Abstract: The quality control scheme on remanufactured Engine Electronic Control Unit (ECU) was studied designed. According to the effectiveness of environmental factors exciting faults, the quality control technology and method on remanufactured ECU was proposed to meet the rigorous quality requirements on remanufactured electronic product. The temperature cycling test, random vibration test and damp heat test in this scheme were defined. After experiments, the near failures ECUs are eliminated. The testing results indicate that used engines ECUs are suitable for remanufacturing and reusing.

Abstract: Active filter topology and principle are introduced. Harmonic data processing method is proposed . The method can greatly reduce the amount of computation of the controller to improve real-time. In addition, the working principle of the active filter topology and control strategies are introduced and analyzed. Results verify the correctness of the algorithm and the feasibility of the design.

Abstract: With the increasingly wide use of power ultrasound technology in many department of the country, a new type of high-power ultrasound electric generator is urgently required. In this paper, UC3875 is used to be the core of the control system to generate the phase-shift that can control the waveform to drive IGBT so that the duty cycle of the full-bridge inverter can be changed. In this way, the output power can be controlled. Track the system frequency by using the principle of phase-locked loop and designing the frequency and tracking circuit properly. Compare the manual tuning with frequency automatic tracking by the experiment. As is shown in the experiment, the way to control can enable the stability of the power supply and the speed of dynamic response and the frequency tracking accuracy can reach 92.86%.

Abstract: In view of the simulation problems of pressure control logic module in PWR nuclear power plant, a complete simulation model has been designed by using simulation software package Simulink. Based on the simulation test of the typical test signal, the model is proved to be effective and correct.

Abstract: Technical issues regarding asynchronous sampling for digital electrical energy metering based on IEC 61850 are studied. Asynchronous sampling is inevitable when the power network frequency fluctuates. The additional metering error caused by asynchronous sampling is simulated and discussed. The additional error can be as big as 2% under typical conditions, which is unacceptable. Quasi-synchronous sampling algorithm is employed to reduce the error. Simulation result shows that it can reduce the error to an ignorable level. The error under extreme conditions is also simulated and discussed.

Abstract: As the improvement of smart grids, the customer participation has reinvigorated interest in demand-side features such as load control for domestic users. A genetic based reinforcement learning (RL) load controller is proposed. The genetic is used to adjust the parameters of the controller. The RL algorithm, which is independent of the mathematic model, shows the particular superiority in load control. By means of learning procedures, the proposed controller can learn to take the best actions to regulate the energy usage for equipments with the features of high comfortable for energy usage and low electric charge meanwhile. Simulation results show that the proposed load controller can promote the performance energy usage in smart grids.

Abstract: With the construction of smart grid and centralized data center, traditional information technology management mode already cannot meet the requirements on the timeliness and flexibility. Cloud computing technology can solve the complicated calculation, mass data processing, and network dynamic migration issues for electric power business, but when in the face of different business applications demand, due to the heterogeneous resources variety of applications bottleneck will be produced, difficult to achieve real "smart". In view of the smart grid application scenarios, heterogeneous resources adaptation method is given respectively for computing, storage and network resources. Makes the heterogeneous resources can be shared centrally, allocate resources on demand, unified managing, dynamic scheduling, and loaded balancing, form heterogeneous resource pool. Based on heterogeneous resource pool, build the heterogeneous cloud service model, and carried out preliminary design implementation, the availability of the model was verified.

Abstract: Interruptible load contract is an important means of demand side management, but its existing models cant coordinate practicality with efficiency. Based on the curtailment cost function of consumers, this paper proposes an optional interruptible load contract and builds an optimal curtailment amount and compensation pricing model by introducing information display and incentive mechanism. The model can guide consumers voluntarily disclose the information on their true cost, and achieve the optimal allocation of load interruption. It is better to coordinate the relationship between utility and economic efficiency, which is more efficient than the traditional practical optional contract for interruptible load, and more practical than the theoretical model of interruptible load contract of fully nonlinear pricing. Numerical examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Abstract: As the distribution energies are becoming the future trend to solve the tense fossil fuel supplying and environmental issues, further research on the management of DGs connected to system is necessary. Management of reactive power resources is vital for stable and secure operation of power systems in power losses and voltage quality. Base on this, an optimal power allocation strategy of different types of DG units which result in the minimum line losses and relatively good voltage profile is proposed in this paper.

Abstract: Demand-side management is a long-term strategic systems engineering which consistent with sustainable development requirements. According to the process of power companies and users participant of demand-side response, this article constructs the demand-side response with the principle of maximize benefits, while taking a regional electricity load as an example, which analysis the changing relationship between electricity price, incentive measures and users demand based on the measurements implementation of price and stimulating two demand-side responses of this area.
