Abstract: Design of closed loop drilling tool in the rotary steering drilling system is a bit in recent installation guide controlled stabilizer, and placed on the upper drill collar two downhole assembly form of stabilizer. The set of parameters for the MATLAB software programming is used to solve the three moment equation and the downhole assembly mechanical properties. With continuous beam column theory, the mechanics features of the BHA are analyzed. It is analyzed focused on the relationship between the guiding force and the bit deflecting force, the relationship between the hole deviation angle and bit deflecting force, the relationship between the drill press and bit deflecting force, the relationship between the guiding force position on the well inclined plane and bit deflecting force through the tables and figures based on closed-loop rotary steerable drilling system.

Abstract: Planar resection is a common surveying work. The paper introduces its frequently-used solution i.e. the iterative solution. However, the iterative solution needs linearization, initial value of parameter and iteration, unfortunately the initial value of parameter is hard to assess in advance, resultantly, the iteration will fail. Due to inexistence of the above problem, the non-iterative solution based on polynomial resultant or Groebner basis and Jacobi algorithm is presented. A numerical case is given to demonstrate the two solutions. It is suggested for the redundant observation cases that the non-iterative solution should be adopted to assess the initial value of parameter, and then the iterative solution should be employed to compute the final result.

Abstract: A numerical method for mixed finite-element formulation shallow shells of revolution is developed. Orthotropic material model is considered. Final equations are derived by the Galerkin’s method. Results of solution of test task are represented. Results precision and convergence are analyzed.

Abstract: According to the researches of fire resistant experiments, based on the previous authors works, a numerical analysis of the effect of restraint on the fire resistance of concrete structures is done. The relevant effects include temperature field, saturation, vapor pressure, mechanical damage and thermal stress of structure etc. In particular, we focused on the thermo-hygro-mechanical detailed behaviors of concrete that can not be obtained from laboratory experiments, which will provide important reference for the fire resistance design of concrete structures.

Abstract: A model of single span overhead transmission cable was established in this paper, based on nonlinear finite element theory, combined with supports displacement method and node equilibrium method, form-finding analysis was carried out for the model of single span overhead transmission cable, the cable tension of model was compared with the theoretical calculation value, and the correctness of the model was verified. Then update cable model was analyzed, the sag, tension and ends tilt of cable under different ice thickness was discussed. This paper provided a reliable method for on-line monitoring the safety of overhead transmission cable in icing conditions.

Abstract: Since the cable structure has the characteristics that its initial form and initial prestressing are interacted unknown values, the FEM software ANSYS was used in this paper, based on the nonlinear finite element theory, the form-finding analysis steps for aerial cable was established. Then based on these steps, the form-finding analysis for non-contoured aerial cable was carried out, and the safety of the form-finding model under icing conditions was evaluated.

Abstract: When quantity of superfluous survey equals to zero, and sum of residuals squared with weight equals to zero, variance estimation of unit weight is found that it doesnt only equal to zero, but also equals to any plus real number. Then,a sort of imitative example was put forward to support the new conclusion. So,this paper has perfected variance estimation of unit weight based on theory and application in some aspect, and,has solved that, when quantity of superfluous survey equals to zero,we can still assess accuracy based on number.

Abstract: Mechanics of materials are based on the relative deformation to discuss the calculation of the circular shaft torsion deformation, But the relative torsion angle can not reflect the real deformation of a specific cross-section. According to the plane hypothesis, to discuss the absolute deformation of several common shaft withstand the simple torque, defined the neutral cross-section of torsion deformation and given the method to calculate absolute torsion angle, for the rational design of engineering components have a certain reference value.

Abstract: The method of convolution-type point collocation to calculate the beam with arbitrary boundary conditions was presented by using series function in time domain and the mode shape function of the beam in space domain. And this method is applied to solve dynamic problems of beam with arbitray boundary condition. The calculation example showed this method was very simple, highly accurate and effective.
