Abstract: Applied technology plays an important role in new energy micro grid.new energy micro grid is promising development trend of small and medium-sized island power system. The smart terminal is designed for measuring and sampling the micro grid’s real-time data, realization for coordinated control of micro grid. Smart terminal use the communication and interface module to connect to the other equipment and collecting data. The smart terminal can upload the operating data of micro grid and receive control commands through the Ethernet.

Abstract: We study the phonon-assisted Fano interference of the linear conductance spectrum by taking into account the interdot-phonon exchange in a T-shaped double quantum dot (QD), where a central QD is coupled to a side QD and two nonmagnetic or ferromagnetic electrodes. Unlike the usual Fano interference between different elastic channels,this new-type Fano interference is shown to arise from electron waves tunneling coherently through phonon-assisted bonding and antibonding states.

Abstract: With the information-oriented highly developed, e-commerce business with applied technology has become a dark horse in commercial areas. The e-commerce initiatives provides a new form of employment, but also opens up new ideas to build up a business, for the contemporary college students. In this paper, the strengths and weaknesses of e-commerce entrepreneurs about students are given correlation analysis, for students to grasp the business opportunities and improve the ability to cope with risks in the entrepreneurial process, so that it can put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

Abstract: In this paper, it is analyzing the e-commerce marketing strategy with information technology in the promotion process of SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) . Some marketing methods is indicated. There are through search engine optimization, microblogging marketing, BBS marketing, event marketing technology , etc. Using these methods, the e-commerce website can be faster and better indexed by search engines with information technology. Then, improve the e-commerce website's ranking in search results. Thus, enhance the e-commerce website's sales, corporate online image and corporate culture. This kind of marketing strategy is more suitable for long-term optimization and promotion of SME e-commerce website. The corporate e-commerce network marketing will bring better results.

Abstract: In recent years there are many approaches to the reform of public hospitals, especially with the help of information technology. This paper analyzes the modes in Shanghai, Suqian, Shenzhen, and Beijing focusing on management, operation and funding system. It points out that there is resources disparity and the reform in funding, governance and internal operation should be continued.

Abstract: In the field of information technology, data clustering algorithms are widely used. In this paper, we proposed a new data clustering algorithm, named MADS, It is based on ant colony Optimization. MADS can automatically find clusters, depending on a few parameters that are not directly related to the data set. In addition, there are some existence technique was also utilized in our method, such as the density concept and cluster validity index (DB-index). The experiment results verified that MADS is able to discover clusters with varying shapes and is effective when applied to image segmentation.

Abstract: To overcome the shortcomings of precocity and being easily trapped into local optimum of the standard quantum genetic algorithm (QGA) , Information Technology in An Improved Quantum Genetic Algorithm based on dynamic adjustment of the quantum rotation angle of quantum gate (DAAQGA) was proposed. Mutation operation using the quantum not-gate is also introduced to enhance the diversity of population. Chaos search are also introduced into the modified algorithm to improve the search accuracy. Simulation experiments have been carried and the results show that the improved algorithm has excellent performance both in the preventing premature ability and in the search accuracy.

Abstract: In order to improve the safety and quality of pork product, the safety monitoring system with information technology for pork product is designed and implemented in this paper, by analyzing the process of pork product production, using the technology of electronic tag and computer component. And this system makes up the whole traceability information chain of the pork product from purchase to the market, so insures the safety of consumption. Application experiment shows that this safety monitoring system not only provides consumers with a convenient platform, but also provides a good operational platform of controlling the safety and quality in pork for administrator.
