needed to fulfill the requirements. As a result, there is a need of a new metering and billing mechanism to implement such business model. The paper proposes a composite and definable SaaS billing mechanism supporting optimized utilization of resource with the instruction of the related model and process. The mechanism supports metering and billing SaaS subscription through user license, duration time, use times, use resource, function used, or the composition of them. Therefore it is suitable for customized tenants of most SaaS applications.

Abstract: Degree of Master of Arts education is a form of professional degree education and it is different from the theoretical emphasis on traditional teaching methods to teach, academic research, graduate education, but in relation to the type of degree in the academic graduate degree. Understanding existence of bias, lack of basic conditions for the development of non-standard teaching management, quality supervision system and evaluation mechanisms are inadequate, the faculty to be fulfilling the practical problems of our art class professional graduate degree in education and training management. In this paper, should change their teaching concepts, reinforce the foundation conditions, to standardize teaching management process, strengthen the faculty building aspects to improve

Abstract: This paper combined Rumelhart’s adding inertial impulse and dynamically adjusting the learning rate and proposed an improved algorithm to optimize the Back Propagation (BP) networks with applied technology. This improved BP networks is used to determining membership function and applied in fuzzy diagnosing vapor congealing equipment. The application results prove that the improved BP algorithm is effective and the convergence speed is accelerated and is much faster than the classic BP algorithm. The applied technology is very useful in the application course.

Abstract: Our analysis is based on the pure phase distribution equations of the Fresnel diffraction of an amplitude grating. Suppose P and M are positive integers which have no common divisor and 1/M is the opening ratio of the amplitude grating. Characteristics of the pure distributions are analysed. For instance at the fractional P/2M Talbot distance and (1-P/2M) Talbot distance, the amplitudes of the Fresnel diffraction field of the grating are the same while the phases are opposite. As an example we design two Talbot illuminators which phase distributions occur respectively at the fractional P/2M and (1-P/2M ) Talbot distance. Both phase distribution can carry out illumination behind them. Array illumination has important application in information optics

Abstract: To solve the airport arrival and departure flow allocation problem under the condition of uncertain capacity, one of robust optimization methods was applied. Applied technology in Robust Optimization Model with the aim to minimize expected delayed flights at certain robustness level was proposed. The robustness factor constraint, airport capacity curve constraint, fix capacity constraint and airport capacity scenario constraint were included. To test how well the model would be in real world, a numerical test was performed based on the data of a Chinese international airport. Test results show that there is a negative relationship between expected delay flights and robustness level. Compared with typical model, Applied Technology in Robust Optimization Model proposed achieves better effect at the same robustness level.

Abstract: As the world’s most widely used phone operating system, Android has been chosen to get our lives convenient. However, as the importance of the services our cell phones support increases, so too do the opportunities for invasion. More attention should be paid to the risks of Android OS. In this paper, we analyze the Android security and then give methods based on Android privilege to prevent invasion while using or developing. The method can make users avoid most of the hacking.

Abstract: Based on the Fresnel diffraction theory and the principle of Fourier transformation, an equation is put forward to analyze the spatial diffraction intensity distribution of a circle aperture illuminated by a hyperbolic secant optical femtosecond pulse. The spatial diffraction intensity distributions are determined by the distance, the radius of the circle aperture, the Fresnel number, the width and the central wavelength of the hyperbolic optical pulse. Number calculation shows that when the radius of the circle aperture is definite, the spatial diffraction intensity is a function of the distance z. If the distance is definite, the spatial diffraction intensity is a function of the radius of the circle aperture. In a definite extent the spatial diffraction intensity remains approximately a constant. A constant spatial intensity distribution is good for optical imaging and laser fusion.

Abstract: This paper studies a new method of the classification retrieval technology in the remote video communication network. In order to make the huge video data can be transmitted in the communication network, this paper puts forward a new idea, a method of increased middleware based on the traditional method of C/S network transmission mode, and combined with advanced AdaBoost algorithm in the field of pattern recognition, to launched in-depth research for the classification retrieval technology in the remote video. This research has a certain reference value to the remote verification system.

Abstract: In this paper, information technology is introduced briefly and in order to avoid inaccurate segmentation of moving objects caused by object holes and ghost, an automatic moving object segmentation method which belongs to information technology based on memory matrix and Kalman filter theory is proposed. Memory matrix is used in multiple channels to extract the initial background, and ghost is eliminated after updating background according to the theory of Kalman filter. Moving objects are extracted using adaptive threshold, and object segmentation is achieved by improved region growing method on base of block processing. The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can accurately segment moving object from video sequences, and has very good robustness against illumination variance and moving noise.
