Abstract: Based on DEA model, this paper makes pillar industry of Dalian as basic unit to evaluate the efficiency of energy conservation and emission reduction, establishes evaluation index system of energy conservation and emissions reduction from two aspects of input and output, and builds Dalian industrial efficiency evaluation model of energy conservation and emission reduction. Analysis shows that the initial success of energy conservation and emissions reduction works in Dalian, but chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, agricultural food processing industry are in the overall inefficient state, which have great potential for saving energy and reducing consumption.

Abstract: The article reviews, summarizes and concludes the existing literature researches at home and abroad, and mainly from the meaning and the present situation of energy conservation and emissions reduction, the relationship with economy, society and environment, index system of energy conservation and emissions reduction, and efficiency evaluation methods of energy conservation and emissions reduction. Finally on the basis of summarizing, it puts forward the five expectations of domestic researches on energy saving and emission reduction.

Abstract: This paper studies the problem of load forecast in electric companies. We combine the analysis of load cause and gray prediction model together, and enhance the accuracy of prediction, thus improving the economic benefit of electric companies and saving energy resources. Firstly, considering the cause of load, we separate load into three components: basic load component, weather-sensitive load component, and load component because of special events. Then, we take economic development and actual temperature into account to calculate load in each category. And then, we use gray prediction model to make a further prediction. The results show that gray prediction is only accurate in trend. In order to make a more accurate prediction, it should be combined with other forecasting methods. Finally, we combine cause of load with gray prediction model, and establish a combination forecasting model. The combination forecasting model explains the cause of load and the reason for error in gray model. With accurate forecast, it is easy for electric companies to manage their operation perfectly and get the most profit.

Abstract: More and more attentions have been paid to the world energy saving and environment protection. semi coke industry developed from the 1970s to the present, technology is relatively mature, has begun to take shape. But semi coke industry has issues of its own, mainly dealing with high energy consumption and management issues[1]. Therefore, the semi coke industry energy management related research, improving industrial energy efficiency, that is the semi coke industry carrying out the scientific view of development, and an important way to improve the efficiency and sustainable development.

Abstract: As the subject of oil and gas production, reservoir management is the oil production plant’s core business. But at present, there are some problems in reservoir management. For example: the development and management unit is not clear; the organizational structure is not streamlining; management mechanism is not perfect; evaluation is not systematic and so on. Abstract: The implementation of China's export oriented trade policy had brought huge trade surplus at the same time, the ecological deficit was huge in recent years.Therefore, the eighteen Party Congress proposed the building of ecological civilization, to control energy consumption. In this context, this paper used the ecological footprint model to analyze China's energy trade transformation, through the measurement of 2002-2010 years of energy trade, energy trade ecological deficit were found, it provided theoretical basis for China's energy trade transformation. Based on the ecological deficit it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, developing new energy, strengthen ecological system management and change the trade structure.

Abstract: This paper presents a practical methodology of energy audit applied to an industrial unit. The validity of the proposed recommendations has been tested on consumption during five years. Several simulations are presented in this document include the use of smart meters, reducing CO2 emissions, reduction of peak hours, reactive power compensation, tariff simulation, verification of the PMA and PMD.

Abstract: This paper used vector auto-regressive model to predict the change trend of Chinese energy constraint from 2013 to 2020 under different scenes, and finally pointing out to remove the constraint the following measures could be taken: changing investment dependent and export-led economic growth mode, and promoting strategic adjustment of industrial structure; strengthening the advanced energy technology research and industrialization, and making low consumption competitiveness; Perfecting energy market, and actively promoting the reform of energy prices.

Abstract: The socioeconomic status, resources and the actual energy resource demand-supply would be analyzed based on the data of five representative Green Energy County, such as Huanan County, Nong’an County, Gongzhuling County, Changtu County and Hangjinqi County. Then the common features for the counry energy consumption in the process of urbanization were summarized. The common challenges for county energy development were also pointed out in this paper. Several suggestions aimed at the Energy Project Planning for north regime in China were proposed at the end.
