Abstract: Taking Nanjing as an example, this paper has analyzed the connotation of Nanjing new urbanization. It has been pointed out that promoting green building technology is one of the important paths to achieve Nanjing new urbanization. And the countermeasures of developing green building techniques have been put forward at the respect of standard formulation and execution, improving the green building design technology, strengthening the promotion application of green construction technology, constructing management, strengthening the construction of energy-efficient management, and strengthing the operation process management. All of above aim to explore a new urbanization path which not only conforms to the law of development of urbanization but also conforms to the city case of Nanjing, so that we can build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly beautiful new Nanjing which is rich, harmonious, wise and green.

Abstract: As China's resource-based cities gradually towards the end of the resources exploitation and experienced an economy recession, a large number of those cities are facing the challenge of transformation. Resource-exhausted cities left us a lot of industrial heritages such as abandoned industrial plants, constructions, equipments and facilities and so on. How to protect and use them is a realistic problem we must face. With the rapid development of tourism and the increasing expansion of tourism demand, industrial heritage tourism gives us an idea of the transformation of resource-exhausted cities. This paper first analyzes the features and development trends of resource-exhausted cities, then sums up the definition and value of industrial heritage, explores the promoting function of industrial heritage tourism for the transformation of resource-exhausted cities and last tries to give us some development modes.

Abstract: Old community renovation is an important engineering about residents’ interests. Old community renovation not only improves the living conditions and life quality of residents, but also can promote local economy’s development. Firstly, this paper introduces the condition of old community renovation in Liaoning province. Secondly, it analyzes the main problems about old community in Shenyang. In view of the existing problems, this paper put forwards some suggestions and countermeasures, and hoping that they could provide reference value for other cities’ old community renovation.

Abstract: This article establishes a model of industrial structures evolution law by sustainable development method. Making use of the data from 1993 to 2012 in China, the author simulates the evolution of three industries outputs. Then, the author analyses the law and inducement of industry structures evolution in China, and gives advices on sustainable development of industrial structure upgrading.

Abstract: The article analyzes Turpan average temperature, relative humidity and wind speed the change characteristics of the climate elements and their travel to the comfort of climate influence mechanism and gets the conclusion: temperature, relative humidity, wind speed of Xinjiang tourism is the effect of climate comfort of main elements of sunshine. So from the average temperature, relative humidity, wind speed on average three climate elements start, select the suitable for Turpan tourism climate comfort evaluation index of the grain, and puts forward some concrete methods of tourism scenic area as part of the site, focus on the discussion were in Xinjiang tourism climate comfort of the temporal and spatial distribution of feature, make pleasant climate degrees in time and space more comparability. For the development of tourism resources, tourist season choice more objective and scientific guidance and practical. For the comfort of the climate in Turpan, it can arrange for the tour operator for tourism activities, visitors to choose the proper place and time travel and tourism destination development planning to provide the necessary guidance. It can also for the further development of the tourism industry in Turpan development space and offer scientific basis.

Abstract: The paper is based on the analyzing the connotation and the functional properties of the farmland and put forward that farmland quality and site condition are two necessary conditions for farmland planning. On this basis, the paper constructs the evaluating system of farmland quality and site conditions, conducts the evaluation of farmland quality and site conditions, and analyses the characteristics of the farmland quality and site environment conditions. Finally, the comprehensive evaluating system of farmland quality and site conditions are constructed Referencing to American LESA system idea, the criteria is constructed on the basis of the above research, all these guarantee good farmland quality and coordinated site conditions and permanent stability of the planned farmland.

Abstract: To study development of low-carbon city has significant meaning for transformation of city in China. This paper takes the DPSIR model as the basis to construct a low-carbon city evaluation index system in Beijing-tianjin-hebei region. By constructing the compound fuzzy matter-element, using the entropy weight method and formula of Euclid approach degree, calculates the closeness of low-carbon city from 2007 to 2011 in Beijing-tianjin-hebei region. The results showed that low-carbon city development in Beijing is better than it in Tianjin and Hebei, however, considering the component, some questions remain, city pressure and urban pollution in Beijing area are higher than its in Tianjin and Hebei and so on.

Abstract: By building stochastic programming model for determining the optimal capacity of the container yard, the influence of different stochastic distributions of daily stockpiles was studied. The stochastic distributions include normal distribution, uniform distribution, and negative exponential distribution. In the stochastic programming model, the objective function is the maximum profit of container yard, and the decision variable is capacity of container yard. By comparing different optimal solutions of models when the daily stockpiles are respectively subject to different distributions, it can be concluded: (1) in the case of a certain throughput of port, optimal capacity is the least when the daily stockpiles are subject to negative exponential distribution; (2) in the case of a certain capacity of container yard, throughput of the port is the least when the daily stockpiles are subject to uniform distribution.
