Abstract: Coal occupies a relatively large part of China’s energy consumption and therefore efficiency of coal utilization is essential to the overall energy efficiency of the nation. By cointegration analysis on the concentration degree and energy efficiency of China’s Coal Industry from 1993 to 2011,the thesis finds that the two are positively correlated in the long run. Efforts should be made to further advance industrial concentration in coal sector, put an end to the situation marked by small companies in disorder, give full play to scale economy and promote the energy efficiency.

Abstract: Energy consumption analysis models of ship energy system were established. The performance indexes, such as energy loss ratio, waste heat recovery rate and waste heat recovery perfect degree were defined. A 70000 - ton crude oil carrier was taken as an example for energy consumption analysis. The results show that the waste heat recovery rate of exhaust smoke was 15.69%, and the waste heat recovery perfect degree was 52.76%.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the interacting mechanism of regional economy - coal industry and ecological environment (hereinafter referred to as ECE system), this paper calculated the coupling coordination degree and analyzed its influencing factors. Researches showed that: there exists the relationship of interactive coupling among the regional economy, the coal industry and the ecological environment.The coupling coordination degree of Xinjiang ECE system 1995-2011 experienced the process from the reluctant coordination to a well one, and system from disorder to order development. Industrial structures, environmental policies, energy construction, population scale and technological advance has a positive effect on promoting the coupling coordination degree of Xinjiang ECE system , according to the influence extent,it ranks population scale , energy construction ,technical advance ,environmental policies and industrial structures.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the energy industry, this paper dissects the capital structure status of Chinese energy companies, and then points out the existing problems. The 8-year’s financial data of PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC, which are all listed in Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, are selected for empirical analysis, and concluded that, profitability, company size, collateral value of assets and liquidity ratio of assets are negatively correlated to corporate asset-liability ratio, but the growth is positively correlated to it. Finally, this paper provides advices on developing economies of scale, financing, investing and improving corporate financial risk control mechanism.

Abstract: This project evaluates, gathers statistics, and investigates current situations of renewable energy (including wind power, solar power, and ocean energy) in Matsu areas for environment sustainable use. The areas have abundant wind power potential, and the average wind speeds over 4m/s fittable for wind power system. Matsu areas have abundant solar energy (yearly average Solar Radiation >3,600 MJ/m2) suitable for the development of solar water heaters and solar power. For the ocean energy a swamp in Nangan forms a tidal reservoir can be applied with yearly generation time about 4,000 hours, then the estimated yearly electric power is 64k kW-hour.

Abstract: Vapor emission in vertical fixed roof tank (VFRT) and internal floating roof tank (IFRT) of oil tanks was evaluated by emission estimation procedures. This report presents the results of a comparison of standing losses between actual data with calculation data in the fuel tanks of various sizes (using 2013 data from diameter 5 to 50 meter). The volatile oil, gasoline, gasohol (E10, E20) and ethanol in VFR and IFR was evaluated by Tank 4.0d, which is evaluated program. The program shown that the calculated evaporation was close to the emission actual data only oil tank that didn’t mix ethanol in VFRT. But the IFRT, the calculated evaporation data is not close to the emission actual data. Finally, financial analysis of the IFR installation in gasoline gasohol (E10, E20) tank shown the mostly of tank have value for investment criteria and comply with company rule.

Abstract: This paper calculates the total carbon emissions on the basis of energy consumption data of 29 provinces by using IPCC reference approach and analysis the emission structure of carbon dioxide. Carbon productivity is calculated and the interprovincial and regional differences are studied. The results show that the main source of emission structure of carbon dioxide is coal. Significant differences on carbon productivity exist in inter-provincial as well as the three regions, carbon productivity in the eastern region is the highest, followed by the middle, the west is the lowest. According to the result, relative policy suggestions are put forward in the last.

Abstract: The rapid development of calcium carbide industry in Shaanxi Province have made significant achievements in the size and yield, low energy efficiency and extensive management, problems still prominent, high energy consumption high emissions and construction of ecological civilization, apparently, does not adapt. Abstract: According to the analysis of coal-fired power plants, the article built the evaluation index system of coal-fired power plants energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we determined the weight of each evaluation index. By using the calculation of rating scores in cleaner production, we set up a model of energy conservation and emission reduction for coal-fired power plants. On the basis of the results, the level of coal-fired power plants energy conservation and emission reduction was divided into five levels: excellent, good, medium, pass and fail. Taking a coal-power plant in Heilongjiang Province as an example, we drew a conclusion that the score of energy conservation and emission reduction in the coal-power plant was 89.52 which represents the good level. According to the evaluation result, we proposed corresponding suggestions. The results provide decision-makers with ideas and methods for energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation in the coal-fired power plant.
