Abstract: China Post Logistics have been introduced the Data Picking System (DPS) with applied technology for its warehouse in order to meet the increasing requirement, but until now some flaws have been turned up such as the unreasonable path scheming. This paper analyzes the Data Picking System with applied technology of China Post Logistics, and then optimizes the order picking route in view of the current deficiency and combined with the use of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). Our work is one of the first to introduce the China Post Logistics’ Data Picking System and optimize the order picking route with ACO, and the result shows that this study is effective.The example simulation result shows that this optimizing is effective and the order picking route decrease 8.34% than that as before.

Abstract: In order to realize the identification of human daily actions, a method of identifying human daily actions is realized in this paper, which transforms this problem into converting human action recognition into analyzing feature sequence. Then the feature sequence combined with improved LCS algorithm could realize the human actions recognition. Data analysis and experimental results show the recognition rate of this method is high and speed is fast, and this applied technology will have broad prospects.

Abstract: The wireless personal area network combined with the Android platform,a wireless interactive network is introduced and an intelligent mobile random human interactive system is designed .IEEE802.15.4 protocol is used for data transmission, and human computer interaction program is developed in Android platform. A power saving, parameter varying, present-aware network access method is designed.

Abstract: This paper has put forward a comprehensive assessment model of the emergency management capability of the coal mine accidents which is based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and has made an empirical analysis. Firstly, the meaning and the key contents of the emergency management capability of coal mine accidents was elaborated. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine accidents emergency management capability was established. And then, the first class index weights were determined by AHP. Finally, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of a certain regions emergency management capability of coal mine accidents by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract: Due to the differences between the historical background, technological advancement, economic situation and population density between America and China, there are many differences between American and Chinese education systems. One of the differences is the applied technology in web application in education. By comparing the general technological situations in the two countries and the applied technology in web application in online education, web-facilitated education at college level, K-12 level and the developing prospects in the two countries, the article comes to the conclusion that applied technology in web application in American education is much more advanced than that in Chinese education. The web-related infrastructural construction in American educational institutions has almost come to a complete state and now more concern is on how to make full use of all the facilities and technology so as to achieve the best result, while China is still trying hard to make web-related facilities reach all the educational institutions and at the same time searching optimized ways of application. Insufficient financial support, lag in technology and deep-rooted traditional test-oriented teaching philosophy among teachers as well as parents are the greatest obstacles to the widening of applied technology in web application in education in China. Although government have been trying hard to deepen the application of internet technology in education by putting out a series of policies and starting a succession of projects and great progress has already been made and will be achieved, there is still a long way to go before it reach the present state of American applied technology in web application in education. However, to what extent and in what way should China apply internet technology in education should be carefully studied since there are so many cultural differences and national situations between China and America. A lot of research are to be done and the findings of researches already done about applied technology in web application in education world-wide should be learned so as to avoid waste and guarantee efficiency.

Abstract: With the advent of the information age, multimedia and internet technology have been high on the agenda of college English teaching reform. Much research shows great progress has been made in the multimedia environment. However, it does not necessarily follow that there exist no problems in multimedia-based teaching. In order to further improve teaching, the application of Internet technology has begun to gain more and more attention in recent years.This paper probes into the application of web in teaching. A 16-week experiment between the experimental group and the control group is conducted. Based on the comparison of the two tests that the two groups had before and after the experiment and an face-to-face interview, the author finds out that the web-based model can not only help the learners perform better but also enhance their autonomy and independent thinking in learning, and so is their learning interest.

Information Technology in E-Commerce Capabilities and Firm Performance: Based on Resource-Based View
Abstract: recent rapidly changing competitive environment, information technology plays an important role on value chain. Many firms invest IT to ensure their success on e-commerce. However, how affect the firm performance when using information systems in supporting organizational e-commerce activities is still a question. The purpose of the research is to explore how the IT infrastructure and e-commerce capability affect firm performance. The paper proposes and test a research framework to analyze the relationship among IT infrastructure, e-commerce capability and firm performance based resource-based view. At last, the paper points out some research suggestions for the future study related to the e-commerce capability and business value research.

Abstract: For the grid workflow system include a large of candidate services, the activity scheduling in workflow’s ex-ecution base on quality of service (QoS) constraints can pro-vide optimal service for users. This paper established the QoS’s parameter system with applied technology of grid workflow, and introduced the each parameter’s calculation model of activity’s QoS, the grid work-flow’s QoS estimation method based on the basic flow control structures defined by the abstract grid workflow language (AGWL). The experimental results show that the calculation method in this paper can estimate stably QoS parameter values of grid workflow combining with the multi candidate services, and, can provide a reasonable basis for process scheduling based on QoS constraints.
